Welcome to 'Sunset Beach Paradise in Key Largo, Fl. This private gated 1 acre pool home is situated amidst a glorious palm-lined beach. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your own private white sandy beach and swaying palm trees that leads you into the warm ocean blue waters of the Florida Bay. This great home has been updated and beautifully decorated. the main house 3/3 - plus 1/1 can sleep up to 10 people there is the master bedroom which consists of 1 king bed, private bath and plasma tv, the 2nd bedroom consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen beds,private bathroom and plasma tv, 3rd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin trundle bed
for larger family groups we also have a separate guest room/suite just outside the main house with a king bed
The fully equipped kitchen leads you to the outside covered patio, where you may also enjoy outside dinning and grilling on our gas BBQ, this perfect entertainment area is Right off the pool which is just steps from the pristine white sandy beach.
Relax in one of our beach loungers or swaying on a hammock while listening to the smooth sound of the water and most of all, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets the Florida Keys is famous for.
Go snorkeling kayaking or swimming in your own backyard :)

The property manager, Adriana, was extremely communicative and helpful with questions about the area and the property.
When we arrived the house, pool and beach were in perfect condition.
The sand beach is a rare opportunity in the area and a huge bonus.

We had a great vacation. The overseas highway is a little busy at times, but tolerable. The property is awesome, but is starting to show a little wear and tear. Some of the furniture could use a little cleaning.

My family and I enjoyed Key Largo especially this house with a great pool and private beach. It kept our grandson who’s a bundle of energy swimming and paddling at all hours of the day. Adriana was very responsive when we had questions and requests. The house has the space and comforts needed to feel at home. Thank you, Adriana!

I can’t say enough good things about the property manager Adriana. She always answered my questions promptly. She helped me with boxes I shipped and had a beautiful Christmas tree set up for my family. We spent most of our vacation in the back yard. The grandchildren loved the pool. Enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards. The house could use some upgrades including new bed linens. The life jackets, balls, sand toys kayaks and paddle boards need to be replaced

We had an a mazing time. The pool and beach were awesome. The home was lovely, just right for us. Needs a little touching up but absolutely what we had hoped for. We will be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house looked like the pictures. We enjoyed most of our meals outside, didn’t want to leave. We definitely would book a vacation again. Property manager was very responsive with all of our questions and needs

This was our first visit to the Keys, and we absolutely loved it. The home couldn't have been better. We had our young grandsons with us (1-3 yrs. old) and the beach was perfect for them. They could walk and play out into the water quite a distance from the shoreline. It was perfect for our family, and we would all love to go back.

This home and location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The photos do not do it justice. The pool and private beach were pristine. There was so much to do for our two teenage boys that are sports enthusiasts. The home is extremely well stocked and so clean, we weren't missing a thing. Working with Adriana was such a pleasure, she made sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

Everything you could possibly want in a Keys experience! Beach, pool, amazing view, SUNSET, privacy, lovely accommodations. Traffic in February can be challenging in the keys but in this location it was never a problem. We found the restaurants much more accessible up here as well. We’d book it again in a minute. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting right on the beach, with a great pool. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to enjoy the FL warmth for a week. Owner was very attentive and communicated all that we needed. Only critique would be that the house is showing a little wear.

As beautiful as the pictures are in the listing, the property itself is even more stunning in person! The beach is just perfect for little kids as the water is calm and there is great visibility from the house and pool. You feel like you are in your own little oasis at this house and there is really no reason to leave! Adriana was extremely responsive and helpful. It was very nice to know if we needed anything she would respond pretty much immediately. We will be back!

House is perfect ! We loved the heated pool and the beautiful sunsets on the gulf. We prefer the gulf to the Atlantic because the water is so calm and warm. It did not disappoint. Property manager was excellent. Check in and out was smooth and efficient. Would recommend this property to everyone!

The property was perfect for a week away with our family (grandparents, 5/3/1 y/o, parents, nanny). The pool, beach and toys provided most of the entertainment we needed and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen! The small issues we encountered during our stay were promptly addressed.

The home has such a beautiful view, plenty of parking, kayaks located at property was a wonderful plus, grill was in great shape, the beach area on property was great! Hot water in (2) master suite showers would not adjust to cool down, ending up everyone taking showers in the one by kitchen, everything else was good.

We had four teenagers and an 11 yo. There was something to do for everyone! The description of this property is very accurate! The kids enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, ping pong and fishing. We bought a couple of collapsible fishing poles and fished right of the bank. The private beach was perfect and the ocean water was calm enough to relax and float on a raft for hours. Very clear water for snorkeling. The property was very well stocked with plenty of linens, pool, sand items, beach towel and kitchen/cooking utensils. Plenty of space! We placed a grocery order from Publix as soon as we got there and had it within hours. The first full day we took a fishing trip. Caught 40 yellowtail, very fun! We took some of our fish caught to “Lazy Days” restaurant and they cooked it three different ways. We really enjoyed that and it was amazing! We took a snorkeling trip and the teens rented jet skis one day. We also drove down to Key West which took only a couple of hours to get to. Watched several beautiful sunsets right from the property! Overall this trip was one for the books and I highly recommend this property! Just absolutely beautiful!

Wonderful week with family at this beautiful property. Gorgeous sunsets and unbelievable views right from your backyard. My teenagers loved snorkeling and paddle boarding right from our own private beach and the pool was so relaxing. Highly recommend!

This property is one of a kind in Key Largo. The beach alone as a backyard is the best. The sunsets are breath taking. The house is very central to a lot of things such as groceries, restaurants, and water activities near by. Adriana made sure our stay was perfect! She was so helpful and was available whenever needed. This was our second time renting and will not be the last! We cannot wait to go back!

We had a great time staying at Sunset Beach Paradise, and the name is appropriate. The sunsets are spectacular!! Several days we had the most wonderful sunsets I had ever seen. The beach was great, the pool wonderful for the kids. The house was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has some food storage and counter space challenges, but is otherwise well-stocked with cooking utensils and we were able to accommodate. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the spot without reservation.

This place was very nice. having the pool and the beach right there was great. They had all the amenities needed for twin 7 years, a 3 month old and two adults. The property manager was great to deal with and was always very responsive.

Beautiful property with amazing sunsets. This was our second time staying, and again, everyone loved it. We didn’t feel the need to even go anywhere. We relaxed around the pool or on the beach, enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, and cooked in for almost all our meals. Thanks for a wonderful stay, again.
