We enjoyed our stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. This apartment was cozy and had cute decorations. It was a little bit of a walk to Broadway but we enjoyed the walk along the riverside. Upon arrival we spotted two groundhogs that were so cute. Harry was helpful in providing some ideas for the Nashville area and was super accommodating and responsive.

Very please with the area and the condo, very well stocked with clean towels. The bed was comfortable. We loved the view of the river, and the place was clean. The only suggestion I would have would maybe update the sofa in the living room. Overall very happy with the rental and the check in process. The plus is the host Harry, was very helpful and check on us daily via text. Thanks

This condo has everything you need. The property is clean and safe. My husband and I walked to Printers Alley in 15 minutes. Lots of exciting new construction in the area with a revitalization feel. We enjoyed watching the well fed woodchuck family from the balcony with a great view of the river.

The location was good! We walked back and forth which allowed us to get our steps in for the day. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us

Small one bedroom apartment that suited our needs for the weekend concert we were attending. Surprisingly delighted by the view of wildlife that visited throughout the stay.

This is an awesome place to stay for a week away from home. Walking distance to a lot of different attractions and a quiet place to come back and relax. Highly recommended to stay.

Great condo a short distance from Broadway. Beautiful view of the river & free parking.
- 2nd floor unit with no elevator. We were aware of this and it was not an issue for us.
- The bed was comfortable and pleanty of clean towles were provided.
- It's a small condo but perfect for our needs... sleep/shower/refuel & explore Nashville.
- Broadway/downtown is about a 6 minute drive and about a 25 minute walk to 5th and Broadway. We used Uber/Lyft for about $9-$13 one way.
- The owner Harry provided perfect check in and check out details and he quickly responded to my questions.
We would stay here again.

The location was great for us, easy walk to both locations but able to get away when we had enough. A nice property, most everything was provided. Could use a little TLC in a few places but i'm fussy. I would stay again in the future.

Really a gem here! Right on the river with a balcony that was about 50 feet from the water. Good small kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Living room was good for the two of us but would work for 4 if needed. All the rooms were somewhat small but think good sized hotel room not large apartment and you've got it. Great covered parking right outside your entry area that made us feel felt safe- and dry! Location was excellent- it's about 4 blocks from the Nashville Sounds baseball park and a few more blocks from the Nashville Farmer's Market. Downtown and the music clubs on Broadway not really walkable but a quick uber should do the trick. Owner Harry had well-thought out emails and texts that told us everything we needed to know about checking in and getting settled. For the price and location, I don't think you can go wrong. Highly Recommended by this 60-something well-traveled couple.

This condo was great! Clean, on the Cumberland river (with a deck), close to LOTS of things to do within a mile of the condo (restaurants, bars, ball field, museums, river walk, Broadway etc.) and a wonderful host. Communication with the host was seamless, checking in/out was a breeze and all of our questions were answered before, during & after our stay. We will 100% be back!

This Condo was as advertised. This area is up and coming. Nashville experiencing a lot of construction right now. I imagine in next few years this area will continue to improve.
We did encounter numerous unhoused but never felt unsafe. Distance from condo to Broadway is approx .8 miles. Doesn’t seem that far but it does feel like a hike as there are some hilly spots but doable.
Condo had a bit of a musty smell. Wasn’t sure if previous flooding played a role in that.
Over all this condo worked for us.
Harry is a very responsive host. We did not need him but he checked in with us and was clearly available.

We had a nice 3 night stay at the Riverfront Condominium. We walked a lot into downtown, which was about a 15 min walk. We walked to Monells for breakfast, about 15 min. Uber pick ups were easy and if it was raining your wait was covered. Having a parking spot was key! Condo was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We sat out on the balcony and had drinks, nice spot !

Overall great place! Location made it easy to uber places, although no where was walkable except for Germantown. The place was nice, with plenty of towels and sheets. We had a miscommunication with the owner after our stay, however this was easily mitigated which I really appreciate. The owner was super receptive and great. Plenty of spots for easy parking. No complaints!

We stayed here for New Years Eve - close enough to walk to Bicentennial Park where Nash Bash was held.

We booked this property for a 2 day getaway birthday weekend based upon its reviews. Once booked, Harry immediately confirmed our booking and touched base. He stayed in touch the entire time to ensure our stay was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the property was in perfect condition. We took an Uber to Broadway on our first day which ran about $10 including tip and about an 8 minute ride. We attended the Opry on the other side of town on our second day and it was just as easy to catch an Uber for about $25. Very easy property to get in and out of and very centrally located with lots of local eateries just minutes away. The condo has free covered parking which is great. Downtown hotels charge $60 or more a night! We will 100% book this again when we come back! Well priced and half the cost of staying at a downtown hotel!

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. The only thing that surprised me was the couple of homeless people sleeping in the small park near the property. There was no interaction with them and it was not a problem just surprised. The location was close to downtown and we walked everywhere we went. Wish we would have been able to spend more time there.

Visiting Grand Old Opry and Ryman were places we wanted to visit. We chose this place to stay on the river with a little balcony. A perfect choice for the two of us and had everything we needed! The walk to downtown was only a mile and while we did that once, Uber was most convenient and less expensive than parking downtown.
The only reason I gave a lower score on cleanliness was because the rugs were stained and dirty. Overall the rooms were clean and very nicely decorated!!! My family enjoys Nashville and will definitely recommend that they stay here!

Condo had everything we needed. Patio overlooking the river was nice. 20 minute walk was duable. I’d stay here again!

With the condo located within walking distance of Germantown and downtown Nashville, car rental is not needed unless one plans to explore other areas in Tennessee. We had our coffee while enjoying the view of the Cumberland River framed by foilage. Being 10 minutes from the airport was a bonus as well. The host responded promptly to all queries, although these were few as his instructions were clear prior to arrival.
If we return to Nashville, we would definitely use these accommodations again.

Overall, great spot. I was excited to have a patio over viewing the river for morning coffee, but the patio was not clean and we were not able to use it.
