About this house rental
Great townhome at the edge of Bozeman with air-conditioning. Walking, biking, and bird watching trails along Bridger Creek are right out the back door.
Dogs are considered with owner approval and a fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number and age/weight/breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This beautifully appointed townhome is the best of both worlds in Bozeman. It’s close enough to our historic downtown to bike or drive to easily, but it’s nestled at the edge of town, with walking trails and mountain views out the back door. All four bedrooms have a private patio or balcony, so if you want to relax at home you’re all set up! The owners have brought their love of wildlife and wild places to this home and you’ll get to enjoy the special treasures that they have collected over the years, including things like antlers and artwork. This is not your average townhouse.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Legends Townhome has four bedrooms, each with its own private balcony or patio. There are three and a half baths. The master bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom with two sinks and a large double-headed shower. There is a small flat screen TV and double doors out to a back patio. The other three bedrooms are on the second level and each has a private balcony. The first has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with a shower. The second room has a queen size bed and the third has two twins. These rooms share a bath with tub and shower. This bath is attached to the queen room and accessible to the twin room via the hallway. There is a half bath on the main level and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN/DINING: A beautiful open kitchen awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen and the high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite slab counter tops, great supply of small appliances, and very good quality cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook and the dining table is just off to the side. There is also a gas Charbroil Commercial grill for your outdoor grilling. There’s a round dining table that will seat eight comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats six.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining and kitchen areas with a beautiful gas-fired rock fireplace and a flat screen Smart TV and cable service. A cozy leather couch and overstuffed chairs are situated to enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace. The home is equipped with board games, movies, and books about the area.
SETTING: Legends Townhome is within the very nicely done new Legends at Bridger Creek neighborhood at the edge of Bozeman. The developers did a great job linking the property into our community trail system (perfect for walking, biking, birding, and even cross-country skiing), and making it an attractive neighborhood. From one of the queen bedroom’s balcony upstairs (perfect for evening cocktail hour) you get some mountain views.
AIRPORT: You are 2 miles from Bozeman’s Main Street and 10 miles from Bozeman International Airport.
NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and skiing on “your” trails, you are just across the road from Bridger Creek Golf Course, the best public course in Bozeman. You’re just 14 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more from Crosscut Mountain Sports Center. There is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. Just down the road towards Bridger Canyon are the M and Drinking Horse trails. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is only 80 miles away!

Very nice townhome that feels like a house. Fantastic location right on a neighborhood, wooded trail that connects to main trails.
We only wished that there was at least one king-sized bed. Our party prefers one king or two twins over Queen-sized beds.

Nice home, but I think you should be a little more attentive to the cleaning. You need to put in light bulbs that are out, I would suggest you have someone adjust the master shower door hinge the glass is rubbing and I think it could break.

We have stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed it both times. Property is close to great hiking trails and an easy drive to downtown. We stayed with my family for a long weekend and it was perfect for cooking meals together and relaxing after being out hiking or shopping in downtown Bozeman.

Legends Townhouse was amazing! My sister and her husband have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and they thought this was the BEST by far! A huge home to enjoy in the Bozeman area. Will definitely reserve again if in the area!

We came to Bozeman for a family wedding, but also got to enjoy some highlights of the area. The house was beautiful and as described. The location was perfect for us and all of our weekend plans. We recommend! Would love to come back!

This was our second stay here. It’s a very nice place. Only issue was the cleaning crew didn’t quite finish before they left. It wasn’t bad and management co offered to come by but we were already settled. I would recommend this home to others, close to town and on the way to Bridger make it a great place.

Perfect place for a family just be prepared that you need to bring your own soap, shampoo and there is no scrubber at the kitchen sink and not all baths have a hair dryer.
We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen has everything for preparing gourmet meals. Loved our stay and would stay there again. Need to leave information about how to lock/unlock the balcony doors. It's super easy once you know how, but not so intuitive. :)

This was the perfect spot to enjoy a long weekend of golf, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Bozeman area. One of our children attended MSU and we’ve now all fallen in love with visiting Montana. This is one of the most lovely, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed homes we’ve stayed in - great for morning walks and evening barbecues. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you.
