If you've never stayed on this natural, scenic, and serene part of the island, you don't know what you're missing. This villa is a stunning contemporary luxury home complete with a POOL, hot tub, and fire pit lounge in a very private setting (no other units/homes on the property with only one adjacent neighbor - the amenities are all yours!). The five-bedroom four-bathroom home was expanded and completely remodeled in mid-2013 into a five-star luxury perfection! With high-end furnishings including Subzero, Miele, Grohe, and Bosch (gas burner) appliances in the kitchen along with stainless details and custom tile/stonework inside and out, no expense was spared. All furnishings were designer hand-picked and coordinated throughout. The entire house and surroundings were designed to capitalize on the peace, beauty, and natural “zen” of the property. From the moment you pass through the secure gated entry, you are greeted by a custom driveway and lush landscaping leading you back to the spectacular island views.
Spend time with your family and friends in the heated pool, twelve-person jetted spa or on the custom IPE deck while taking in the picturesque views of the open skies, ocean, and mountains. Dine al fresco or under the covered lanai areas surrounded by propane Tiki torches that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. This house is spectacular. We used it as the home base for a wedding at Kualoa Ranch and it was perfect. The bride took getting ready photos here and they were beautiful.

The house comfortably held our nine family members. The pool was a HUGE hit with the grandkids. The gorgeous, quiet sunrises and tiki torch evenings outside made lasting memories. The house had everything we needed to prepare for and attend a wedding. It had great beach equipment to use. We found everything to be as advertised and were so pleased to share this beautiful home. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There were 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 children (ages 21 months to 15 yrs.). It was like having our own little paradise. The view of the bay and mountains was spectacular, and the house is surrounded with so many different tropical plants. Amenities were well-supplied.
We especially loved the pool, hot tub, and fire pit which we used every day. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house.

We stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and it was PERFECT!! We had 12 people including 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and fire pit and the adults loved the hot tub! The views from the house are amazing - pictures don’t do them justice.
The house was well stocked with pool floats and beach gear (wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas), too.
Cedric was so helpful during our stay. He met us at the house to show us around and how to use the hot tub, fire pit, etc. We had a couple questions during our stay and he was very responsive. He is so friendly!

Beautiful view on the tropical side of the island. The house was a little smaller then I expected, according to the pictures. Very happy the pool and Jacuzzi were in great working order.! The house is very well supplied with beach towels and shower towels.

This was a very enjoyable family trip. There was 12 of us on this trip for my mom’s 92 birthday celebration. We were all able to enjoy the pool/spa and the view was incredible!!!

Overall the property was great and Cedric was extremely attentive and easy with communication. The AC was out in some of the bedrooms which did make it a bit uncomfortable but Cedric did his best by providing extra fans. The lay out of the house was not what we anticipated and I think somewhat difficult to understand from the listing. The house is basically three levels with more stairs than we thought which was a bit difficult because our elderly parents were with us. The lower level is 5-6 steps down from the main level and the ensuite bed & bath on this level has a shower over a tub. The upstairs has one ensuite bedroom/bathroom with a walk in shower and then three other bedrooms with one bath shower over a tub off the hallway. The forth bathroom is actually outside off the patio, just outside the lower level bedroom. So to access the forth bath, one must go outside. Additionally there is an outside shower. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a great outside grill. We cooked many meals and enjoyed sitting at the large table outside. The view is fabulous. The house was very comfortable for our group of 6 ages 92 to 26, plus a handful of visitors who stopped in for dinner or to swim. Some things are showing a bit of wear such as the wheels on many of the outside dining chairs were broken and mattresses are soft. There is no access to the bay and no good place to go for a walk from the property. The location did work out great for us as we were in town for a wedding and it was close to our future daughter in law's family and the various wedding event locations. Shopping is very close and Kailua beach is only about 15 minutes away.

This property is truly Paradise!! I don't have any idea how it could have been better! The house was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need---the kitchen/dining had more dishes/glasses, etc than you could possibly use. We had 6 adults and 5 children ages 1 1/2 to 6 and it was great. The property manager was excellent as well--very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would come back in a heartbeat!!

