Hello! As owners of this beachfront condominium, we are excited to list our beautiful vacation home for rent. It has been totally upgraded and decorated and is a lovely space. As always you are welcome to contact me with any additional questions. Unfortunately no pets are allowed on this property. Located on lovely West Beach, enjoy breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and emerald ocean from your private balcony of this 4th floor unit. Master bedroom with KING bed, and two hall bunks with a pocket door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. The grounds include a swimming pool and hot tub area located on the beach, a gazebo and two charcoal grills for grilling. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our unit includes iron and ironing board, luxury bath and bedding linens, beach chairs for your use while in our condo, and 2 cable tvs. Our building has an Elevator and luggage carts. We are a low density condominium building containing only 72 unit so plenty of room on our beach!

I was very grateful for Jennifer allowing me to bring my nieces and nephew with me to her condo. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We loved being right on the beach and eating our meals out on the balcony every day. The condo was very clean and had lots of little extra touches including beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you choose to use it. We would rent here again!

Spot was perfect for my family. Walk right out of the building to the beach and when the kids got tired of the beach we enjoyed the pool! There are a few good restaurants in walking distance also.

The location was perfect and the view was awesome! Condo was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Having an ice maker was great for the week and having beach chairs was a big plus for us since we flew to the shores. We highly recommended this condo and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. This is an older property, as are the furnishings. It is small in size, but was fine for my husband and me. Directions from the host made it easy to find, parking was excellent. I felt very safe. You receive keys for the condo and fobs for the pool area, on a silicone bracelet, which makes it easy to take with you and keep track of. The condo is located right on the beach, with a nice balcony (you can catch a little sun nearly all day), large pool & hot tub. We absolutely loved the beach (just a short walk) and popped up our tent daily. Everyone on the beach was very friendly, and I found a few nice shells after some shelling hints from a sweet little WW2 veteran. The host does supply beach chairs and a few other beach items, but we did not use them as we had our own. No beach towels tho, so be sure to bring a few if that is something you’d like for the pool and/or beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! :) Plenty of hot water, nice shower, with new shower curtain/liner, and shower caddy! Sufficient bath towels for our stay. (This is important to me, as I have stayed in other condos that lacked all of the above.) It is always a bonus to have a washer and dryer, and the host supplies laundry detergent for two loads. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, grocery stores, and even a Dollar General! Overall great stay!

I rented this property for our wedding officiant and his wife to stay in while in town to perform the ceremony for our daughter. The property owner was prompt in responses to questions prior to and during the stay. The location was perfect and the property suited their needs perfectly.

It was great,I highly recommend for anyone to stay at this condo. The condo is very well taken care of by the owner. It is beautiful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She is very easy to work with. It really is Home away from Home.

There was some construction going on at the front of the building that was not disclosed in the listing and a little noise One Elevator had ply wood on the floor and walls up to waist high. The beach was a great area. The hot tub was cold and didn't work for the time we were there. We still had an enjoyable stay. The condo is older but was budget friendly. Wi-Fi only worked half a day, although that turned out to be a plus and kept me from doing work on vacation.

Property is accurate as the listing. Great location right on the beach. Less than 10 minutes from plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, surf shops or entertainment venues. There's not too much within walking distance. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage, kitchen essentials. Could use a few updates (shower and dining chairs) but overall we had an excellent vacation.

The condo was nice, there was a lot of remodeling going on outside. So during the day it was loud. This was not an issue for us because we stayed on the beach during that time frame. We would definitely stay here again. It is going to be really nice once they get everything completed.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing trip to Gulf Shores. Check in was very easy, communication with the owners was incredible, the cleanliness of the room was perfect, and access to the beach is literally right there! The pool was a great option on days we were short on time and didn't want to go to the beach. We were able to cook breakfast every morning using the utensils and pans that were provided. All in all just a great trip and we would definitely book again!!!

Starting with the ocean front reveal pulling back the living room curtains it couldn’t have been a better spot. The king bed was awesome. The kitchen complete and nicely outfitted. The location on the beach was top notch a bit west of the Hangout T intersection. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks for a wonderful time at a very competitive price.

We had a short stay for a last minute soccer tournament, but I wished it would have been longer. The process of booking the unit was easy and the owner communicated quickly and efficiently with me to verify a few things and answer any questions that I had prior to our trip. The check-in process was simple, we had no problems. The room was nice and accommedated our needs for the trip. The view was AMAZING! It was nice being on the beach and being able to spend the small time that we had away from the soccer field and on the beach. My children enjoyed watching the tv in the evenings, right before bed. We slept soundly in the beds, which were very comfortable. Following our stay, the owner phoned us to let us know that we forgot my 4 year old son's tablet and arranged a way to get it back to us. I appreciated her communication and willingness to go above and beyond. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We loved the location of this spot! There were a few cleanliness things like hair, dirty dishes put away, worn out furniture, and dog hair on the makeup towel. Honestly, a little "crusty" but we didn't end up caring because we weren't there to enjoy the space, but the beach! Jen was very helpful and communicative as far as a second parking pass and when I couldn't read the email and find our key initially! Thankful for a good stay!

Jennifer was awesome in this process and had an amazing condo we stayed in. My husband and I have never been to Gulf Shores before and we are glad we did. We had so much on our honeymoon. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the view on the balcony was awesome of the beach. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, condo was nice, only one elevator worked and they were working on the other one, which we were woken up early a couple of days due to the noise, but over all a really nice place to stay and would stay again.

This was a great location. Nice place, however not cleaned. I would stay again if cleaned better. Right on the beach. Very short walk from elevator to the beach. Convenient. Short walk to a good restaurants and ice cream place. Had a great time on the beach.

I stayed here for my honeymoon and it was everything we could’ve wanted! It was a cute little place with a perfect view. It was in a good location so not too loud but not far from anything either. Definitely will stay again!
