Honestly was not ready to leave. We had so much fun and the porch is the perfect spot to have a glass of wine and take in the beautiful views. Also the spot to drop the boat is literally less than 3 minutes away. Needless to say everything was pretty perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice quiet peaceful area! Very safe! Launched our 24’ pontoon on Friday night and it was in the water until the following Friday morning! Tied up in the very shallow cove 2 doors down! No one messed with it. Lake house was tastefully decorated! We had a great time!

We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every evening. I also enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck, so nice! Had lots of room for our family. Spent most of the days on the lake in our pontoon boat. Lovely place for a lake weekend!

We went and had a great time! The house had everything we needed and was very clean! The kids loves the short walk to the sandy beach area and swam there mist of the day! We also loved that there is a second living area that the kids can hang out in! We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, and we had a great time at the lake house. Had everything we needed to cook family meals. Location was perfect for kayaking, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Great stay all around, helpful hosts!

We loved the property especially the back porch and outdoor space! Also the easy access for fishing was awesome! We rented a boat slip at No. 9 Marina which was only a few minutes away from the property. This was a great experience!

Stephen & Jill were absolutely amazing hosts and sent us messages checking in and making sure we had everything we needed! The place was fantastic and had worked perfectly for a chill weekend by the lake with friends. I traveled with my boyfriend and a few of our friends that enjoy the outdoors and playing board games. The spot off of the lake was excellent for fishing, and the owners let us know of the marina nearby for rentals with lake equipment. The porch has a beautiful table and chair set up to sit out and enjoy being outside!The house had enough space for us to have two games going in the game room and the dining room, and you could still be in the living room if you weren't in either of those. It was very spacious. We liked that they had a few games of their own and movies too! The couches and beds was super comfortable too! The kitchen and grill had everything we needed for cooking. The grill runs a little hot so just mind the temperature. It is a trailer so sound can carry a little bit, but that is just how those are. We had a fantastic time, and I will be saving this to come back sometime soon!

we enjoyed our stay at this property it was clean very nice the neighborhood was quiet and friendly would recommend to my family and friends. only problem was couldn't get boat into bay water was to low other than that it was excellent.

We had a great relaxing time at this property. The back deck area that is right on the lake was very enjoyable any time of day. House was clean and very well furnished. Easy to get to. Easy to get back into town. Would stay here again!

It was clean and well decorated/cared for. Back porch was excellent for visiting and having morning coffee. No problems with anything while we were there. Jill was very responsive if I had any questions. Great little community where the property is located. Sitting outside on the porch watching canadian geese, deer, squirrels, cranes and heron. All of us had a great time. This was our first time to do a VRBO rental - excellent experience. Definitely recommond this home!

Clean, comfortable house. Waterfront but not really like being on a "cove." There's a significant sand bar blocking the entrance so I imagine it would take a flood to be able to get anything other than a fan boat through. But you can anchor out at the edge of the lake and walk up. We were told depending on lake levels we might not be able to get a boat through. We had a good driver so not a problem for us but if you have a very long boat or your backing skills aren't great, it might be difficult down a narrow gravel dead end road. The ramp is close. Los Arcos Mexican restaurant is about 1.5 miles away.

We were able to fish, kayak, swim & go boating right out the back door. Our large group functioned comfortably with plenty of room. The cabin is well equipped and clean. We even enjoyed our visits with the neighbors. We all agree this was one of our favorite lake trips thanks to our lovely accommodations & beautiful scenic location!

This was our second stay at this home. We loved it just as much this stay, as we did in 2018! The home itself is very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, no traffic on the dead end street, and a nice cove to fish in for the fishermen in my family. There’s a very nice grassy area behind the house that was perfect for a family corn hole tournament. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jill (owner) was very cordial and easy to work with on any needs (including the house alarm we accidentally set off. Lol). It was the perfect quiet retreat for my husband and myself with our kids (all teenagers). We will definitely choose this home again for our next quick getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location!