This was a great house for our family on our vacation to Oahu. I don't have a lot to add on top of the other good reviews. One thing that I didn't see mentioned in the description or reviews is that the house is furnished with pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, and snorkeling gear!

Myself and six other adults stayed at this property for our annual business retreat and it was perfect. The house was a great size, had all the amenities we needed and the backyard was a very fun hang out spot. Cedric was excellent to work with and helped us with anything we needed. It was a great stay!

This place was amazing! We had a large family gathering people coming in from everywhere. 11 adults and 4 kids stayed at this home. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s ideal for family gatherings. The pool is amazing, the view is stunning, we loved the fire pit at night. If you are on the fence trust me lock it in you won’t regret it.

This house had everything. Beautiful view, house and didn't lack anything. It was a great place to spend the holidays with our family. There were 14 of us ranging from 18 months to 70. Would recommend it to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The house, for the most part, was accurately displayed. The house keeper, Cedric, was very nice, flexible and accommodating. The property managers were very accommodating and flexible to our requests for guests to visit and stay at the house. They were very responsive. The view from the pool was amazing and everything was thought through thoroughly to ensure their guests had a great time at the house (ie fire pit, outdoor shower, etc). My only complaints are: 1) the gate to get into the house was finicky and the sensors were not great. So we had to really rush our car in and out to make sure the gate didn’t close on us. 2) one of the bedrooms was advertised as two twin beds that converted to a king bed. That was not true since the two twin beds were different heights and pushing the two beds to make one bed was not ideal. Also, the duvet on the bed was dirty upon arrival but the property manager fixed that quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this location for families.

I stayed here with 10 family members and it was a perfect place. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking meals and having fun at the pool. It even has a nice outdoor covered dining table near the bbq grill along with an outdoor TV for having some nice outdoor meals. The view was beautiful and we could see the sunrise every morning. This side of the island does get some weather so he prepared for some wind and showers during the rainy season. But it was always warm enough even for tank tops in December when we stayed. The property manager was also very nice and easy to reach for any questions. Overall an awesome place that we hope to stay at again in the future!

The property is on a very private gated lot with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The home had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great showers, pool/hot tub, outdoor living area. Super quiet - church next door. Our family of 10 fit comfortably (2 kids under 12). Cedric was great!

This home was amazing! It had everything our group needed ranging from 2 years old to 77 years old. There's plenty of room to have space to relax and come together and fellowship as a group. We took advantage of everything it had to offer from time in the pool, hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, and having family dinners or breakfast on the lanai.

The property was amazing! Super comfortable house and gorgeous grounds! Loved sitting outside and just hearing tropical birds and the gentle lapping of the bay waters below. The view of the amazing steep green mountains was breathtaking!!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. There were six of us - three generations. We all enjoyed the pool and the amazing vistas. We were even able to watch the Blue Angels practice for their air show!
The home is lovely, comfortable and well stocked. When we had an issue with the AC, Cedric resolved it immediately. We would certainly highly recommend this wonderful home.

It’s too bad I wasn’t able to give this house a 6 star rating because that’s what it deserved. They had everything you could possibly want or need. Our group included 7 & 5 year old grandchildren and there were plenty of pool toys and floaties to keep them entertained. The house is very spacious, the outdoor grounds are very spacious and the outdoor amenities are first class. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Gift of doing NOTHING Together..
Oh MY GOSH this place is stunning, lots of space for our family of 8, ages 18-75. The pool was so relaxing, the house was spacious and clean. Cedric the caretaker met us at the home when we arrived. Showed us around and went over everything. The next day he brought Hawaiian pastries for our family. Karen at Rental Advisors answered my many questions before our arrival. I highly recommend reserving this house for a relaxing time with friends & family. It's like being home away from home. Cheers & Blessings.

