This is truly Paradise in Proctor Cove at the 55mm with 120' of lakefront. The home has a Lodge feeling to it both inside and out, from the peaked points and Cedar-sided exterior, to the large beams, light fixtures, fireplaces, bedroom furniture, and even the Alaskan Caribou, bearskin rug and other taxidermy that overlook the Great Room. The Great room is very plush and welcoming with its 25' vaulted ceiling peak and beams and 18 large, mirrored, tinted windows looking out to the beautiful lake. It consists of a fireplace, with large interior stone chase going all the way to the roof.
This lodge-style home is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. It also has a loft with a day bed and trundle bed, and Queen size convertible sleeper in the down stairs living area. There are three levels within the home. The main level consists of Master bedroom with king bed, rustic log headboard and log night stands, dresser, large closets, and flatscreen smart tv. There is a huge master bath connecting to the master bedroom, tiled shower, and whirlpool with jets, his and her sinks, and separate lighted makeup vanity and separate privacy commode. There is also a separate half bath on the main level.
The Great room has a love-seat with center console and double recliners, and also a matching stationary recliner, coffee and end tables. 60" flat screen TV, Surround sound stereo/theater DVD system, free high speed fiber optic WiFi internet throughout house, Como connect satellite TV programming, and signal booster for Verizon cell phone users. Kitchen has stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker/filters, toaster, deep fryer, crock pot, and all the common utensils, dishes, pots and pans you should need. The kitchen is separated to the great room with a L shaped counter top, and bar stool seating for 2, next to the dining room that consists of table seating for 6. There is also a folding table and chairs for additional seating for larger groups. Outside the patio doors off the dining area is a large deck with new composite decking, Blackstone gas griddle, table seating and umbrella that overlooks the dock and lake.
There is a open staircase leading up to the loft overlooking the great room that has seating for a breathtaking second story view out to the lake. There is also a day bed, with trundle bed that tucks under and will pop up to match to the day bed for sleeping for two, or keep separated for twin individual sleeping. There are two good size bedrooms with queen beds on the second level with vaulted ceilings and beams, large closets, ceiling fans and dressers, along with a large bathroom with vaulted ceilings, beams and chandelier lighting.
The basement consists of a large rec room area, with a second fireplace, bar, and bar stool seating next to the 4 large windows looking out to the lake along with a walkout door to access the lower deck on the lakeside. There is a foosball table and 55" flat screen TV with Roku internet connection and surround sound system, along with a leather Queen sofa sleeper, and recliner. There is also a full bath and a 4th Master bedroom downstairs with a king bed, rustic log headboard and matching nightstands, closet, dresser, and flatscreen smart TV. Utility room has an upright fridge with freezer, and double washer/dryer sets.
There is also plenty of parking for your vehicles or boat trailer. We stock the home with propane for the grill, coffee & filters, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, some paper towels, however most people do bring toilet paper and paper towels to replenish what they've used.
There is concrete steps going down to the dock and Martini Deck that sits atop of the sea wall on the waters edge. There is also a fire pit for your use, however you would have to bring your own wood. The dock is a very fun place for entertaining and hanging out on the water.
There is a beautiful log Tiki bar, small fridge, and radio along with bar stool seating in front of it. There is also a large swim platform with additional table seating along with a tiki umbrella, a nice six-step ladder to get out of water when swimming and a palm tree. Platform and all decking are now composite decking (no splinters). There is a covered slip for your boat and a good 15' of water depth, and even a paddle boat and lilly pad for you to use. All of this towards the rear of the beautiful 1.5 mile long cove off the main channel of Proctor Cove. The view is outstanding as the home faces directly south, looking all the way down the large cove out to the main channel.
There are 9 bars/restaurants within 8 miles by water. There is a nice concrete ramp in the rear of our cove at Ravae's RV Resort to launch your boat. They charge $10 launch fee. It is less than half mile by water, or 5 min by land from the house. They also have gas and ice. There is also a marina a few miles down the lake that has fuel, groceries, outdoor area for family games, etc. called Patriot's Point, located on the 60MM. Our location is somewhat remote which makes it a very desirable and pleasurable experience to enjoy the calm waters. We are about a 20 minute drive to Laurie, which has anything you might need including groceries, restaurants, etc. There is also a convenience store about 10 minutes west of the property that has about anything you might need.
There is so much to do within an hour's drive of the home. Caves, wineries, a distillery, outlet shopping, national landmarks along with the breathtaking HaHa Tonka State Park and so much more. I have a map I send out to all guests that has all the bars/restaurants, marinas, boat launch, etc marked on it for convenience, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We picked this house because the location was on the more “calm” end of the lake. We enjoyed swimming off the dock everyday and taking the kids tubing. The home was as described and has beautiful views! We would stay here again.

The property is located at the end of a long cove, well away from the main channel of the lake. Very little boat traffic and no wake. Ideal for hanging out on the dock and swimming. The house is very nice and had everything that we needed

My friends and I (9 adults and one 4 year old) loved our time here! The cove is nice and quiet and peaceful, and the dock was perfect for lots of swimming and relaxing. Some part of the deck was naturally shaded during meal times so we got to eat outside a lot with a lovely view. This was the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in! Had everything we needed to cook with and more. I also loved we could use the host's kayaks. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

Property was clean and beautiful! Diana & Kris a great to deal with, super helpful if any issues come up. FYI if you are feeding a large group bring large pots/pans also there is no BBQ Grill so bring your own, the Blackstone Griddle works beautifuly. We had a fantastic time on the lilly pad and paddle boat. We would absolutely rent this place again in the future :)

This is a beautiful home, well taken care of. I rent a lot of homes and this is by far my favorite. The dock has everything you need for fun in the sun. Enjoyed the fire pit also. Definitely would rent again!

