Family reunion with multiple houses. This one was great for having people gather. Great view of the 9-hole golf course and mountains in the background. Also a great spot to star gaze. Furniture and beds could be upgraded, and kitchen could have had been better appointed for a family that likes to cook, but all in all the accommodations were sufficient.

The views were fantastic! Deer come every evening for food. If you rent this place, the deer like apples, plums and toast! The house was great and very clean. The master bedroom only had lamps for light and the fan clicked loudly. That was the only thing we disliked. We could have turned off the fan but we are hot natured!

House was in a lovely neighborhood with deer daily,right up to our windows..Home was lovely, carpet needed cleaned but for our use was great place and would recommend to any of our friends

When we arrived to the rental the rugs in the bathroom was very dirty. There was a half roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. There was 4 washcloths in the home. I did contact Rick and he did have more washcloths brought to us . The house is in a good location but needs to be cleaned and I don’t suggest this house if you have small children crawling around on the floor. I would not recommend.

we had an amazing time here. the house was very clean and organized and well kept. i would definitely would recommend it to friends. we loved the neighborhood also, it was very nice., clean and well kept alot to see and enjoy. thanks for having us. the neighbors were great also.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a beautiful spacious home. Perfect size for 4 adults. Well equipped with all the pots and pans we needed. Sofas were a.little worn, but it is expected with rentals. Rick was very pleasant and answered all my questions in a timely fashion.

House was very nice. location good I apparently didn’t look at listing close enough pictures showed a garage but wasn’t available to us microwave didn’t work ! I thought owner should’ve supplied laundry detergent Table had 3 broken chairs and some other little things but overall was a good stay

Clean, well kept house in a quiet community. Ample room for the 8 of us during our quick family getaway. Provided a good home base after hitting the lakes, hiking trails & brewery road trips. Area is mostly void of light pollution, so the clear nights were great for star gazing.

The trip was great. The pool was open, but we were told unless we were with a homeowner, we wouldn’t be able to use it. The fact that the listing said there were pools available, was one reason we picked this property over other less expensive listings. This was very disappointing to our group.

My girlfriends and I rented this house for a sewing getaway. The lighting was wonderful and everything in the house was perfect. We didn’t leave the house from the time we checked in on Friday until we checked out Sunday. Thanks for a perfect weekend.

Easy process, properly as listed. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were mostly engaged with outside activities. However, the area is very quiet and clean. The view of the golf course was really nice. We saw deer right near the house. Would definitely stay here again

Holiday Island proved to be a quiet, fun spot for our family reunion. We rented this home plus two others nearby and converged on the community. Between the rec center, lake, and golfing, there's lots to do for young and old. This property was easily the cleanest and most up to date of the three home we rented. It has an open, welcoming floor plan and comfortable beds with clean linens and lots of pillows. We were pleased overall.

My family had a wonderful July 4th weekend. The house is nice and open which was great for the young grandchildren. The deck overlooks the 9 hole golf course which allowed for cheers as we passed. Someone in my family has rented this home for this holiday gathering for many years and probably will continue to do so.

The location is truly beautiful. It is so peaceful and quiet. The deer literally walk right up to visit you. We enjoyed being so close to Eureka Springs and all the sights there. Would love to come back for another vacation. Thankyou so much.

This house is in a wonderful location about 50 yards from the Holiday Island golf course so it was fantastic scenery with the course surrounded by the Ozarks. When not out driving around, we spent 90% of our time in the awesome sunroom just enjoying the scenery. Also easy checkin/checkout instructions and a very easy house to find. It's now at the top of our list for the next time we're in the area.

We live in IL and my sister’s family lives in Texas, Holiday Island was a perfect halfway point for us to spend the Thanksgiving weekend. After our 8.5 hour drive, we were all thrilled to arrive at the house, it was perfect for us - 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8. The place was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Spacious and open floor plan worked great for us and allowed the kids play with no one feeling on top of each other. Sunroom with flat screen and surround sound was where the dads parked it to watch football. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood, had planned to golf (which looked great) but decided to do other site seeing instead (down town Eureka Springs and Onyx Cave - great finds!) One small hiccup- could not connect to WiFi but just called our contact, and he was quick to respond, very helpful and we were hooked up in no time. We all agree, we would do this road trip again as well as stay at this same home...definitely was exactly what we were looking for! To quote my husband, ‘I give it a 10 out of 10 and we hope to go back next year!’ Thank you!!!

The house was spacious and provided us girls plenty of room to spread out! We loved the sunroom and being able to watch the deer! It’s proximity to Eureka Springs made it easy to get to town when we needed to. We would definitely stay again!
