This was our first time staying in the West Valley and we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with how close restaurants, shopping and activities were. We especially loved the Rio Vista community center which we used extensively during our stay. The house is as the pictures show with the exception of a different area rug in the living room. All beds were comfortable and pillows are foam, lots of options ensured you could find one that suited your needs. The fenced and secure yard was a big plus for our little dog and we used the BBQ and outdoor space a lot while we were there. The pool is not heated but on the hot days it was certainly usable and our granddaughter enjoyed it when she was there for a visit. The neighborhood is walkable and being close to the New River Trail for running and biking was a plus. The house has lots of towels and hand soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags were provided which was very appreciated. Not mentioned in any reviews to date is the presence of the Luke Airforce Base. While the planes do not fly everyday, when they are active they can be quite loud. No screen on the patio doors and a gap at the bottom of the Arizona door are inconvenient when trying to bring fresh air into the home but keep out the critters. Our F150 truck did not fit into the garage but it was very useful for storing bikes etc. We enjoyed our two month stay in this home.

We stayed at the property for 4 weeks during January 2024. Property was very clean when we arrived. Communication worked very smoothly and would definitely stay there again.

We chose this property because it was close to our friends house and also to see the diamondbacks play. It was pretty hot but the house kept us cool and comfortable. The listing is exactly like it’s posted. We never made it to the community pool because our friend had one. All in all we would stay here again.

House was decorated and tidy. Love the beach theme throughout. Location was close to lots of places to eat and be entertained. Community pool was a must have and my kids swam everyday. Thumbs up!!!

We stayed here for almost a week when we were in town for my cousin’s wedding. The property was tucked away off the main roads, yet still centrally located with great access to shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this location in the past with friends and this time with family. It was such a wonderful stay. This house has everything you need. It’s clean and in a great location. This will be our go to place in Phoenix when we visit.

The house was exactly as pictured. The inside was very clean and pleasantly decorated. We were looking for a specific location, near friends, and this was the exact location we wanted. The pool area was very clean and refreshing after a long day in the sun. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. We would definately rent here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Kim’s properties. Just like our first stay, the home was beautiful, super clean, and equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s in a perfect location close to shopping, dining, grocery stores, Lake Pleasant, and activities. We come to the Glendale area to visit family somewhat frequently and will definitely seek out one of Kim’s rentals the next time we visit too.

We spent Father’s Day weekend with our kids that live in Surprise, Arizona. It was perfect for our trip. We visited the Grand Canyon, a rage room, and spent a day just hanging out together at the house. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home to stay at, every detail is thought out. The owner is wonderful to work with and gives you complete instructions on how to check in and check out and is always available for you. We thank you so very much for a great stay!

Came for my moms 80th birthday party. Arrived earlier than expected. Called for early check in and it was approved for a small fee. Worth it! House is so comfortable and decorated very nice. I would use this home again for my family.

Long story short, Kim sent the check in email that I never got, I messaged her through VRBO inbox (nothing in response), I tried calling her cell phone listed on VRBO (wrong number), called VRBO 4hours after check in time sitting in driveway trying to figure out how to get in without any luck. Had to make alternate arrangements for the week. Kim has totally ghosted me and isn’t willing to negotiate any kind of compensation. Please help me in getting through to Kim that I should get some money back especially since I had to pay for a second place to stay last minute.
