This two-bedroom condo is part of the Sea Woods resort community located in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, just 500-feet from the coast. Start things off with a delicious breakfast from Wake Up Cafe just a couple miles north, and then spend your day shopping at local boutiques and gift shops all along Flagler Ave.
Relax in the open living room or step through the sliding glass door out onto your screened-in, well-appointed patio. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private access out to the patio, and a full bath. The guest room has two twins and an additional full bath. With two bedrooms and two baths, this home sleeps up to four guests very comfortably and is ideal for a small family, two couples traveling together, or a romantic getaway for two.
With the complimentary WiFi, you can easily share updates with friends and family or keep up with all your favorite shows on the cable TV. And with the inclusion of a private washer/dryer, you can leave those bulky suitcases home and start each day with fresh, clean clothes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
