Large 3 bedroom unit right on the no-drive section of beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. This ocean-view large pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, all new bathrooms and tile throughout. The building is right on the ocean. Call for more info 949/842/2849. Relax and unwind at our fabulous oceanfront swimming pool. High speed WIFI and cable included. Two large balconies - one ocean side view. 1 Covered reserved parking spot and 1 guest parking pass available on first come basis. Flat screen smart TV's throughout.

11 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, Minutes to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, 3 blocks to the famous Sunglow Fishing Pier featuring Crabby Joe's Restaurant where you can dine on fresh seafood harvested on a daily basis. Within an hours drive of some of the states top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, just to mention a few.

Had a great week here! The place was updated and very nice inside. Loved the tile flooring throughout, the updated kitchen and the fact that it has two balconies. I would stay here again anytime. The pool was nice and clean and looked to be well maintained. Beach access was nice too!

Had a great stay in Daytona and the location was within walking distance to the beach as well as nearby grocery stores. The condo had so many amenities that made it so convenient for us. Cathy was a great host & communication with her was excellent!

This is the best location we’ve found on Daytona Beach. Unit was wonderful, and nicest in the condo. Well stocked with all items needed. Owner is great, immediately responsive to any questions. Recommend staying for Daytona Beach trip.

Condo was well appointed. We had 6family members. Unfortunately hurricanes damaged the pool and week had very cold temperatures (ice on rooftops) so our week was out of owner’s control. Daytona Beach is centrally located on east coast so day trips to Space Center, St. Augustine and International Speedway were possible

We did not stay here. The day we were to arrive we were informed in a phone call from the owner there was construction going on and the elevator did not work. When we arrived, there was a semi trailer and two construction dumpsters in the parking lot and workers on site. It appeared this had been going on for a while. After walking up stairs to the unit, the view was not as depicted in the listing photos. If you stood at one end of the balcony or leaned over the railing, yes, you could see the ocean between the two buildings. The predominant view from the unit was the side of the very close tall building next door. There was no pool access due to construction. The gate to the pool was padlocked. We discovered the TV did not work. Thankfully the owner agreed to give us a refund and we left. (The interior of the unit appeared very clean and as depicted in the photos.)

We had the best family vacation ever. We got to Daytona, and there was a lot messed up from hurricane Ian. Although many of the condos were hit, our condo was untouched, and just wonderful. Cathy did a great job keeping our vacation on track, and keeping in touch. I will definitely recommend her and her condos to my friends and family! I am also going to start planning our next vacation, and will be using Cathy again!

We would thoroughly recommend this property on S Atlantic Ave. It was very clean and spacious accommodating four adults easily. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable and lots of hot water in the bathrooms. The pool setting was great, close to the beach. Fantastic views from the little balcony. Cathy was also very attentive, responding to texts/phone calls and even popping round when we couldn't get the wifi to work. A wonderful place to stay and if we are passing through again we would definitely stay again.

I can't say enough how wonderful this place was. It was perfect for my family and the location was at the quiet end of the strip so that made it nice. The only thing I would advise to others is the pool is not heated and that was the only down fall. Yes we live in FL and you wouldn't think you need it but during months when it's not humid and hot outside it would be greatly appreciated. Cathy was absolutely the best to work with and we will be renting from her again in the future.

Daytona Beach Shores is a great beach, lovely place to walk! Nice oceanfront restaurant close by! Access to the beach is down about two flights of stairs, and property has only a side view of beach. Everything was convenient and well furnished inside the condo. Having three bedrooms was perfect as we had three in our party. The kitchen was updated and it had a nice decor throughout! In all, It was a nice place to stay!

Cathy was very accommodating, she stayed in contact the entire time making the check-in and check-out process easy. She even offered a late check out and the opportunity to stay longer . The condo was exactly as described, very well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will definitely be staying here the next time we return to Florida.

Cathy was so nice and very attentive. She goes above and beyond. We had everything we needed in the condo including instant pot, keurig with pot and Kcup, crock pot, beach chairs and toys, plenty of cookware, linens, and towels. Beach location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We brought out 17 year olds down on fall break but to also celebrate their birthday. We all absolutely loved the room. Cathy truly thinks of everything so when you walk in it’s like you’re almost at home. Great location. Not far from the excitement but definitely on the quieter side and that’s what we had wanted. We will be booking again with Cathy in the future.

Spacious and clean. Open living area was nice for everyone. Side balcony has view of the ocean. Pool was very nice and beach was beautiful and quiet being away from the large resorts. The unit also had all the beach gear necessary - boogie boards, chairs, shovels / buckets, and a beach cart which was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

When I saw this listing I thought , this looks too good to be true. I kept wondering what was wrong with the place and we got there and it is exactly as it’s described. There are 2 balconies, one in back of building and one on the side. Despite the balcony being on the side of the building, the view was still wonderful. You could see the ocean and hear it very well. Access to the pool was really simple and easy and the furnishings in the condos were wonderful.
