DETAILS: This luxurious, professionally decorated, 2 story, 2+ bedroom / 3-bath condo is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Situated on the south side of 30A and next to the fine shops and restaurants, it is perfect for a couples' getaway. The Mercado, Spanish for market, was the winner of the 2007 Builder's Choice Award for Project of the Year. Designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects of Memphis, TN, the building has been described as having the "â¦most successfully European feel" with crisp millwork, vaulted ceilings, deep dormer windows, and open balconies. This upscale condo provides a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TVs, and plenty of room - nearly 2,000 sq. feet!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is accurately described and photographed. You’ll not find any surprises or disappointments when you arrive. It’s very clean and safe. The location is right in the center of the town square and less than a five minute walk to the beach. The staff were attentive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be returning.

Great location but road noise is a little high. Steps can be challenge as 2 BR /washer upstairs. House needs super clean. Upholstery covers, rugs, walls dirty. Cooktop fan VERY gross. Probably would not rent again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo right in the heart of Rosemary Beach!! The online description was exactly as it was and the home had everything we needed. It was spotless and we loved the location. The bikes that were included were a huge plus! We had a baby with us for a couple days and it would have been nice to have known that the home actually had 2 pack and plays that he could have slept in. When i messaged the property managers prior to our stay to ask about this, they gave me the number for a business that rents baby equipment. We didn’t want to pay $90 so we brought our own with us. It would have saved us some extra luggage had we known that there was one (actually 2) in the home. Like i said, the home was so well stocked with everything we needed! The welcome gift was so kind and appreciated as well! The hair dryer in the master bedroom didn’t work so i sent a message and a new one was delivered within an hour (on a Sunday). The communication was amazing! The home is beautifully decorated and in the best location. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to renting again! Thank you!

This place was right on the main town square. We were there over the holidays and you could see the town Christmas tree and the post office with its giant wreath. Gorgeous. We stay in VRBO-type places a lot, and this was the closest to staying in a nice hotel. Seamless, professional check-in and both automated and human contact before arrival. Clear instructions about departure, easy to follow. We loved the place itself. Plenty of room, nicely but not overbearingly decorated. Comfortable couches. We don’t cook but well-stocked tools in the kitchen. Beds reasonably comfortable, bathrooms nice. And the town itself, if you don’t know it, is truly lovely. Small issues only did not detract from our overall happiness with the stay — (1) elevator has a code but was a little flaky; (2) master bedroom ceiling fan had a wobble that made it noisy so we didn’t use it: (3) there was a hole in the master bath shower handle (where there would usually be a pull for a diverter —no real issue but everyone worries about could there be a camera); (4) some of the buttons on the dishwasher are worn off (ie you can see the LED underneath, with no cover); (5) TV had three remotes but no instructions that I could sort out. Again, those didn’t detract at all from our stay. Of more than a dozen VRBO-type places we have stayed at, this was the closest to a great suite in a really nice hotel, and we would totally stay here again.

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with this condo for our 11-month-old son's first beach trip. The place was immaculate, spacious, contemporary, and WOW what a location. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay! Parking was extremely accessible as were top restaurants, coffee, and the incredible beach just steps away. This was a perfect place to stay for a trip we'll always remember.

LOVED our stay! The property is so conveniently located in the middle of Rosemary Beach and close to all of the community amenities. The house was clean and ready for our arrival, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless and easy. Plenty of space, great views, thoughtfully decorated. I could go on and on! We had a beautiful vacation at this condo. Four of us flew in for a girls weekend. The location of this condo was absolutely perfect! We could sit on the balcony and watch the downtown activities as well as sitting out there and having our morning coffee and we played boardgames in the evening. The building was very quiet and nicely furnished. We cooked in the kitchen and had everything that we needed for breakfast and dinner. We walked to the beach in just minutes and enjoyed the farmers market as well as the local shopping. By the way, you could see the farmers market from the balcony of this unit. Everything was fantastic and we made some great memories! Thank you!

