About this apartment rental
We are three generations (ages 2 to 75!) of skiers, snowboarders, and overall mountain enthusiasts! Copper Mountain is our home away from home. We love to bring the family together slope-side. Copper is affordable, 'down to earth,' and, in our opinion, has the Best skiing in Summit County. However, if you want to visit Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A-Basin, it is a 30-minute drive. Copper is also on a special Summit County bus route, so visitors do not need to rent a car.
Our four-bedroom + loft condo is a True ski-in/ski-out vacation retreat! Just 100 yards from the Super B Express ''six-person'' chairlift in East Village, it offers great value for large groups or multiple families. The two-level condo boasts amazing views of the ski slopes.
The main level features a contemporary kitchen, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level:
The master bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom is smaller, with a Twin bed, and is accessible via the second bedroom or the living room.
The second full bathroom is located between the kitchen and the bedroom with 2 Queens.
Upstairs, you’ll find another master bedroom and the loft area:
The master bedroom features a King bed and a flat-screen TV.
The loft has 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a Double on the bottom and Twin on the top.
The third bathroom is accessible from the loft or the upstairs bedroom.
The Foxpine Inn offers a large slope-side hot tub and laundry facilities. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle, with taller vehicles that do not fit in the garage parking outside the building. Overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter; summer parking is free.
The Super B chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free ''Copper Coach'' shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Alternatively, you can walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 50 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to either Center or West Village.
Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found on the Copper Mountain website.
You will recieve your check in instructions 1 week prior to your arrival.

Stayed for the weekend with partner and friends for the Copper Triangle race. The location and condo were perfect for our group. The space was very clean and updated and was an easy location to walk to the main village. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

The pictures online are deceiving. Not clean at all. Our shower curtain was disgusting. We did not want to touch them full of stains and strange spots. Pillows had actual blood stains on them. The pillows were old and flat and needed replacing the throw pillows for the bed were actually shredded and ripped. For the price it should have been nice accommodations. The ottoman in the living room and the couch need replacing. the mattresses were uncomfortable and had plastic wraps on them that made you sweat. Not nice at all. I’m confused about the five star rating.

While the condo could use a few updates, there was plenty of room and the location was super!

Our 17th annual (XVII) guy's ski/ride trip hit Copper for the event, early February, 2024. The location of this place is as good as it gets. The staff were communicative and checked on us more than once. The hot tub is out of this world. We'd love it if every trip offered this type of location with enough beds for all the fellas--with minimal sharing (always a plus). Thanks Sky Run.

Everything was great - it was beautiful and location was awesome! BUT the cleaning personnel did a poor job with items left behind and particles on the carpet not swept/vacuumed and the bathroom soaps were empty.

Our group had an awesome long weekend at Skyrun. The room is very clean and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be scheduling another visit.

Best thing about this condo for a ski trip: You step out the door and you are at the lift. The location could not be better.
Second-best thing? Super friendly and helpful staff. When two of us wanted to stay an extra two nights, and the condo was available, they worked with us to come to a fair deal for both sides.
The condo and property was as described on the website, i.e. you got what you see in the pictures.
A few additional pieces of information that are not immediately apparent from the pictures:
1. The kitchen was very well-stocked in terms of pots/pans and other equipment. This mattered to us, because we generally cook in the condo.
2. There is parking for one vehicle; if you have more vehicles, they will give you a pass to park at the free Copper lot, which is a short drive or shuttle away.
3. The condo and building are probably 30 or 40 years old. They are in good shape and kept well, but set your expectations accordingly.
4. The smallest bedroom, with the twin bed, is a converted porch that can get cold at night. They supply a space heater, and that keeps the room toasty, but it would be chilly without the heater.
Overall? We would absolutely go back again.

Incredible Location
We are a group of 3 families who have been skiing together annually for the past decade exploring different resorts throughout CO and UT. This was probably our favorite. The location of this property is perfect... ski rental, ticket office, lifts, apre bar, hot tub, and shuttle to center village all right out the door. The property is a bit dated but well stocked and very comfortable. The check-in process, communication, and management was excellent. We will be back.

Great for family
We enjoyed our stay at Foxpine. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a SkyRun-managed property and have always found them to be accommodating and attentive.
The location was really great for the adults skiing in our group. There were lots of beds and space for everyone in our group of 8.
Sheets and towels were nice and clean. My only real complaint was that the shower liners were gross- brown/orange mildew on the bottom 1/3-and carpet is pretty worn. Otherwise, the condo was very comfortable.

Family Ski vacation
Somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the conod and the dates surroundings of the building for the amount of money we paid. Baseboards where filthy as well as the floors and comforters. Appeared to be a blood stain on one comforter so I called the front desk to get a new one. No attention to detail. Also, one hair dryer was not working. Another disappointment was the laundry situation. For a family of 10 we needed to do laundry. There was a sign saying you could pay with an app, but the fact of the matter is you needed quarters. Who Carries quarters and the front desk did not have any either. You may tell your guest to come prepared.

Colorado condo
Great location. Needs some repairs, quite a few windows wouldn't open, so it was hot. Dishwasher need fixed or replaced, kitchen closet door needs fixed. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable.

