We used the house for a place to stay while were weee at a business conference. It was accommondating for our needs and the location was convenient for our event and proximity to the airport.

This home is very close to DFW which made it ideal for checking in and out. You don't hear airport noise, but in the backyard you can hear some minor highway sound. We did not find that bothersome. The interior felt larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room to spread out. Not many extra pillows so bring your own if you are picky. Manager is responsive and the place is well maintained. It is reasonably priced and a good value. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our time in Dallas. Our property with excellent everything was great. Very nice and clean. Very spacious. The property owner was very professional. Respectful would recommend this property. The neighborhood was very well kept. Close to the airport and a lot of the attractions. We'll be back soon

The home was very nice and the property owner was very responsive. Gave some feedback directly, hope it will be considered to improve future guests stay.

The house was exactly what was listed. I was a little worried prior to our stay with all the instructions as there was more than one set of instructions and some of the information was contradictory. However, the owner quickly answered all of my questions, and was very responsive to questions we had while there. The checkout process is the easiest of anywhere we have stayed, and for that alone I would definitely stay again. Also loved having a garage. I have had my catalytic converters stolen my last 2 trips to Dallas so this was a very valuable amenity to us. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a very nice house near the airport for convenience as well as a few miles from the Gaylord convention center. This is the 2nd time staying here and were again impressed with the service from the owner as well as the smooth check in and out and availability from the owner. Tinu also checked in on us a few times via text to make sure the stay was to our standards. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the area or for anyone attending a convention at the Gaylord but not wanting to pay the very high room rate at the Gaylord. Highly recommend and will be back for our future endeavors to the greater Dallas Fort Worth area!

This is a very nice house near the airport for convenience as well as a few miles from the Gaylord convention center. Everything was really nice with easy access. I would make one recommendation, the master bed could use a mattress pad with a pillow top. The bed is extra firm. Otherwise a perfect stay!!

Lovely home
The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were able to contact the owner for minor needs and the response was immediate. Not an issue but just important info: the driveway is a bit steep. Parking for 2 is easy. Garage was used for our small utility trailer which needed to be inside. No problem for us. A smaller car probably would have easily fit as well. We have a large SUV that we parked in the driveway. There would have been room for anothee

Cameras at every entrance and owner keeps a very close eye on who enters and leaves. Had my sister-in-law and her small children (3) from Dallas over for dinner and was told it was not allowed. Just be aware that if you have any additional people over (even if they are not staying), it needs to be clearly stated to owner.

What a spectacular house. We celebrated Christmas with the kids and grandchildren here and had a great time. We will definitely be revisiting this home next year.

The house was very clean and was the perfect size for 3 couples for an extended weekend. Location was also great and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is just as shown. It's new, clean, and comfortable. The residential neighborhood where the home is located is beautiful as well, and is in nice proximity to major freeways and shopping centers/restaurants.
My family is in Texas, but we flew in from Michigan to attend a wedding. Our adult children and my parents joined us, so we could make the most of the time together. A total of seven adults were very comfortable in this home. There was room for more.
Overall, I think everyone had a wonderful experience. The shower in the master bath has great water pressure, which we truly appreciate. The temperature inside the home was also very comfortable. Even though we stayed during late September, the temperature was in the 90's. One thing that we and all our family noted was that the beds were VERY firm.
The owner was quick to respond. The check in and check out process was very simple. Again, we had a fantastic time and have some wonderful family memories. Thank you, Tinu, for sharing your beautiful home.
