See our other “A” rated unit Trail Creek #71 that sleeps 8 is a 3 bedroom plus sleeper sofa and is 2.75 baths.
I picked this unit for its convenient location for me
You can ski home via the snowshed trail it says trail creek and is a green easy trail all the way to the bridge that crosses into the Trail Creek complex. Be very careful at the bridge snowboarders like to build jumps right before the bridge. Otherwise this trail is easy to navigate.
due to covid please ask about if all amenities are still open it does change all the time it seems now.

The condo is in decent condition and well located for skiing home. We were provided the incorrect entry code, but luckily arrived during business hours and were able to contact the manager. They didn't seem to believe us but provided the correct code and we were able to get in.
Later in the trip a dining room chair collapsed and broke while my daughter was sitting on it. I didn't immediately contact the manager (my mistake), but we were dealing with a death in the family and it slipped my mind. Later we were sent a snarky and mean spirited email about the chair, when notifying us about the damage charge. I did not dispute the charge (although it did seem high), but I did not appreciate the tone of the email. The bottom line is that you never know what people are dealing with, so give them the benefit of the doubt and be kind.

Was an overall good ski weekend. All descriptions of condo were spot on.

Great place very close to the mountain loved the location. I loved being able to ski back to where we are staying. Fireplace and lots of firewood was a nice touch!

This condo is exactly as described with everything you might need to accommodate your needs. The communication with the owner could not be better and the check-in was very easy. Fantastic location as a "home base" for exploring Vermont. Be aware that the unit on on the second level so there are stairs should mobility be an issue.

I have stayed in several Trail Creek properties and this was one of the nicest. Great amount of space and well kept. The owner was very thorough in providing details and extra tips on our stay.

Peppery was advertised well. Overall it was great, the only down side was the fridge froze most of our food and one chair in the dining room was unable to be used. It was only me and my husband so this wasn’t a big deal. Fireplace and community hot tub was wonderful.

Condo is nice and cozy, easy check in and check out, smart lock, no key needed. Good living space, especially the twin beds in the loft area, children loved it. It’s 2 mins away from grand hotel and Killington grocery is only 5 mins drive, we get all we need to make us hot breakfast. Communication with Kim was prompt and open. We had an unfortunate 6hours power outage due to the severe weather there, Kim was able to help us with the restoration information. After the storm, it was all fun skiing. We spent most of the time at ramshead which is 3 min away. We didn’t walk to snowshed as it is a little long for my 7 years daughter. It was a good stay, children had fun, kitchen is equipped, and fun skiing in Killington!

This was a very cozy condo. Perfect for a quick holiday ski getaway with my family. Although we didn't spend much down time inside the condo, it was very comfy to come back to after a long day skiing. It is extremely convenience to the slopes with only a few minutes wait for the shuttle and ski off access at the end of the day. Very convenient and close to town and restaurants and shopping. Will definitely plan a return trip!

We stayed for three nights while mountain biking at Killington and was very pleased with the accommodations. Booking was easy and Kim was responsive and clear with communications. The condo is as described and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. We didn’t use the TV or stereo but it’s a complete setup with full instructions. The wifi was blazing fast. The fireplace was fantastic and there is unlimited firewood at the end of the building. The location was very convenient, one of the closer condo complexes to the main lifts. It was a short (uphill, but not on the road) ride from the condo parking lot to the lift, and in the winter you can ski back down to the condo through one of the trails. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was described perfectly in the listing. We enjoyed a long weekend away for a Spartan race and it was in the ideal location to walk to the Snowshed lot. Very clean and stocked with all essentials you’d need. This is our second time renting from the owner (different condo last year - but also a 5 star place) and I search for her places specifically now when we look to go to Vermont because I know that we can expect to have a great stay, easy communication if needed, and just enjoy ourselves.

Great stay, experienced host, but be advised, unlike other bookings I’ve made through Vrbo, communications with this host are faster and better via phone and text. This host has a job that takes her away from her computer for large chunks of time so the phone is really the best option. I’ve been phished by scammers before who try to move communications offline, so this was really off-putting to me, but once I understood the circumstances it made sense.
In any case I would definitely stay again.

Nice condo, walk to Snowshed base.
The condo was nice with a king size bed and two beds in the loft. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and silverware as well as pots and pans. There is a nice fireplace with plenty of wood. The only drawback is that the heat wasn’t working properly. The thermostat is mounted on a wall that is hot which causes the thermostat to give incorrect high temperature readings. The only way around this was to crank up the heat above 85 to get the heat to start working. So it was either freezing cold or very hot. The thermostat should be moved. This was pointed out to the owner. The walk to the slopes was about 500 yards and put you right at the base of snow shed base area. You are able to ski home along Trailside slope which was nice. Overall the condo was nice and the location was good.

Very nice as advertised
We had a nice stay in Killington, VT at the Trail Creek Condominium unit we rented for the New Years Eve weekend. Very comfortable Condo and everything was as desribed from the advertisement from VRBO. The landlord Kim was also very easy to contact if we had any questions. Thanks!

Excellent as always
This is the third time that we've stayed at one of Kim's properties. Always a pleasure. Clean and beautiful

Observations
The property is tired and needs updating. Here are some observations: ceiling fan was filthy; was afraid to turn in on for what might fly off of it; upstairs sign confusing-is it a sleeping area or not? wash dryer very old; no lint catcher and there was lint everywhere; should vacuum sides of washer/dryer; only 1 side of toaster worked; light burnt out in kitchen ceiling; kitchen faucet does not retract properly; bedroom blind left side only does not work; cable mgmt needed for wires in bedroom; dining table needs refinishing-rough and sticky; online pictures don't show the clutter of candles-get rid of them-why would you want to encourage a renter to light a candle and potentially forget to blow out! These observations are meant to be constructive criticism.

A wonderful time
What a great location for our week's stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and other amenities. The wifi was terrific, and we were pleased to find out we had Netflix! I would recommend this unit to a friend and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Amazing Location!
The location of this condo was incredible - a very short walk to the Killington Resort, dining at the hotel next door, hiking, mountain biking, and the sports park. There's a walking trail with bridges over babbling brooks around the pond by the resort. There were wine berries there, and we found a nice hike into the woods and up the mountain off that trail. The condo was comfortable. It was chilly and we lit the fireplace each night. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you'd need to cook or bake. We used the indoor pool and video games before the clubhouse was closed for repairs at the end of the week. Great stay!

Great Killington Condo Near Slopes!
Our family of four stayed in this condo for a late season Spring Break skiing/Boarding trip, and we had a great time. The condo was great and matched the description. We drove to the slopes for convenience, but we could have walked had the parking lots been more crowded. The owner was very responsive, and the condo was in very good condition. I would recommend contacting the owner prior to making a reservation through VRBO as she has a few unique requirements including a separate signed lease agreement in addition to the VRBO reservation due to some past bad experiences with renters, but we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property and location
Excellent property, within a minute drive distance of any Killington parking lot and within a few minutes of several restaurants and markets.
The condo complex was very quiet and peaceful!
The kitchen was very well stocked and we took full advantage of that!
The beds were very comfortable. As mentioned by other reviews, the loft gets a little bit warm but the fan helps with airflow so it was no issue.
The TV system is outdated but, this is a ski vacation, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all.
I very highly recommend you stay in this property and I plan to in the future.

Great layout for a family or small group
Excellent location. The condo is very nice and has a great layout although it could use some updating. TV's and furniture are very dated. Other than that I would recommend it.