We rented this property two years ago in June, for my husbands birthday. That stay was great. No complaints. However this past week we stayed again for my husbands birthday. As did friends from Ada prior too us and after. First thing I noticed was a hammock and other amenities from prior visit were gone, which was a let down since we paid way more this time. A friend spent hours trying to grill some ribs.... only two burners would fire up, and one had no level only stayed low. The oven took an extra 25 minutes to cook a pizza. The stove took forever to fully cook our breakfast. The dryer required multiple cycles to fully dry. Ok still at this point no complaints, inconveniences but we were still enjoying our time. The day of check out a guest with us (a minor) locked their keys in their car. We loaded everything up and waited on pop a lock. They show up around 10:45 yes check out is 11. At 9am I told The home owners the situation and we may still be in the driveway if they hadn’t gotten the car unlocked in time. Well 11:08 we are outside but out of the home. I get a text from the owner that we aren’t gone yet and the cleaning lady needs in. Responded she was able to go in due to none of us even being inside the residence (pop a lock had just finished and we were pulling out). We stripped all bedding, started a load of dishes and rinsed what was in the sink, swept the floor, wiped counters and all before leaving cause that’s just how we are. Fast forward to now. I receive an email from the property insurance that the owners have filed a eight hundred insurance claim. For theft of coffee and filters..... this is provided in the house how could we steal it when it’s free to use? Broken umbrella for seventy nine, which was not touched or used by our family. It was open upon arrival and left how it was. Four fifty for “grease down the sink” for one we didn’t make anything with grease, and two we did wash gravy down the sink. That is not five hundred in damage. Two fifty for extra cleaning, as explained above my mot her and I worked extra to try and clean up so I know that is unnecessary and extreme. The owners now will not response to me hints why Im reviewing. This is insurance fraud and quite frankly just unethical. I suppose This is why you take the insurance out but still this is fraud, and by someone who works for and runs freedom insurance in her local town. She must know the ins and outs of what she can file. Insurance fraud/scam don’t rent.

I didn't want to go home...lol. Beautiful place and fantastic neighbors. I loved the fact that I was able to leave the boat at the beach and no one messed with it. Definitely going back next year!!

Enjoyed our stay.

Where to begin? The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My husband and the kids were able to fish in the backyard. The neighbors were very friendly! The water was low, so we walked down to our own personal beach. There are restaurants nearby too! At night, we enjoyed watching movies with all the family in the game room. My kids, nieces, and nephew said that they hope we come back. I do too!

Great location- we hope to be back this summer and next Christmas break. I loved the views and sandy beach down the way.

Met the neighbors right away and they were super nice. The house had plenty of dishes for cooking and the grill worked well. Caught some tiny catfish out back but pretty quiet fishing. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. It is clean and spacious and the location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The large extra living room was a nice surprise and we found a couple of movies we enjoyed in the DVD selection. The kitchen is well-stocked and drawers are labeled so it is easy to find things. We really appreciated the quiet, private back deck with comfortable furnishings overlooking the cove. The communication with owners was good. We would definitely stay at this property again when we are in the area!

We had our yearly lake trip with two other families and this property was absolutely perfect!! The home was very well kept and clean. We were able to pull our boat up right to the bank in the backyard, making it so more convenient than having to load it up every night! All of the neighbors were super friendly and welcoming!! The boys had a blast fishing from the backyard and made several good catches! It was a blistering hot weekend, but the waters of the lake were refreshing and so beautiful! It was also nice to come in to a cool house after being out all day! The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with from the time of your booking. We didn’t have a single complaint!! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect lake getaway!

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 days, with our daughter and 2 grandsons. The property was everything the listing said and my husband was very impressed (and he's not easy to please) with everything.

Our stay was awesome! The house was exactly what we needed. The owner was easy to contact and always responded immediately. We got there early and asked if we could go ahead and check in. She reset the alarm so we could get in and settled. My daughter left her debit card and a water proof phone holder and she immediately notified me and is sending it in the mail. We would definitely stay again!

It was perfect amount of room for our family. I've rented through vrbo before at Lake Tenkiller. However, the last house we rented was stocked with plenty of paper towels, trash bags and lots of beach towels. This house was not. I was not anticipating that so we had to go to the store and purchase those things. Also, we heard from the neighbors that normally that part of the lake has stagnant water that you definitely cannot swim in. The swim beach area 4 houses down wasnt really accessible because of the residents and the high water levels so swimming was difficult. We had fun in spite of the high water levels. We were disappointed that we could not make smores outside because the fire pit was underwater. We also had to pay for damage protection extra which I found was interesting considering there were several chairs that were broken and the patio table umbrella was also broken.

The house was very clean and well provisioned. I had my mom with me, who is 85, so all of the steps were arduous for her. The neighbors were friendly and gracious, and provided us with key information during our stay. We brought our boat as we were under the impression that the chances were good that we could get in the cove, but that was definitely not the situation. Evidently the lake is rarely high enough to allow boats to enter the cove as it is basically landlocked. Since my mom was with us fishing from the bank was important, but with the cove being landlocked that limited our prospects. The neighbors gave us some helpful tips, so we did catch a few fish in the cove. I feel that the owners were not entirely forthcoming about the boat and fishing situation. If you are not necessarily interested in fishing, this would be a great home.
