Rent this fantastic unit that is pristinely maintained by the weekend as a three night minimum, full week or midweek as a 3 night minimum and extended options for the off season.
This location was recently built and includes top of the line cabinetry, undermount double, stainless sink with granite countertops. The washer and dryer are full size and kitchen is equiped with a wine cooler, dishwasher, disposal, and everything you need to make a gourmet meal including Capresso coffee maker, Villaware waffle maker, Waring blender, etc. Bathrooms are equiped with Toto, no-clog toilets, and corian countertops. Furnishings are from top makers including, Tommy Bahama, Bob Timberlake, Potterybarn, Thomasville, etc. The floors and carpet include hand-skieved, hardwood floors, ceramic tile in bathrooms, and Tactesse carpeting in bedrooms (very soft!). We have a miele vacuum available at this property. The decking is Brazilian hardwood with Potterybarn outdoor furniture on the large covered deck.
This property is clearly for those that want to enjoy Dewey! Either cook in, grill on the weber grill outside, or go out to enjoy the many restuarants....recommendations available upon request!

If you want to be in the heart of everything in Dewey this rental is the place to be. Just park your car and everything is in walking distance.
This rental is even better than the pictures show. This place is AMAZING! Maria was always available to answer any questions I had. Very pleasant and a great to work with. We will be back for sure!!!

This property is gorgeous! Immaculately clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. And that fabulous porch! We felt like we were in someone’s home instead of a beach rental. And, they allow pets! Would we rent it again? Probably not. This is a third floor unit. The 3 flights of stairs did not play well with my 71 year old bad knee and 11 year old dog. Also be aware that there is no way to secure the door into the unit. If you have small children who like to wander, this could be an issue.

Close to bars and the beach
Had a great experience renting this and another property from Maria for a large group. Property was clean and has a nice front deck for sitting outside when relaxing after spending time at the beach. Location is great, close to a ton of bars and restaurants and the beach access is only a short 4 minute walk. Maria also provided beach chairs which was great for our group!

Maria was a great, thorough host! She was very communicative about procedures and expectations leading up to our stay, and everything about the place was as advertised if not better. Great location too!

Sista Docs Summer Fun!
This is a lovely top-floor property with great breezes and town views. There are enough bathrooms for a large group and all of the common areas are wide and open and invite conversation. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and restaurants, bars and clubs are all within walking distance too. We really enjoyed our stay and Maria's responsiveness to our questions.

Really clean house in a perfect location. The balcony is an amazing addition and the house couldn't be in a better location walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Maria was a very accommodating host and the house was very clean.

This property is real a great place. Good location, very clean and plenty of room. The owner is very responsive and reachable. I highly recommend the property. Look forward staying next year.

Mom-daughter trip
Everyone was thrilled with the property. It was clean and updated and spacious enough for 10. It had some extras that made it extra relaxing for us. Their were beach chairs and an umbrella set up everyday for us on beach and plenty more at the house if we needed them. The location was super great to walk to everything.

Absolutely Perfect!
This house was absolutely perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette part weekend in Dewey. It can be hard to please a large group of women but no one had a single complaint about this house! The huge kitchen and deck provided for ample space for our group to gather for cocktails, meals and chatting. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained. And the beds, oh the beds, they were the most comfortable beds everyone has ever slept in. This house is perfectly located in Dewey, a block and a half to the beach and half a block to the Starboard! The owner, Marie, communicated all information extremely well and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for your trip to Dewey!

Great stay for a bachelorette weekend!
This was a perfect property to rent for a bachelorette weekend - down the block from the beach, very close to bars/restaurants, and a quick trolley ride to Rehoboth boardwalk. Maria is wonderful to work with - very responsive and accommodating! Some checkout rules to be aware of upon your departure, but nothing that would prevent us from booking this property again!!!

This house was amazing and it is in the most perfect location! Located walking distance from the bars. Prosperity manager is so lovely, will rent from her again in the future.

