We received check in details by text on day of. Very clear/easy to understand. Place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Plenty of basic supplies: towels, blankets, pillows, shampoo/soap/conditioner, kitchen utensils and paper products. 5 min walking distance to snowflake lift. 5 min to downtown area, food, shopping and activities. Check out was just as easy.
My only idea for improvement is the mattress for the pull out couch. It was very thin, lumpy and would be hard to sleep on all night.
We will stay here again! Price was right and perfect for a small family of 3. We love that everything we enjoy was within walking distance.

Old but extremely clean and quiet... nice hot shower with good pressure. Fantastic location, easily walkable to downtown Breckenridge. Plus the tv had Netflix, which I don't, so I really enjoyed it!

Reviewer Comments:
This place has a ski-in (not a ski out) function. But that's okay because the courtesy shuttle picks you up in the front parking lot (by reservation only) and takes you to Peak 7 or Peak 8 which is crazy convenient. Unfortunately, the driver did not reliably work everyday and so we had to drive ourselves a few times to the gondola.Very pleasant 5 minute walk to the mainstreet with tons of life, food, and shopping. This is probably the best aspect of this place. Next best aspect is the fun amenities available to use for guests which are found in the common area: pool table, ping pong table, foos ball table, giant fireplace, and hot tubs. The room is small. We camp alot and our family of 4 is used to staying in a small 29 foot travel trailer with slideouts. We all agreed that we were living in a space identical in surface area to our travel trailer. The door to bedroom was broken, the pullout bed was broken too so my kids slept on the floor, the medicine cabinet mirror in bathroom was broken and hung over the sink which kinda got in the way when you had to use the sink. The ski locker outside had a broken latch so we could not lock up our skis. Ended up locking them up in our truck instead. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat if you can find space to use it. We ended up putting most things on the stove top (coffee maker, toaster, dish rack etc). We cooked a lot on the stove and the oven which meant we would have to re-locate all the things.

GREAT PLACE
The location its perfect, the bus stop is 1 minute away and if the amount of snow allows it you can take your skis out at the front door! It's walking distance from restaurants, pubs and grocery store. The apartment is great for two adults or two adults and two kids, not for four adults (you can do it but the space would be limited). The shared areas are clean, tidy and fun. The quiet hours were respected by all the other guest during our stay. There was no front desk but the staff helped us with our inquires online with no problems. We had an awesome time with no worries. The only con was that the water temperature of the shower was a bit difficult to regulate but not impossible. If I'm visiting Breckenridge again I would stay here again.

The location was great, condo as advertised - not a luxury property but quite comfortable for a couple, and the management was very responsive.

Ski in, easy access to lifts. Great value if you spend your days on the mountain.

Close to lift, quiet, comfortable.
The property is a little dated, but the location is fantastic. The place is clean, quiet, and although there are shuttles, we just walked about 10 minutes to the BeaveRun lift. It couldn't be easier.

Snow sculpture trip
The property was in a great location. It was small but all that we needed. The bed was too hard for me, but the wife liked it. The shower head needs replaced and maybe the lock to the door that enters the lobby should be controlled by the people in the room instead of open to the public.
All in all a good stay with easy check in and the shuttle was awesome.

Outdated
Ski Country as a company was great to work with and easy to communicate with. As for the room itself, it’s very outdated. The pull-out couch had broken springs and hard to get in/out. The shower/bath is very small, with the shower head only coming to my nose heigth and I’m only 6ft. The lobby and game room are very nice however only open from 8-10p so hard to enjoy in the morn with a cup of coffee if you’re an early riser. The room is so small it’s hard to play games and with the lounge being closed you’re forced to stay quiet while other sleep unless you walk into town. The hot tubs worked the first night and the second night were cold. Other residents had the same complaints of inaccuracy. Our ski locker was initially broken, but maintenance did an excellent job of repairing it our first night of stay. They claim it’s only ski in, which it is, but the snowflake lift is accessible if willing to walk 5-10 min. Overall we will definitely stay with Ski Country again, just not this place because it’s not worth the price.

Sweet and simple
Stopped in for one night and it was just what we needed, as we weren’t going to be spending a ton of time in the room we just needed something easy and close to everything that wouldn’t break the bank. Perfect!

Mud Season Stay
We had a fantastic time at Park Meadows. The staff was extremely courteous and the property was very well maintained. The offsite check in was simple and perfectly convenient. We were within a short walk to everything.

Park Meadows
This room was rented for my daughter and her friend who was vacationing with us. As soon as they opened their door their jaws dropped. The room was smelly and tiny. It looked like it hadn't been remodeled in 40 years. We are not usually a hard family to please but this room was not worth the money we were charged. When you enter a room that smells like they sprayed a can of Lysol it makes you cringe. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. If I was in charge of the rental management I believe I would leave this place out.
