Amenities include pickle ball courts, gazebo with seating and grills supplied with gas for guests and boat launch for boating enthusiasts bringing boats! A well equipped exercise room is also on site.
This is a fabulous condo in more private beach area by state park but close to great restaurants, town amenities, water sport rentals, day tour trips and parks. The condo has 180 degree totally enviable views of the crystal emerald gulf. The sugar sand beach practically greets your balcony; you can walk to the beach in 100 or so steps from your door! This condo is pristine and decorated tastefully and lightly to bring the beach inside to you during the moments you aren't on the beach! This condo has many return visitors for multiple years in a row....you WILL enjoy the beach at this comfortable, tastefully decorated vacation paradise.
If you aren't familiar with Perdido Key, it is one of the loveliest, most pristine beaches along the gulf coast. It is just a few minutes away from the National Seashore--protected, uninhabited, all natural, undeveloped sugar sand beaches--offering miles of walking along beautiful seashore. To the left of this condo--after walking just one or two minutes and passing just one other condo highrise after Seaspray and a handful of private single family homes--you will be walking along the state park of protected and uninhabited beach. This beach is truly for the one who loves beauty, emerald crystal water, and miles and miles of uncrowded sugar sand beaches. It is for the true beach-at-heart!
You are only minutes away from the amenities of shopping (including outlets), theatre, recreation facilities, golfing, fishing, boating, and restaurants. The world-famous Blue Angels, who call Pensacola their home, can be found about 15 minutes away at their home base, NAS Pensacola, and during the summer and you will often see them practicing overhead. Many Sunday afternoons you will see them do a "fly-by" along the beach as they salute their hometown on their homecoming from out of town airshows!
The second floor location of the condo makes you feel like you are sitting right on the beach with the added privacy of being one level up. The stairs and elevator are right at your back door.
You have the added amenity of this condo to cross the street and enjoy the Riverside marina, dock, gazebo and grilling area and fishing pier (see aerial photo.) If you have a boat, you can launch it and even navigate the boat around the pass to the gulf in front of the condo! You have tennis and pickle bar courts, exercise facilities and zero entry pool enjoyment. This condominium will be RARE on the Perdido Key...because it offers both the gulf and intercoastal amenities.
The layout of this condo allows you to fully enjoy views in all the living areas. The gulf side of the condo is lined with NEW floor to ceilling windows. The clean, light tile runs throughout the condo and ensures the cleanliness you deserve.
Seaspray is a home away from home. Seaspray has been the repeat vacation destination for families for years. The location, the beaches, and the inviting and spacious interior, will exceed your expectations. Our condo building is all refreshed for your enjoyment.
Parking passes are $40 per vehicle per stay, payable at the office upon arrival. A maximum of two car passes can be purchased. Boat passes are $250 per week or $35 per day. All boats must be registered and approved prior to arrival. Contact host upon booking your reservation if you wish to bring a boat.
There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
All guests are strongly encouraged to buy vacation rental insurance from the insurance carrier of their choice. All rental fees are due 30 days prior to check-in and become nonrefundable at that time. Rental insurance coverage for sickness, hurricanes, and other conditions varies depending on carrier.

Beautiful location! Very friendly condo staff that kept pool and all shared spaces very clean. Very easy beach access and family friendly! Loved drinking my coffee in front of the floor to ceiling windows each morning.
My only suggestion and it is a very minor one, would be better quality sheets on master bed. Great stay!

Perfect location for kids. Love the setup of condo when you have kids to entertain. You can not beat the view from the balcony.

Our favorite part about our stay was the location. We were not piled on top of other guests on the beach. We were right in the middle of all of our favorite restaurants. My girls (7 year old twins) loved having bunk beds, but I loved having the queen in their room because they still have bad dreams sometimes, so I could lay with them. All of the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay! We will definitely be looking to stay at Sea Spray again!

This property is truly beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and the quick commute to Gulf Shores. The grocery store across the street is not truly a grocery store but can get you essentials in a pinch. Perdido Key has always been our favorite place to travel and this condo did not disappoint. Thank you Kelly!

