Enormément déçu, c'est inadmissible, si nous n'avions pas payé à la réservation nous serions partis

Rien....C'était nul, inadmissible, une succession de mensonges, tout est faux par rapport à ce qui est proposé sur le site. Or la situation, rien ne correspondait à ce qui était prévu lors de notre réservation, qu'il a fallu payer entièrement à la réservation.

NUL, Chambre réservée avec lit double et belle salle de bain mais à l'arrivée on nous dit que Booking s'est trompé car on nous propose chambre 2 lits simples avec belle salle de bain ou chambre avec lit double avec toute petite salle d'eau (bac 60X60 avec rideau de douche) ménage non fait (toile d'araignée et mouches mortes et moutons de poussière au sol à notre arrivée, on nous annonce aussi qu'il n'y a pas de restauration sur place sauf 1 jour sur 2, 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette à notre arrivée, le matin un petit déjeuner annoncé continental mais juste un croissant un petit bout de pain et petit pot de confiture type colonie de vacance. Chambre sale et lit très inconfortable et bruyant, pas de ménage fait ni changement de serviette de toilette et nécessaire de toilette....Il a fallu que je demande mais je n'ai obtenu que les serviettes et le papier toilette.. Aucune attention de la part du personnel (patronne) qui ne nous a même pas demandé si ça s'était bien passé. j'ai fait des photos si besoin. Impossible de les joindre ci dessous,même en changeant le format mais je peux vous les envoyer par mail si besoin.

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Perfect location for a holiday.

A unique location in the heart of the country, yet close to the beach at Les Saintes Maries de la Mer. No fuss, just peaceful and quiet, with a lovely terrace for evening leisurely drink and conversation. The beautiful horses were a real bonus.

We did not stay as it was not good enough

We did not stay as the facility was so poor - no aircon, no towels, no food on offer. Bed as hard as rock.

Exceptional

The Hotel is super, a peaceful oasis in Camargue. The owners are very kind and helpful. The position is perfect to visit the area on foot, by bike, kayak, horses etc... Very clean and with a wide park outside to relax.
