This is truly the premier unit at Brass Rail on Tybee Island. Located in the desirable south end/pier area of the island, this property is ideally located for walking to restaurants, bars, the pier, shops and the Marine Science Center. This top floor corner unit closest to beach boasts an ocean view from its spacious balcony. The inside of the unit has ample room for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, master with king, guest with queen, third bedroom with double and a single bunk over another double bed. The pool and hot tub are steps away. The elevator is close to condo for easy access. This condo has wifi and cable on brand new flat screen televisions.

Needs maintenance. Missing door lock, dirty carpet & upholstery, master shower door won’t close. Gate codes not working.

We had a great time. Great accessibility to restaurants and shops by foot. Elevators make loading and unloading easy. The pavilion and pier are so easily accessible. The accommodations are fantastic. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

The elevator wouldn't go all the way up, we had a cripple lady with us and it wast h s t hard for us to get her up the stairs tv was out in the master bedroom and my husband couldn't watch sports, and we/ my husband had to fix the door handle on the patio door

The condo was AMAZING! There was so much space and it was such a relaxing trip. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants and shopping were nearby. The master bath was a dream, the beds were wonderful and we all got restful sleep. My only negative was that the trip was too short-we highly recommend the Brass Rail.

Cons- The door to the patio has a door knob that falls off every time you open it. There are marks in the floor where you can tell it has fallen off like that for a long time. The patio chairs are rusty and not sturdy. The carpets need replaced. TV in master bedroom does not work. Traveled with a group of 7 ladies and had to use the pull out sofa for everyone to have their own space. The pull out sofa had crumbs, stains, and candy inside. It was obvious that cleaners do not pull that out to clean. There are 3 separate codes you need to access the property. Study those before your trip. The outside AC unit is very loud on the balcony. Pros- perfect location. Steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants . Good view. The condo is very spacious. Owner responds within a few hours with any concerns. They said they would send someone to fix the tv in a couple days. Master bed is super comfy. Over all- it needs a good revamp. With the location and more attention it could be the best place to stay.

The code for the gate to park was not given, the walk in Gate code was old and had not been changed as stated in info. We arrived at 4 to check in and cleaner was out on the porch relaxing.

My family had a great stay at this property on Tybee Island. Could not have had a more convenient location. Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Having the pools and hot tub were nice when you were back from the ocean but still wanted to swim. The elevator up from the parking lot to the condo made love in/move out a breeze. Will look to stay again.

The location and view were amazing. Condo was cute. First problem was the gate code was not listed in the same location as the check in information. Instead it was buried in a separate email. All codes should be in the same place. The primary bedroom TV did not work. When I messaged over they said to check behind the dresser for the cable box. When I did I found an old pair of underwear (still there - I did not touch someone else’s underwear). When I messaged owner about the underwear I never heard back. TV in primary never had cable, but the other rooms did. Otherwise very nice experience.
