This was a quick pit stop for us, and it was okay but it could of definitely been cleaner. There was a booger on the shower wall, a used wash cloth in the bathroom, popcorn in the couch. The house was nice and cool when we arrived which was lovely because it was very hot outside.

Super cute place! Perfect stay before flying out very early. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute, cozy cottage conveniently located close to city center. Beautiful garden, easy to find, and off street parking.

Exactly as the listing states. Very clean and owners were very responsive. Will definitely look to stay again when in Eugene. Thanks!

This place was comfortable for our overnight stay. It was quiet, the bed was soft, and everything worked as anticipated. The only thing I would change is that far too much fragrance was used on the bedding and soft furnishings.

The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games.
The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought when I had indicated I have a Golden Retriever and a Chocolate Lab, you might have commented the yard doesn't really have a fenced in area. We expected to spend time with our dogs, but we also hoped to be able to leave them at the place, not locked in the house.
Outside of that stumbling block it was awesome.
Thank you

A cute little house. Much better than staying in a hotel/motel. Good access to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we are in Eugene.

We will stay here again :)

The house was perfect and just what we needed for our one night get away. My only struggle was finding the code to get in which is why I didn’t score the communication as a 5. We were told we would find this in an email and instead found it in the messaging on the app with a little searching.

The cottage was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were extremely thoughtful as to what guests need. We appreciated the water and snacks left. It held us over until we could get to the store. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Good location close to lots of activities. Clean and spacious.

Great place. VRBO needs to provide two means of communication, email and SMS. I forgot what email I used for the reservation and arrived without the access code

The house is adorable, very cozy. My mom and I were in Eugene for a harvest fair and stayed. The house was clean, perfect for just the two of us. Great location, also quiet! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, sofa bed is comfortable as well! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

When you drive up? The cottage is awash with glorious flowers. It feels immediately like a home away from same. Throughout there are touches of "what would I want if I were staying here." Cold water in the fridge, protein bars, tea, coffee, books, local restaurants - we'll be back there!

Lovely little cottage with everything provided, including a flower garden and an apple tree. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Close to the EUG airport & River Road/Santa Clara neighbors. This is a 5 star location for folks who want peace & quiet. The reason for the 3 star rating is that this cottage is not within walking distance to services. However, it is a short walk to the Willamette River walking trail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those looking for a quiet getaway.

Great little place was very comfortable for 2. Convenient location. We had our dogs with us, and our hosts were very gracious and accommodating.
Note that there is not a fenced yard, but there is a grassy area and a park within very close walking distance.

We loved this little cottage. It was so cute inside, and the outside was just precious with the beautiful flowers a big fruit tree in the yard. A nice little backyard area. Just really well-maintained. The owners live in the main house, which is right next-door, and they were so kind never bothered us at and all very welcoming. There’s only one bed but the couch pulls out into a bed so it was just perfect for an overnight stay. We have nothing but good things to say about it all. Thank you for offering such a great place for people to come and enjoy.

This sweet cottage is just adorable! It is just the perfect size for two adults and our cat. The owners live next door, and were very nice and respectful. The cottage has all the amenities and is in a perfect location for seeing the city as well as being near shopping and outdoor activities. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet. We will definitely stay there again when we plan our trips to Eugene. Thank you to our hosts for a very positive experience!

We stayed at the cottage just two nights to visit Eugene and the Oregon Bach Festival. It was reasonably priced and just as advertized. Close to the river bike path in a quiet neighborhood, it was everything we needed, and would definitely stay again!

I needed a safe, clean and quiet place to stay on my move down from Seattle back to the Bay Area with my two dogs. This beautiful cottage was absolutely perfect! The house is very clean, the neighborhood is safe and beautiful as well. My best friend and I stayed here for just one night and we were both so amazed at how clean the house was and were very happy with our stay!

Very cozy for us as a couple, and convenient for our getting around Eugene.

This is a lovely little house with a well-maintained yard, which was nice for aesthetics, but also for walking my dog. While the space is compact, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen and other areas of the home. I only stayed one night as part of a driving trip, but the neighborhood seemed quiet. The owners/property managers were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all inquiries by email and phone.

Even the weather cooperated. This place has all that is needed. The bed was comfortable. No problems with reservation or check in/out. We will be back! We loved hanging out on the front porch. Turned out they have the same deck chairs we do.
