Your Harbor Springs adventure begins here! This beautiful and tranquil two bedroom, two bathroom condo is just a block off Little Traverse Bay and only a half-mile from downtown’s many shops, restaurants, beaches, boat docks and waterfront activities. Create your favorite meals in the fully-furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. If outdoor grilling is more your style, take advantage of the Weber gas grill just a few steps away on the deck. An additional propane tank provides back-up for uninterrupted outdoor entertaining. Updated and comfortable, this condo boasts beautiful hardwood floors throughout, with upscale furniture, mattresses, bedding and linens. A 55-inch TV is mounted atop a beautiful stone, gas-burning fireplace. A/C, cable, Wi-fi and full-size washer/dryer are also included within the unit for your convenience. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feeling in every room. Each bedroom enhances your privacy with access to the front and back decks with views of the surrounding nature preserves. The main deck includes outdoor seating and dining table for up to 6 people, plus two Adirondack chairs. The private deck off the master bedroom includes a two-person bistro set from which to enjoy your morning coffee. The condo sleeps up to four adults with two queen size beds. The dining room comfortably seats eight adults. This is the perfect vacation retreat, close to downtown yet peaceful and relaxing. Our keyless digital lock allows for safe, no contact check-in/check-out and eliminates the concern of losing keys. Please no pets, and no smoking.. The unit is on the third floor, walk-up only. We can arrange assistance for your luggage, if desired. Please let us know in advance of your rental if you’d like assistance.

This is the 3rd year we’ve stayed here and we’re coming back next year. It’s the perfect location. Close to town and a 5 minute walk to the lovely homes on the water. The condo has everything you need. As long as it’s available we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Harbor Springs is a beautiful Northern Michigan town on Little Traverse Bay. This condo is well situated with minutes to the water and very walkable to town! Well appointed condo with all you need for a great stay!

Family Trip to Harbor Springs
Nice clean place that has been recently updated. It was well provisioned with everything we needed and the large balcony was great. Within walking distance to Harbor Springs which I loved! Would have preferred to have 2 twins in one of the rooms. My 33 and 36 year old son and daughter had to share a very small queen bed but amazingly they actually slept.

It would be a good idea to include in the description that the condo is on the third floor so for those who have difficulty with stairs it would have been tough. However it was very nice to be on the third floor

Happiness in Harbor Springs
Have been to HS on numerous occasions and choose this property due to its proximity to the Bay and downtown. The property was updated and had all the creature comforts. The numerous decks were a plus and excellent places to read or enjoy a glass of wine. Will be returning to HS soon and will consider this property for our next visit.

Harbor Springs Adventure
Ann and I enjoyed our stay in Harbor Springs and our Condo was wonderful. Walking distance to downtown and enjoyed being able to enjoy sunsets at the lake on several nights. The Condo is first class with all appropriate items and very comfortable. Cannot wait to return next year. JW

We were delighted with the place. It was immaculately clean. The location is convenient, quiet, and excellent for experiencing the town. We particularly enjoyed the balconies. Plenty of room in the condo and nice furnishings. Very helpful host.

Four week stay concluded July 2021
The property was nicely updated, clean and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had all the amenities we needed. It’s located one block from the water just south of downtown Harbor Springs, so the location is outstanding. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Lovely condo with great decks.
This condo is in a wonderful location for walks along the water. It is charmingly decorated and very comfortable. The decks nearly double the space in warm weather.

The condo was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was very peaceful and close to water. Hosts were very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We really enjoyed staying here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

One Week in Weque
We were back home in Harbor Springs for a week. This condo was clean and as-advertised - clean and up-to-date. Location is excellent. Communication with owner was always prompt and direct.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo in Harbor Springs! Great location, communication with owner was easy and check in/check out was very easy. The condo was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 4. The 2 decks were a nice feature. The whole condo was so nice with many many updates! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! As this was our first trip to the Harbor Springs area we loved exploring it! So many fun things to do within a short driving distance we ran out of time to do everything we wanted to do. Also did some great day trips! Loved the condo and loved the Harbor Springs area!

Spoiled in Harbor Springs
The property was exactly as described and more. We were already familiar with this quaint little town, so the proximity to the water and downtown is a gift. The amenities in this condo were especially treasured on this visit, because the weather wasn't as cooperative as in the past. So, we took advantage of the grill one night and used the deck whenever possible.
Everything inside is clean and well maintained from high-end appliances to wonderful linens and towels. WE felt very spoiled as if we were living in a fine boutique hotel. The bottle of wine and bottles of water in the refrigerator were a wonderful bonus, too. This was our 1st time using Vrbo. A great 1st impression. Thank you

Beautiful Weque Area Condo
Condo is in a three story condo building with only a handful of condos. Located beside the Harbor Springs Colonial Inn it is a short bike ride to main street in Harbor Springs and around the corner from Zoll Beach. Owners were incredibly responsive and made sure to leave a lovely gift for us upon our arrival. Bike rack in parking lot for our bikes was convenient. Fireplace made for cozy evenings reading books from the Harbor Library. Washer & Dryer was a huge plus for a longer stay. The two nice size, furnished patios (to enjoy the gorgeous Harbor views) along with modern kitchen and Wi-Fi all completed the experience and along with the Condo's gracious owners made for a perfect stay.

Updated condo in Charming Community
We have stayed in this condo for the last two summers. The community of Wequetonsing is charming and you are one block from Little Traverse Bay and two blocks from Zoll Street beach. You can ride your bike or walk to downtown Harbor Springs or hop on the bike trail and go to Bay View, Petoskey, Bay Harbor or all the way to Charlevoix. The amenities are wonderful and it is very peaceful nestled in the tall pine trees. The owners are great!

Have rented for a month in Myrtle Beach, SC, for 12 years and have never stayed at a nicer, better equipped property than this one. We were pleasantly surprised & thankful for all of the amenities: upscale appliances and decor, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen. Karen of Moro Enterprises is terrific - always prompt with her replies to inquiries, easy to work with, very amicable and helpful. Southern hospitality and charm are alive and well in Harbor Springs, Mi.

Wonderful!
Our experience at 'Beautiful Harbor Springs Vacation Retreat Close to Town' was wonderful. Our hostess did an excellent job communicating with us before our visit. The condo was perfectly decorated and appointed. It was comfortable, close to downtown Harbor Springs and all local activities.
We would definitely rent this condo again.
