We’d been through Cincinnati many time but never stayed for long. We booked this home for a weekend to get to know the city, and it was excellent. The views of downtown are awesome. The beds are comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs while there. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed a short stay while in Cincy for a Reds game and trip to the Ark in Kentucky. Everything was perfect- so comfortable and amazing views! Our check in was so easy & we always shared friendly communication with the host and received honest descriptions of the property and surrounding area.
Check out nearby Pendleton Steps for a quick photo and Pendleton Parlor for a treat.

Cool property in a great location. Would stay again.

Great location in the city walkable or easy road access around town. Worked great for our family with the two bedrooms that had space. On the 3rd floor but not an issue for us. Worth it.
6.0 / 10.0
The apt overall is spacious and close to downtown. It would be helpful if the listing said it’s on the 3rd floor and a very narrow staircase is the only way up- my friends and I were able to access it okay, but not everyone would want or be able to take those stairs. The cooking ware was basically unusable- not clean/falling apart and the garbage disposal did not work. Our parking space was taken by staff when we returned after leaving midday. I’m pretty sure the only smoke detector was taken off the ceiling and the fire escape door did not look all that stable. Overall, I wouldn’t say any of these things were dealbreakers for us- just not a 5 star stay.

As matron of honor, I planned my friends party and booked this VRBO for our night in Cinci and it was perfect! The separate living room was the perfect space for games and presents, the rooms were sooo cute and comfortable!! Cincinnati had even set off fireworks that evening that we could watch from the living room windows! It was awesome!

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Very cute and comfortable, and well-stocked with what you'd expect. Chris was a very attentive host and quickly dealt with a small issue we had with a window. The only drawback is that the staircase is narrow, so hauling suitcases up and down was a bit tougher than in a modern house. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We had a very nice stay. The neighborhood was pleasant. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. The apartment was spacious, the beds comfortable. The living room was a nice size, with a comfy couch and deep leather chair. We very much enjoyed sitting in there to chat, eat, and watch some shows. We were able to pick up the free streetcar not to far from the apartment. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions or problems. I would recommend a smaller group since there are only two bedrooms and no curtains to keep the sun out of the living room.

This stay couldn’t have been any easier! Off street parking and easy access to locations all over town. The host was easy to get in touch with and made our stay very stress free. We enjoyed the comfy rooms and wish we stayed longer to enjoy! Will be back!! High recommend!!