The house is gorgeous and well kept. It is very quiet and calm. Water is like bath water in the summer. It’s about 45 minutes to the main strip, 25 minutes to Jacobs cave. The wifi is spotty but we didn’t need internet much anyways. The host is thorough and quick to respond. If you’re looking to be away from the hustle and bustle and have you’re own private oasis, this is the house for you.

Absolutely the best kept place we've ever been to over the years! The great view just grabs you right off, but the entire place was very clean, well-kept, well decorated, organized, with everything you need for a fun and relaxing time at the lake. Communication with owners could not have been any better...just great people. We'll keep coming back here year after year after year....

Three generations of our family stayed here and we all had the most wonderful time! This place is exactly how it is pictured, it is really a beautiful home. So many extra perks to enjoy such as the tiki bar on the awesome dock, plus a hammock to relax in, and the swing on the martini deck. The kids enjoyed fishing, swimming and taking a spin in the paddle boat. The cove is quiet and peaceful. I would say the only downside for some might be that you have to drive on gravel the last several miles to get there. But it was worth it, I would definitely recommend this place.

My family enjoyed our stay, very clean and well stocked. The owner was friendly and very helpful.

This property was great for our family of 10. the house comes equipped with just about everything you could need. The kitchen has lots of appliances and dishes. The fire pit was nice and there was plenty of outside seating. The drawback for us with this property was communication with the owner. We are planners and it took 4 emails to get some of our questions answered and for check in we had to contact them to get the code. But the dock was very nice for parking the boat and for hanging out and swimming. We would recommend this for other families.

The house had all the things you would need for a lake vacation. The dock area was very nice for fishing or hanging out and swimming. We spent most of our time outdoors but the interior worked fine.

This property was everything it said it was! The house was clean and cozy. There were plenty of places for our family of 10 to hang out together and enjoy each other’s company. Its location in a quiet cove made it a great place to swim without worrying about lots of boats or jet skis. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time. The dock was great, and we loved the ease of enjoying the water around the dock. The grandkids had fun fishing off the dock and caught a lot of fish. The house had everything we needed. The mattresses could use an upgrade, especially in the rooms other than the master.

My family of 10 just spent the week of April 29-May 6th. Very relaxing and beautiful home. Views were gorgeous, fishing could of been better but that’s just the way it goes at the Ozarks when it rains most the week. Even with all the rain we still had an awesome week. Communication with property owners was excellent, very nice ppl. Dock was well equipped and great to hang out on and fish or just watch the boaters, geese, ducks and eagles. My fav part was waking up having my coffee on the spacious decks while watching baby squirrels in the tree close by. We even had a baby fox come see us on the front deck area. All of us had a great trip, even when my father in law forgot his meds after we checked out the owner helped us meet with the cleaning lady the next day so he could pick it up (by the way big thank you to her for waiting)Would love to book another family vaca here next summer. Thank you 😊

12 of us stayed here for a week, ranging in age from 72 to 3. It was fabulous! The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. There was room to spread out and the house offered everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the expansive deck, taking turns in the hammock and swimming off the dock. We all agreed that we would definitely come back.

Remote location from all the busy crazy downtown area and large boats. But we’ll worth it!

This property has everything you are looking for for a family vacation. This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks and it couldn't have been more perfect! The house is large, clean and has everything you need for your stay. However, I have to say that with the dock and the Tiki Bar on the dock you won't be spending much time inside this gorgeous house. The location of the house on the lake is perfect too. It's on the edge of a quiet cove and there's not too much traffic on the lake outside of the cove. We drove about 50 minutes away to take a look at the area by the dam (Osage Beach, I think) and the lake traffic was crazy with a lot of pretty big boats. We took our 18' bass boat for fishing & tubing and it would have sunk on that end of the lake. LOL! Just around the corner from on the lake there were a bunch of boats grouped together near another cove for a party atmosphere if that's what you're looking for. My husband and our boys fished off the dock every night at dusk and caught a number of small and big fish each night. The owners are excellent with communication and were very accommodating. I just can't say enough how satisfied we were with this property, the owners and our trip. I would highly recommend!

The view and the cove are quiet and huge. The dock is spacious, and we spent almost every day, all day there. Tiki bar is cute; granddaughter was barista. House is clean and all but one bed were comfortable. Lots of room for family games and meals.

Our family just returned from a week vacation at Lake of the Ozarks. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and more importantly the outside area. The outside area is just fabulous with decks at the house, a firepit that we used each night in October, plus a wonderful dock. We had coffee at the dock table each morning and games each afternoon. We utilized the home's spare boat slip by renting down at the Lake versus driving ours down from out of town. The home is on the West side of the lake, which is quiet with limited boat traffic or restaurants nearby. This is exactly what our family wanted and enjoyed the slower pace for the week. As other reviews have indicated, pack some food as it is a bit of a drive to the grocery store. Agree it is a bit of a drive into Laurie, MO but we did find that the G2Market was a very nice, well stocked grocery store. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The home is large and accommodated our family and adult children very well. We will try to return!

This was a family vacation, plenty of room for everyone! The views were wonderful, and far enough way from the busy part of the lake. Would definitely stay there again!

We’re a group from church that has become lifelong friends. We took a long weekend after getting the kids off to college. This house is nice!!!! The location is perfect if you want to be away from the busy waters and crowds. It was an easy drive from Kansas City area. It is a great set up for four couples. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We all highly recommend this vacation spot.

Great layout for 3-family group, we each had private space with own bathroom. The view is gorgeous, property in great shape. Not much noise, just what's to be expected from boaters & that was less than we expected. Would definitely go back.