32 of us from our country club come down each year for a tennis/beach weekend! My group of 6 left accommodations up to me and fortunately I hit the jackpot with this special condo! Location was perfect to walk to beach, tennis, and to dinner. I would highly recommend this condo. The whole experience was outstanding!

This is the spot!!!! Perfectly located , 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful Balcony view overlooking the Rosemary town. Parking was convenient and so were the pools. Our favorite pool was the Barbados! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We will come back and stay here <3

Extremely disappointed with the management company. Our gate key card to the beach access was not functioning. Despite being informed that one of our party members was handicapped we were told to go to the public beach access point which was a 12 to 15 minute walk for a normally functioning adult. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get a functioning card. We requested an additional card that we would accept responsibility for, so that our entire family would not have to come and go as a single group in order to access the beach (our accommodation information mentioned "cards" plural) but were told that that was not going to happen. I find that unacceptable. Especially when informed that one of our party had special needs. The management company could very well find themselves in trouble for ADA violations if that type of behavior continues. Bryan D. Benbow, M.D.

It has been a few years, but this was our second stay at this property. Great unit. Nice layout with two master suites upstairs and a room with two twins downstairs. Nice space to watch tv and plenty of other space to spread out downstairs and play games, eat meals, etc. Deck is super deep and uniquely located so you can see the town center both directions (north and south of 30A). Thanks again for helping us have another great stay at Rosemary!

This is a lovely condo was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was so easy! At the top of the walkover there was a restroom, which was super handy when on the beach! The weather was perfect! It was very easy to leave the beach to grab food/snacks/drinks and take back. We loved this little beach community it was very lovely! The condo itself was decorated well with all the comforts of home! Highly recommend Mercado 3C!

We loved the location and the condo was excellent but the elevator was out the entire time of our stay. Three flights of stairs with luggage and groceries was difficult and my husband had a torn Achilles so it was not an option to go out. Patio view is nice. Kudos to Amanda Webb at 360 and Brandon. There was not anything they could do about the broken elevator but they did come and let us use a firestick so at least we could stream programs since it was difficult to get up and down the steps. We will call Amanda again. The elevator is supposedly a Rosemary HOA issue. Otherwise nice unit

Stayed here for a girls’ getaway for my 50th birthday. Location is great, clean, spacious and well decorated. Would be suitable for a girl’s trip or family trip. The property manager was always available to answer any questions, friendly and accommodating. Will be back hopefully soon!

The condo was beautiful - it’s clean and as shown. 360Blue was great to work with in every aspect. The convenience of the location was nice - the problem of the location is the proximity to 30a and the downtown Rosemary restaurants at night. It’s extremely loud, it’s a cruising strip for teenagers with loud radios, screaming, running, honking, etc. no policing or patrolling and no sound control in Rosemary, very disappointed in this part. If you have children who need sleep and go to bed relatively early this is not the place for you a house back away from main street will be best. If you have teenagers or are just there for fun this is a perfect place.

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach and it was wonderful. The condo was in a perfect location and was so beautiful. We only had 3 people in our party but could have definitely had more. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The original place we rented came with bikes so was a little disappointed this one didn’t. Plenty of places to rent them near by just cost more money.

Great stay at Rosemary Beach! Awesome location for us with a toddler and baby. Condo was beautiful and perfect size for our family of 4. Easy access to everything. Loved our balcony and view. Some minor deferred maintenance / wear & tear stuff could be dealt with (shower door in master, grout, water stain on master ceiling, coffee table seems very loose/rickety). These items didn't detract from our stay but we noticed them and thought them to be easy fixes for future trips. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a lovely first trip to Rosemary Beach and all of 30A!

Enjoyed our stay. My teenagers loved the location. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. We unfortunately had an ongoing battle with parking. Same car would park in our designated spot every time we left the unit. Made it very difficult to find parking in high season and heavy rain throughout our stay. Received several confusing emails from 360 Blue about repairs that I didn't request but our ongoing problem with parking never addressed. Just given a phone number that no one ever responded to requests. Stayed with 360 several times over the years and service continues to decline each visit. So.... if your not the one trying to find parking, it's great. We really enjoyed unit but service really lacking and confusing.
