About this house rental
STL001478- This home/duplex provides everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen, and amenities. Beautiful finishes throughout with a recent remodel to the kitchen and living room. This is a three bedroom, two bath duplex that sleeps six comfortably. It is the upstairs area, with beautiful views of the southern side of East Vail. We have updated beautiful new bathrooms/kitchen/flooring throughout. New furniture and fixtures in all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, built sturdy enough for adults. We have wonderful down comforters on all beds and nice quality sheets. It can accommodate two families comfortably. We have a heated enclosed two car garage, with ski storage for our renters. We have room for two cars, with no additional parking available. Washer and dryer for our tenants are located off the kitchen.
This is a spacious duplex with 1900 square feet. It has a beautiful large kitchen with eating area, and a comfortable living room, with gas fireplace. We have a private, 7 person hot tub to soak all of those sore muscles, after a long day of skiing!
We are located in East Vail, with the free Town of Vail bus stop just two blocks away. There is a national forest within walking distance for those of you that like to hike or snowshoe. Not only is this a wonderful location for skiing in the winter, it is also an incredible summer home, with beautiful mountain views from the deck.

This home is completely updated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is open and equipped with everything you could ever need. The living area is large with a fabulous big screen TV that has CABLE (that's super hard to find these days). The deck and hot tub are private and tranquil. The location is great as well, just outside the main village. We rode bikes up Vail pass and into town, couldn't have been easier to get around. Having a garage was a plus. The owner was very accommodating and very easy to reach. We loved this home and hope to be back again soon. You won't be disappointed.

Loved the condo - it was comfortable, well stocked and clean. I was there with my husband, brother and mother and there was plenty of room for all of us. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck and were treated with a visit by large buck one evening.

Your home in East Vail is nice but not five star. It is nicely remodeled, but we weren't expecting such an older/dated property from the online photos. The master bathroom is very small and the toilet kept running and I had to continually remove the toilet lid in order to get it to stop running.

Kate, the owner/property manager, was very thorough with her communications and the check in process was very easy. She even emailed to let us know that the place would be available earlier than 4:00 if we needed it, which I have never experienced with any other VRBO I have used. The townhome was in great condition, well stocked, and very clean. It was perfect for my family of 4, and we all appreciated the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. The one slight negative, if there is one, is the unit's location in East Vail. It was my family's first time staying in East Vail, and we noticed the busses were much more crowded than other places we have stayed in Vail previously. Not a deal breaker at all, and we would love to visit this property again in the future.

We were thrilled with the condo! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, everything in great shape and high end. Perfect for our group of 5, we had plenty of space and all of the amenities we wanted. Also very convenient was the short walk to the bus stop to catch the free shuttle into town. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many VRBOs but this maybe the best. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place was immaculate. The linens and beddings were fresh and comfortable. And the location is excellent for no matter what activity you want to do.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Vail! The neighborhood is quiet. It is in the perfect location, about a 5 to 7 minute drive to Vail Village. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is cozy with the fireplace, high ceilings and picture like windows overlooking the snow in the front yard and mountains. The mountain views from the hot tub is spectacular (especially after a long day on the slopes).
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The master bathroom has a huge shower. The half bathroom in the halfway has a tub/shower combo. The garage is heated and it has plenty of room to store your ski equipment (if needed).
Kate was so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

What a nice place to stay. Very modern and comfortable. Easy access in and out of the house/neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping in Vail. Would be a great place to stay to catch some fall colors or spend some time at the resort during the winter.

Very nice place to stay. We’ve booked through VRBO several times, and this was by far the most well-appointed rental we’ve stayed in. It doesn’t feel like a rental property either—this felt like we were staying in a friend’s place! Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. They’ve thought of everything you could need while staying. Kate was great with communication as well! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a wedding in Vail and it was the perfect location. The host was excellent in communicating and even reached out personally to make sure I had gotten all check-in details (I was terrible at responding by email!) She was so sweet and personal it made the experience that much better!

You really can't go wrong renting this sweet condo in Vail. It's in the perfect location for a ski vacation (literally 5 minutes to Vail village) and the condo itself is perfectly appointed. You can tell that the owners have put a ton of thought into all of the details -- gourmet kitchen appliances, comfy beds, quality linens, nice supply of travel toiletries if needed, private hot tub w/view, large 2-car garage, etc. Communication with the host was easy, timely and super professional. Would 100% stay here again if we were back in the area!

The home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent location in East Vail out of the crowded center but with convenient bus services to all of Vail. Nice neighborhood with great walks just outside the door. The large garage eliminated any parking worries. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

My family and I stayed with our two toddlers the end of July 2022. We needed a place that was big enough for four adults and two kids. It is an upper unit with a deck and large hot tub surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains. We all got quite the good cardiovascular workout going up and down the stairs and walking down the roads due to the altitude.
-Plenty of hiking trails close by. There is also a paved walking trail at a park(about a 15 minute walk from the unit) that goes along a beautiful creek.
-The bus line is just down the road. We chose to take our rental car into Lionshead and Vail Village because of our two children. But we did not have any issues finding parking in the villages. There are plenty of free parking lots. Be aware that there are some that charge so you just need to watch the signs carefully.
-The unit itself has a spacious living room and a beautifully remodeled kitchen. There are lots of kitchen supplies-i.e. glasses, plates, bowls, frying pans, spices, cooking spray, olive oil, Ziploc bags etc. This was a pleasant surprise as we weren’t quite sure what we would all need to buy at the grocery store. We chose to get groceries at Safeway which is less than a 10 minute drive on I70 into West Vail.
-The owner(Kate) was very responsive prior to and during our stay. She even provided suggestions for activities to do with our two kids which was great.
The only two negatives(which weren’t even a big deal):
-there is no air-conditioning(which we knew ahead of time). There are a couple of box fans located in the unit and at night it does get cooler. But we were there during a week when it was in the mid-80s so just be prepared for that.
2. The unit butts up to the highway. During the day there is quite a bit of loud traffic. If you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine to drown out the big trucks that go back-and-forth.
Overall, great place and great experience in Vail. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect mountain getaway
The property is beautifully renovated, very clean, fully equipped, and overall super comfortable. The patio was our favorite with a wonderful view to enjoy meals and the hot tub. Host/hostess are very nice and helpful. The location is a minute away from a local grocery store and minutes away from all Vail has to offer. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kate and Wade’s place. Beautiful house, very comfortable rooms/beds, amazing hot tub, very close to the town shuttle. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with how clean the home was and the beds were super comfy. I also appreciated that we had enough towels, toilet paper etc. I’ve stayed in places before that sleep 8 and they give us 4 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper :). The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan made it spacious. The heated garage for our cars was very nice too. Will save this place to stay again! Owner was easy to contact.

The home was conveniently located for skiing vail and beaver creek. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and made a great place to rest and relax after a long day on the hill. The hosts were very communicative, transparent, and genuinely cared about our stay. Fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!
