First of all, I wanted to stay in an apartment close to a place where there was a festival (Aguadichella), and selected this place, because it was 10 minutes (walking distance) from the apartment to the Festival site. However, the address provided was incorrect. It was 27 minutes driving to the place. Second, I had to communicate directly with the owner, since I never received instructions to access the apartment. I must say that she responded quite quickly, but she should have sent instructions to avoid unnecessary calls and/or messages. The apartment was very organized, however, there were spider webs in the decoration, and there was dirt on the floor. There was an ironing board, but there was no iron. And the worst thing that could happen to me; there were workers early in the morning, throwing construction material at the back of the apartment, and they were passing right by the area outside where I was staying. The curtains do not completely cover the visibility into the apartment, so I didn't have privacy. I couldn't rest well.

Was a horrible stay for us. I usually never write reviews but this place was a nightmare. First night we got in and the mat and floor wet from what it looked like it was coming from the main house. I think they were remodeling the main home and they were making noise late and early. The worst thing was the floors being nasty and wet. The shower barely had any water

The place is nice and the location was convenient for us. I wish we would have known that they would be doing construction in the back and that people would be walking through the entry back and fourth. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside because of it and they woke us up earlier than we wanted to wake up. The main shower water did not get hot but the sink and outdoor shower did get hot water. Our rating was a four because we weren’t there all day, all we wanted it for was to sleep and shower and those were the issues we were having. I also told the lady we didn’t have the control to the light and fan. She said we would get it the next day but we didn’t so we also had no light just one lamp.

Loved staying here! It was perfect for just my husband and I! Right near the airport in Aguadilla! Perfect for the west side of the island endeavors! Property manager was very nice 😊

Please be aware that this home is NOT in downtown Aguadilla or Pueblo neighborhood. It is NOT a “2 min walk to ‘Timber & Blues’, 11 min walk to ‘Pena Blanca Restaurant’”, or a “3 min drive to ‘Las Cascadas Water Park’”. It is actually right next to the BQN airport and subsequently a 20 min drive to the aforementioned sights. The VRBO post is deceptive, fraudulent, and entirely inaccurate in location. The host did not return any calls or attempts at communication during our stay (VRBO also provided little to no support in this matter). Luckily, there were only minor issues beyond this that did not need immediate assistance (broken window that doesn’t close, causing rain to leak into the space and soak clothing/bedding), main light not working, AC less effective due to open window, indoor shower not getting hot water, construction on site reducing privacy). The neighborhood was otherwise safe and comfortable, in a quiet, slightly secluded area. I unfortunately cannot recommend the home due to the host’s deception and lack of communication.

The decor was lovely. It would have been great but the tv and main light were not working. There was water on the floor when we arrived from leak that Jo Ann said was fixed while we were there. The small fridge freezer was full of frost and wasn’t usable and the bathroom sink water flow was minimal. Jo Ann responded promptly to correct problems. Many thanks to her👏 The directions need to be better - imap needed English but google map was better. We would stay there again if everything was working. All 3 others vrbo locations we stayed at in Puerto Rico did not have problems with amenities.

Loved staying on the base. Close to cafes, beaches and restaurants. Cozy room with a cute shaded patio Very quiet neighborhood. Always had electricity and water which is key in the area.

I only have good things to say about this place it felt very welcoming it was just a studio but it felt like it was the whole house we loved staying here. Overall everything was great!

This is probably the coziest place I ever stood at it’s so beautiful and clean and felt at home , I did meditation early sun rise and it was just so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely be returning when I come back to PR

Cozy, beautiful and simply magical!! Easy to find in a very quiet, clean, nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, beaches and breathtakingly romantic places to share great memories with family, friends or loved ones!! Joanne was a great and very nice host!! My girlfriend and I LOVED this place!!

Place was nice as described. Communication with property manager and owner were nonexistent. Had an issue with some thing left outside our door and seems people were able to hang out in the patio where our studio was located and for no reply on vrbo nor through text messages. So even though it was nice I wouldn’t recommend or stay in this location again. Also though it was cleaned seems the floors near the bed needed to be clean better hair all over before we even settled in. Wish the property manager or owner would have gotten back to me.

A very cute studio that was warm and welcoming. Located to the airport the arriving flights were always a delight to catch. Located near businesses and convenient to the best beaches, would definitely recommend.

There was no hot water at this facility an it was raining during my visit in which it was somewhat cold an with no warm shower to be able to take I got sick. Owners told me to switch apartments if wanted hot water. Really?

Never had wi-fi, tv service or hot water! I contact the owner and nothing was done! Only communication I got back was that the previous guest didn't had any problems, like I was lying! The day before my last day, finally the manager show up and fix the hot water just for minutes, the tv and internet never was fixed. I left a day before due to the poor treatment, I ask the owner a refund for the day I didn't stay and nothing. Be aware that if something goes wrong the owner will not take care of it. It was difficult to get there. GPS didn't recognize that address. We were lost for about an hour. I would suggest a pin. The heater did not heat the water. I could not see tv because it did not connect to internet. I had a request and no one answer. On the plus side,The room was very nice. The bed was confortable. I liked the decoration. I would stay again because now I know how to get there.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had no water for a whole day due to problems with the acueduct authority and the roof tank did not worked properly. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the apartment. The A/C worked fine, and the beach was only 15 minutes away by car. Very good restaurants nearby. The bathroom is very modern and big. Will stay again in this facility.
