Experience Nashville in this wonderful home built in the 1950's. This Nashville themed property is decorated so you can experience the vibe of Nashville's music city before even seeing downtown. Suitable for families and large groups to experience fun times while making lasting memories. The 3 bed/2 bath home has an entertainment room (play a guitar, hang out at the bar and play battle toss), covered porch with grill and large back yard.

Nice furnishings throughout the house and plenty of beds for all types of groups. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom has a Full/Twin Custom bunk bed. Sofa sleeper is Queen size and a Full Size futon is in the entertainment room.

It is located in a nice neighborhood in the heart of historic Donelson:

this house was so cute and decorated nicely. the kitchen had everything we could need for our stay. we were there for my daughters 21st birthday. the location was perfect for going to Broadway. we will definitely be back.

After delays, arriving way later than expected and wet luggage, the house was easy to find and the use of the clothes dryer was a relief. Lots of info given which was great since it was our first time using VRBO. Great neighbourhood and within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely use Vrbo again and recommend this home!

This was our first visit to Nashville and the house was great. Check in was very easy. It was an easy drive to downtown and we also visited good restaurants in Donelson, which was very close. Having 2 bathrooms in the house was great.

The location was great away from the hustle and bustle of things, close to the grocery store and a quiet neighborhood. Communication was also great with the Owners. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was wonderful. It was different than other places we have stayed in the past. We created a lot of great memories and had wonderful family time with the kids. The host was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we were more than comfortable. LOVED this place.

We came into town for the Southwestern Company alumni reunion and this was the absolute best place to stay. Close to all the activities at the company and super short trip into downtown. Owners are amazing and we had a blast!

This house was perfect for all of us to stay in for the weekend. We went to see Kane Brown in concert on Friday & went to the Opry mills mall on Saturday. It wasn't too far from either destination.

The property was so nice! It was very roomy. The entertainment room was spacious for children 2-6 to run around in. LOL....Jondra was very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again if needed and recommend!

Let me start with the booking.. so easy and we even needed to change our date after booking and the owner did this without any hesitation. The house is in an older subdivision but to be honest we all said there was never a minute that we did not feel safe or uncomfortable. We actually all loved this house and would not hesitate to rent again. Clean, homey, very inviting… the owners were very responsive to emails. STAY HERE!! It’s worth every penny

Beautiful home. In a quiet neighborhood. Exactly as the pictures. This home is the ideal location. Few minutes from Broadway and shopping convince few minutes drive. Communication with Ms Settle was effortless. We were happy to meet her in person. We had some issues with the roku and it was resolved based on our availability. Lovely quiet neighborhood. The coffee bar was fantastic. Loved the variety of flavors. We didn't have to worry about noise since it's a quiet neighborhood. We were a group of 5 and this house was perfect. Only thing personally for me I wish the beds were firmer and wish there was more than one television. But indeed comfortable beds. Completely equipped with everything needed for cooking home cooked meals,most definitely we will rent again whenever I'm in nashville. We loved the home and the quietness we extended our stay to 9 days.

This was a great 4 day stay! 3 sisters with their daughters enjoying Nashville. Home was in a nice area and not difficult to get to downtown Nashville and parks. Would recommend if visiting the area. The coffee bar was a hit with everyone. Plenty of room for the 7 of us!

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Great location for touring Nashville. Outside porch was nice to hang out on in the evenings and listen to nature and planes fly by. Owners were super nice and quick to respond with questions. Would recommend railing at stairs on front and/or back porch since we came with older people and extra full size pillows for beds.

Jondra’s home is beautiful and well appointed. It is just as described, actually better! The location is great, it is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but very close to the major roads that can get you to downtown Nashville or any of the other hot spots in minutes. Donelson, the area where Jondra’s home is located, has its own collection of unique, locally owned, restaurants pubs and shops. Thank you Jondra for sharing your home!
