Situated in the village of Ballachulish in a peaceful setting, this detached cottage is in an ideal location for exploring the west coast and the Highlands of Scotland. Only a mile from the famous village of Glencoe and 15 miles from Fort William, this property is ideally situated for climbing, hillwalking, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, fishing and golf. The Jacobite Steam Train in Fort William will allow you to view some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland, or you can ride on a gondola up Aonoch Mor. Take the short crossing on the Corran Ferry and head for Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point in Britain, or the beautiful island of Mull. The area is steeped in history, has an abundance of wildlife, and the magnificent natural terrain has been used as a backdrop in many well-known films, such as Harry Potter and Braveheart. A short walk will take you to the Isles of Glencoe swimming pool, and a regular bus service is available. Oban, Inverness, Loch Ness and the Isle of Skye are all within easy reach. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Brilliant rental for Adventures and relax
Really good property for our two family holiday. Great setup, lots of useful kit in house such as Sky TV, washing machine and dryer, great location for walking, mountaineering and skiing! Plenty if rainy day entertainment too! Beds are really comfy!! Great sound system too.