My family enjoyed our stay at Seaspray in Perdido Key. It was a relaxing and great get-away. Perdido Key was away from "busy/crazy" spring breakers and was calm and quiet. The condo was as listed. Some of the finishes were a bit dated and the condo was clean, but corners, edges, and walls could use a deep clean. I also appreciated how the common areas of the buildings were maintained - clean pools, sprayed down boardwalk every morning, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful location in Perdido Key. Our week was quiet. The view from condo is stunning, right on the beach. Condo was clean, maintained, nicely styled. Room to move. Second bedroom would be tight if full. Could see dolphins passing by from condo. Beach was clean. Property was clean. Instructions from owner were clear. Communicated well. We hope to come back! We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 6. We went in to see the Blue Angel Homecoming show and it was not too far from the base. We were in contact with the owners and Kelly is great to chat with and such a kind host! We will return and look forward to a summer trip…hopefully yearly!!!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it again. The bedroom setup is a good fit for our large family. Only being one floor up and direct access to the beach and pool is nice when there’s so many little legs walking.

This property was as described. The building is a little dated, but the condo was very well updated! Great balcony for viewing the surf on the beach! It met all our needs. Great restaurants nearby. We had a relaxing vacation, as was our goal!

Best place to stay
From the minute we got there we loved it. It was an amazing view , easy access to the beach and pool and it was so very clean and updated . The beach was beautiful and not so crowded like others in the area. We definitely will be back.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Right off of the beach so only a short walk over the boardwalk to sand. We definitely be returning.

Perfect Location
We have a family beach cottage near by so Sea Spray was perfect for us. The kids could walk down to the house easily. There was a code for the beach and for the pool so we felt safe. The living room and dining rooms worked well. We had no trouble getting into the lock box for the key, but there was only one key. Management found the second at the bottom of the pool so we ended up with two. Our grands thought that was so funny. We did not know to get a parking pass, so got a notice that we would be towed, so be sure to get that pass. Security gave us a warning so we were fine. Perfect location for our family.

Cleaning fund or half of stay should be refunded to say the least
The location of this condo and the beach itself were absolutely beautiful. We loved the condo being on the second floor, as the close view of and access to the beach were wonderful. That being said, we have never stayed in a condo so misleading from the pictures online. The condo was absolutely filthy and was simply not in condition to be rented out. It needs a lot of work, since you’re not paying to stay in a college dormitory. It seems like the owner doesn’t ever step foot in it. It would be an amazing place to rent, with a deep cleaning, paint jobs throughout and much needed repairs. Our family is not high maintenance or irrational, we have stayed in many condos and have never had this experience with cleanliness before. We spent our whole first day of our “relaxing” vacation, spending money on cleaning supplies and cleaning the place. The sheets had sand in them when we got there, so we washed everything. It was just nasty for lack of a better term. Honestly, if we could have, we would’ve left that first day and stayed somewhere else, but of course with the money being spent and everywhere already being booked, that wasn’t possible so we did make the best of things. The air vent was so nasty and so full of dust, there were huge dust balls on the bed in bedroom and throughout condo, the pans in the kitchen were burnt and looked disgusting, the iron was broken and the ironing board would not stand, my 67 year old mother hurt her foot on a huge piece of broken base board that looked like it had just been propped up in place before we got there, the ceilings had pieces of paint hanging down, the doors and light switches filthy, handle on the master shower was broken, paint was peeling off the drawers on master bathroom cabinets. My four year old nephew hurt his finger on one. Again, there is no way the owner of this condo has seen this place in person lately and felt good about renting it out. We reached out to the owner with pictures of everything as soon as we got there. She insisted her cleaning people were thorough and “very conscientious”, almost like we were lying and she never referenced the many photos we sent. She took no accountability whatsoever until day 3 of our stay. She sent an email stating we could leave that day for a full refund, this is after we’d cleaned everything and made the best of it. We were done with her. She most likely just wanted another tenant in there. I wish I could attach all pics.

The property was in a great location beautiful beach but needs updating. The patio furniture was peeling paint and it got on your clothes and tracked in on your shoes and feet. The vent in the spare bedroom had a loud rattle when it was on.

This condo has a special place in my heart. This is our second stay and this time we became engaged! Not only that, the condo saved Christmas Dinner! We came down to see my Mother and family at Christmas and her oven went out the night before Christmas so we brought all the food, the family to the condo and had Christmas there. It was beyond special. I can't say enough about how comfortable this condo is and how much it feels like home. The beach is right outside your window and the view cannot be beat. It's quiet and absolutely perfect! We'll be back for our Wedding and Honeymoon!