Gorgeous home with beautiful views!
What a wonderful home to spend our vacation and celebration of our Mother’s 80th birthday. This house accommodated 12 of us nicely. We loved the grounds, private pool, jacuzzi, fire pit area, outside lanai, BBQ - so much more!! House was very comfortable with a beautiful kitchen stocked with dishes, small appliances, gas stove with two ovens for cooking meals as an alternative to eating out. Bedrooms were very comfortable and had AC in each if needed. Washer/dryers (2sets) was a bonus! Outdoor bath/shower was very nice next to pool as well outdoor shower! Private security gate with garage and parking for our two vehicles a plus! Close to many amenities and one of the best restaurants we found only about 10 minutes away with gorgeous grounds. Haleiwa Joe's Haiku Gardens had the biggest prime rib that our family member enjoyed, highly recommend!
Overall a wonderful home with Cedric available to answer or provide essentials with the house which as very much appreciated. Don’t pass up this home, it has it all for everyone.

Family vacation
We visited with family and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and plenty of entertainment for the kids. We loved the pool and the view! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for a large group and more than enough seating for everyone both inside and out. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Oahu.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!
What a fabulous week! We were in Kaneohe for a family wedding, and had friends and family staying with us. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire table, dining outside, and having breakfast overlooking the bay. There are numerous tv's on the property, and I don't think we turned any of them on, we were too busy enjoying the property and the location. The BEST part of our stay was Cedric, the property manager - he was so attentive and responsive. We loved every minute of our week in this beautiful house, and can't wait to come again! With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, if you have a large group, this house is PERFECT. Thank you Cedric for everything! We'll be back!!

Great location and well-provisioned.
Had a few problems with the pool which took too long to fix; we changed and washed the sheets during our stay and found crumbs between the mattress cover. Several low-points in the house where we smacked our heads (but not too seriously).
This aside, the house is very well provisioned and the setting is great. We were 6 adults, two kids and one baby. For twelve adults, the house could be on the small side.

Beautiful Property with a Stunning Sunrise View
Very modern and clean property with a lot of space. My extended family loved this home. The view GREATLY exceeded expectations. An amazing sunrise over the mountains! Originally my family wanted beachfront property, but we all agreed that this was better.
The pool, hottub, and outdoor space all worked excellent.
We had one issue with the AC not working in some of the bedrooms, but management was nice enough to provide compensation for it.

Excellent home close to everything you could want to do
Beautiful home located within 30 miles of anything you could want to do on the island. Home was fully stocked with towels, pool toys and most everything you could need. Plenty of space for everyone. We will be returning!! Loved this property!

Family Winter Getaway in Paradise!
The property is beautiful and just as pictured. The pool was great and the views were breathtaking. Easy access to grocery stores and just a short drive to just about anywhere on the island. We had ages 7years old to 70 and all had a great time. Plenty of space, beds, blankets, dishes, games and places to relax. Lots of beach and pool toys and gear that we happily utilized. Had issues with bedroom AC units one night but the local property Manager, Cedric, was quick to respond, help and take care of it! Getting to the home the first time was the only tricky part, Navigation doesn't find the little alley/road that leads to the driveway easily so we had some trouble finding it...but once we did, we enjoyed every single day in paradise! We hope to come back in the future!

This house is delivers on everything it promised! We had 11 people (10 adults and one child) and we had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, hanging out, swimming etc...

- BEST KITCHEN EVER, supplied with everything you need from pots and pans, to spices and appliances!
- BEST VIEW EVER, just look at the pictures!
- BEST COMMUNICATION EVER - Cedric, the property manager sent a welcome packet before the stay that has everything you need to know. He also checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. He is the best property manager I've encountered and communication was outstanding!
BEST USE OF SPACE EVER, there are many areas to gather and spend time. You don't feel cramped, so if you eating a meal inside you outside its all good. the fire pit was amazing, the pool and hot tub were very comfortable with lots of space for getting some sun.
We had a great time and will stay here again if our future adventures take us back to Oahu!

Extended family getaway
Our group of eight loved our stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub or by the fire pit. We appreciated the beach towels and beach supplies that were provided. The kitchen had everything you need. The welcome email gave us many ideas from where to eat to what to do, which was very helpful.
