Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formally Eagles Nest Resort), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Comfortably decorated and super clean, the condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Our unit is located on the ground level, approximately 15 stairs down from the parking lot. Being a ground level unit allows easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities just right off our back 20ft patio.

* FAMILY ROOM: Cable, free WiFi, 50in flat screen HDTV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, Wii with games, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The queen-size sofa has a plush 7inch queen size mattress which ensures all guests will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to the 20ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The updated kitchen with stainless appliances is completely furnished with coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports in the wall outlets and a washer and dryer. We also provide spices and seasonings, salt, pepper, coffee and tea bags. The granite counter tops has a bar space with seating for 2. The dining table seats 4.

Towels, linens, hair dryers, and supplies such as washing detergent, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or bath soap.

* 20FT PATIO: Whether you choose the patio table with very comfortable seating for 4 or the set of absolutely fabulous wicker type chairs and ottoman, the patio is a perfect location to enjoy your coffee, read a book, take a nap or watch your children play in the yard or at the playground. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located to the left of our patio.

Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort Amenities include: Outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, children’s playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim.

Nearby – within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina for water craft rental, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

This condo was very clean! Nice and roomy for everyone in our party! Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! We LOVED the porch swing! Five deer came up in the backyard to graze the first evening we were there! Appreciated how close it was to the walking path down to the lake for swimming as well!

We spent 6 nights here and it was great. Plenty of room for vacation and a great place. Very clean and well equipped. Even had Wii games for our grandsons to play. The view was nice and we loved the back deck. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Great location too! The owner is great with communicating and that was appreciated. We would stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this beautifully kept, thoughtfully stocked condo. Every detail was perfect, the location was excellent, the owner was a delight to work with and our stay was peaceful, quiet, and so relaxing! My kids loved the outdoor areas and the video games and we loved watching them laugh and play. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and we plan to stay here again!

We had a great time in Branson. Our stay was perfect and very comfortable. Checkin was a breeze. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Beds were so comfortable and plenty of linens. As a family of five we planned to cook several meals to save $ for FUN and the condo had the cooking tools we needed. The pool was refreshing, the deck was perfect, and the kids enjoyed the game room. The location was great as we visited Silver Dollar City, White Water, and shopping in. Branson.

The condo had everything that you would need during your stay. It was great that we had a washer and dryer(detergent was supplied)to keep up with the laundry to make it easier on us when we get home. We were centrally located near the pool and playground area. The walk to the lake was doable and once down there we were able to walk along the shoreline for continued exploring! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Very nice condo with a great back porch! Nice comfy beds, nice kitchen to cook in, great living room. Enjoyed the Wii with the family. Nice location to SDC and other places in Branson. Only negative is the parking, I drive a full-sized pickup, it's a tight parking lot. Hosts were great with communication before and after trip.

Loved the location and proximity to SDC. Check in was a breeze and great communication with the owner. This is so close to SDC and you don’t have to fight any traffic. The kitchen and living room floors were not as clean as we excepted but understand that could have been missed by a cleaning crew. We also wished there had been small toiletries like hand soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathrooms and showers. We had to run out for these things. No wine bottle opener or glasses to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Overall a good experience for the convenience of being close to SDC.

We had a great stay! Condo was super close to the playground and tennis courts which was perfect for our family. The extra games and activities provided were a lifesaver since one of the days was rainy and gross. Only “complaint” is the super tall master bed (I’m 8 months pregnant and could hardly get into it). We would definitely stay here again though!

Lisa was so kind and helpful with extra info about the area I had requested. She gave us a heads up on safety measures for the upcoming storm and even took extra effort to make sure we had a pack n play when we arrived. Thanks for hosting us so well!

This was a perfect location. Very close to SDC and there were trails to Table Rock Lake. The owners were very communicative and even went above and beyond after I asked about some local things we wanted to do. They made the phone calls for me. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Will definitely stay here again!

It was fabulous! It is quiet area. It is cozy and has a great view and we love the porch! We were able to get to town quickly. There is a small store right next door to grab things you forgot and some souvenirs!

Our unit was clean, nicely decorated and supplied with absolutely everything you might need for your home away from home. I loved that we were a short drive to all the main Branson attractions but we really appreciated the short walk to the pool and the lake from our unit. Our hosts definitely went the extra mile with answering all questions prior and during our vacation and even acknowledging my birthday during our stay!
