About this villa rental

Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this wonderful Courtyard Villa in the amazing Florida recreation area called The Villages. Your courtyard villa will be fully furnished and spotlessly clean upon your arrival The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and there is a gas grill on the patio/lanai for the grill master.
The master bedroom with private bath has a king size bed. Using 3rd bedroom as a Den which has a 47" color TV with internet hookup and Living room has 55 inch tv. It also has a patio door leading out to the screened lanai, Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning in total privacy in your lanai or courtyard area. The guest bedroom has a queen size.
This courtyard villa is located in Hillsborough Village which is coinventiently located to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Private country club, Seabreeze & Eisenhower recreational club. We are a 15 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square and Brownwood-Paddock Square. Here you can enjoy resturants, shops, cinema and free live professional entertainment nightly in all village squares.
The villages is a golf cart community with approximately 50 golf courses (executive and championship courses) to enhance your stay we provide a 2013 Yamaha gas golf cart (with insurance) with your villa rental. You will find with the many scenic and well marked golf cart trails that you will want to go everywhere in the Villages with in your golf cart.

We had such a wonderful stay. The golf cart gave us the freedom to slow down and see more. The Square was awesome as always. Morning walks were safe and secure with many persons walking their dogs. Location highly recommended and the accommodations were like being home.

This was one of my Best vacations. This Villa is very relaxing and very clean. We would love to relocate to this beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very kind. At this Villa also we had access to all the supplies we needed. Lastly we will say the owner of this Villa was very kind and quickly responsive to our emails/calls. We will without a doubt return to this Beautiful Villa and location.

The villa was fully equipped with everything needed including a grill, washer and dryer, some laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, towels, small appliances, dishes, hairdryer, and golf car, etc. Instructions to enter and exit premises were very simple to follow. The owners were very nice and answered all my questions immediately. I would highly recommend this villa as it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a private courtyard/patio and centrally located to many activities, events, restaurants, and pools, etc.

Lovely Villa which was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Check in was easy and all essentials provided for. The location is good about 5 mins from Brownwood and near local recreation centres. The golf cart was great. Many thanks to Charlotte who is a great host and available when needed. Would definitely return. Many Thanks.

Directions to property were excellent; access to property was easy. The villa was as described so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Amenities and provisions were outstanding. Location was excellent giving easy access to all areas of the Villages. Golf cart was as described, outside areas of villa were again excellent. All-in-all a great property and would love to rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. The villa was immaculate and well equipped. It is well located to many Executive Golf Courses and to 1 of the town centers…Brownwood. Would highly recommend this villa.

This home has enough space where, at the end of a long day in the sun, everyone can relax in comfort. Beds are very comfortable. Location makes it easy to get to Brownwood, anywhere in the villages, less than 2 hours to the coast. Shopping takes less than 5 minutes by car away, so dinners (and beverages) are easy to get. Internet, for those of us who need it, is fast enough for streaming and video calls. We will not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Charlotte!

Charlotte's property is great. Very clean and very well-equipped. It's nice to have a few staples there (coffee filters, spices, etc.). Charlotte was great to communicate with as well. Golf cart was a newer model that was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. An A+++ for sure. I am so glad I picked this place for my two-week stay!

The owners were so accommodating and the villa was extremely clean and beautiful ! Neighborhood was great and the villa had everything you possibly could need. Private backyard to sit and relax .. local pool was great and really enjoyed the golf cart in the evening to take a stroll around the villages . Definitely will stay here in the future!

My wife and stayed here for 3 weeks and the home was exactly what we had hoped for. You are close to Brownwood Landing, Sumter Landing and other market’s, restaurants. The adult pool is within walking distance. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. The added golf cart made enjoying The Villages lifestyle. We were there to test the lifestyle to see if this is where we wanted to retire and this home made our experience so enjoyable. We would and definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.

My wife and I stayed for nearly 2 weeks in this courtyard villa and this was a clean, well maintained property that was in the ideal location near Brownwood Square and the southern villages. The backyard is not expansive, but the privacy you get with the fully enclosed backyard makes that an enjoyable backyard. Quiet neighborhood, and close to the Hillsborough pool. The property owner was very responsive to questions, and all instructions for arriving and departing were clear. We would stay again

The bed was comfortable, great shower/bathroom, well appointed kitchen, very well maintained house - exactly as pictured.

Great stay! Convenient to everything and had all the necessities. Included golf cart was so much fun exploring The Villages on the cart paths! Location was great- just a 5 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Square! Villa was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Would stay again!