Great Location
Been staying at Foxpine off and on for 20 years. Great Copper Condo complex. It's a little older of a building, but our unit was upgraded nicely with newer carpeting. Bathrooms are pretty small, but the location makes up for it. We'll definitely be returning!

Weekend ski getaway
10 family members kids and adults, all levels of ski ability had a great time at Copper Mtn. The ski in ski out condo was so convenient to super bee lift and the shuttle station. There was plenty of room for all of us in the condo. Wish the windows were bigger to appreciate the beautiful view of the mountainside.

Pictures of property misleading
The location was fantastic and the property company was good. The pictures suggested a newer property but it was run down and dated. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very small. We had 8 people and it was very tight. I believe the unit is advertised for 12 and it would be very uncomfortable. Ski in ski out was very nice.

Great spot for a medium group
We had 8 people staying at this property and were surprised by the amount of space. We never felt like we were crunched into the space, and were close enough to Copper Village to walk. Was a great spot for a group of people, we'd rent this again. Thank you!

Very tasteful, charming and well appointed Ski-In/Out condo.
What else could you ask for in a ski condo? It is truly ski in ski out. You can literally come in for 10 minutes and warm up at the fireplace and watch the action come down the slopes from the comfort of your couch. The place seems like they completed a very tasteful update recently. Nothing threadbare or rundown about this condo. Its super clean, charming, and well appointed with everything you could want for your stay. I like to cook and often am frustrated by kitchen inadequacies. Not the case here We were only 5 but the place can sleep a ton. Three separate bathrooms keeps everyone happy. And Copper is a great mountain. Ive done a lot of skiing lately in Jackson Hole and Telluride lately and Copper is just as fun of mountain with or without the kids. And the high speed covered 6 man lift is a game changer when the weather gets cold and windy. It almost feels like cheating. There is something for everyone What Copper lacks is the crazy lines and over commercialization of some of the other Colorado resorts. Oh well, can't have it all. Nearby Frisco offers tons of great eating and drinking. I will be back for sure.

Gorgeous Mountain Views!!
"We were 2 families looking for a ski week over Spring Break which means varying ages and skill sets! Copper Mountain is very expansive and the best part?? We rolled right into our condo and hit the slopes the same day. Check in was painless, condo was spotless. GORGEOUS mountain views from about any room and even a fireplace in the bay window of living room. It was surprising how spacious the condo was which exceeded our expectations. And offered so much privacy! Its almost set up like its for 3 families - complete with 3 bathroom areas to keep things simple. Clearly recent renovations were done which equals super comfortable beds and lounge furniture that is does not look or feel like you are the 1,000th person to take a nap.
We quickly jetted downstairs to rent ski equipment and hopped on the lift. We were able to literally walk out the door of the condo and were on the mountain walking to the ski lift. VERY handy as we could ski right up to the door and never had to carry the kids equipment. Phew.
You'll find the condo kitchen to be ample. All the things. Large dining area to relax over dinner. However, we chose to hop on the bus that pulls up around the corner and head into Frisco. Hidden gem. Chill restaurants to loud sports bars. Snuck back in the morning for coffee and to pick up a few things at the grocery. Easy. At night we found all the restaurants were kind of packed given it was spring break but wait times were under 30minutes. Had a few pops and bussed back, no complaints.
We did head off to Vail for a day and the difference between Vail Mountain - commercialized glam more than skiing - compared to
Copper Mountain is unparalleled. Did I mention Copper also installed a hooded lift?? It was -15 the week we were there so this was incredibly meaningful even on sunny days. And, of course, staying at Copper we never had to deal with parking at the Mountain which turned out to be an expensive time warp on Vail Mountain (30min drive for those wondering).
All in all this condo has everything you need from humidifiers to coffee pot in a tasteful setting that exudes mountain town cool."

March 2018 Stay
Wonderful location. Close to lift. Ski in ski out is superb. Had 9 men in condo. Never felt crowded. Bathrooms are a little small, but furnished with nice linens and toiletries by the sinks and in the showers. Agent was very helpful with replacing lost keys and providing extra tp. Handy to shuttle to get to Center Village. Manager was very responsive to resolving an issue. Great stay

Great stay with a perfect view of the slopes!
Only had one bad experience when we took the lid off a cooking pot that was left in the cabinet with cooked food in it. Lesson learned to wash all dishes before starting the stay

Excellent Location for Woodward
We took a team to practice their skills at Woodward in the Barn. The condo was exactly as pictured and close enough to walk to Woodward. The kitchen was well equipped and served the needs of our 15. The bedrooms were perfect the girls had their own room and the boys had the bunk rooms. The hot tub was an added bonus. Thanks for providing such a great location and accommodation for our stay. The front desk was very helpful too providing us with chocolate!

Great location for family ski vacation.
Property was clean and as advertised. Being able to ski in/out was outstanding. Downside is that the walls are somewhat thin and the couple next door were a bit of a distraction each night around 2:30 a.m.

Gorgeous space, well equipped.
This is a great place. The views are wonderful, it is clean, tidy, and in good repair. Great access to copper mountain and the slopes. Great food close by.
Since it's a large unit, be aware parking close by may be in issue if you have a large group with multiple cars.