Great times, great house!
Perfect house for a large group of people and perfect location! House has a new feel, perfect amount of showers and bathrooms, beds were comfortable, awesome huge kitchen to hang out in, and the best part was the big porch! I would suggest staying here if you want to party for the weekend or celebrate, maybe not with kids, as their is a lot of partying going on around in other houses and the Star Board is legit next door. Also, there’s a pretty hefty flight of stairs to get up into the house, so don’t pack too

We stayed for several fabulous days in June and loved every minute. This is a third floor unit, but it is well worth the trip up the stairs. Very spacious and well appoInted. The furnishings are very comfortable. This is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed and we come to the DE beaches frequently. The deck is so open and airy and very comfortable. We spent every minute we could on the deck. I think we may have had the TV on for about 30 minutes for our entire stay. The beach is only an easy walk away and was never overly crowded. And the umbrella and two chairs placed on the beach for us every morning was very appreciated. Maria was very kind and generous, very responsive,
and a joy to meet. We plan to book with her again as soon as we can. If you get the chance to stay here and meet Maria —- do it!!! You won’t regret it.

Great property and location with helpful owner
I came here with a few friends and family members for Labor Day weekend. The property is fantastic for groups. Not only is it big, but the layout is very open (picture a large, elevated (you're on 3rd floor) Ranch-style house). The furnishes were nice and the place is quite well-kept by the owner, not to mention the location, which is as prime as could be in Dewey. Just make sure to read the two short documents that you receive. There are a couple of things, albeit small, to do before check-out that could easily be forgotten, so make sure your group is aware. We couldn't have asked for more, and give bonus points for (1) having the beach setup for us each day and (2) having any questions answered by the owner within minutes. Highly recommend if you're staying in Dewey.

Maria was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our group when we stayed there. The place was very clean and well taken care of, and it is a block away from the beach and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants - can't beat it!

Great family vacation home
This house was great it had everything we needed and more.
The beach was a short walk each day and having our spot secured before we arrived was great. Our chairs were always in just the right spot never had to move for the tides. There are lots of extra beach chairs and toys even a few boards for the ocean.
The maid service was well worth it. Our family aged from 70s to 4 so it was great to have someone come in each day and do the "cleaning". I would highly recommend paying for it.
The owner was very easy to work with and keeps a close eye on her properties. She makes sure guests are following the rules of the lease and not disrupting other neighbors.
The kitchen was well equipped we ate most meals in and there were plenty of tools.
This was a great spot and would highly recommend it.

Very clean, upscale condo near the beach
The kitchen is very large and modern. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The 3 bathrooms are handy, however the water pressure is not the best. We did bring our own bath towels as the rule of having all towels washed and put away by 10am checkout seemed difficult. We also didn't like the rule about having to take the sheets off, call for delivery of clean sheets in advance, and remake the beds ourselves before the 10am checkout. We feel the cleaning service that comes in after we leave should be taking care of this. Other than those two rules, everything was perfect. Such a short walk to the beach makes it a great location! The owner was great to deal with. Responded promptly to our messages and gave us local restaurant recommendations that were excellent. All in all a great place to stay at!

Best beach house in Dewey!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this beach house. We rented it for my family (including twin 4 year olds and a 3 year old) and my parents (in their 70s). We all LOVED this house. It looks great in the pictures but the pictures do not even do it justice. It's gorgeous and well maintained. The deck was our favorite place to hang out (my mom even chose to sleep out there). The location is so well situated - it was a quick walk to the restaurants and beach that we didn't have any complaints from the kids on the walks (in fact, the twins pulled the wagon themselves all the way to the sand). Once we parked our cars we did not use them again until we left at the end of the stay. We did an adventure on the Jolley Trolley into Rehoboth one evening. The pick-up was right at the corner and the kids had a blast on the Jolley Trolley and in Funland. This was the first true experience for our kids at the beach and they were asking to return as soon as we backed out of the driveway. If this unit was for sale I would buy it - that's how much we all loved it!! I would only have two suggestions:
1. The WiFi didn't really reach into the bedrooms (you had to be in the front part of the house to get a connection). So if a stronger signal is possible that would be nice but definitely not critical.
2. Perhaps put a hook at the top of the door at the top of the stairs. My son figured out quickly that he could open that door and the door at the bottom of the stairs. Since he's usually the first one up I was always a little concerned he would run down and out. Luckily he never did but he tends to be a bit precocious :)
Again, an absolutely WONDERFUL property and we will be returning next year for a longer stay.
