It was very clean and there were plenty of towels! Having beach chairs was nice, as well as easy access to the beach.

This is our second time staying in this house. The house itself is great and has great views. The bedroom configurations need some work. The king bed in the master is so low to the ground and the mattress is very hard. The beds in the other rooms are very hard as well. The tv mounted in the room with the red bedding is very flimsy and above the bed. There is no mount on the giant tv in the living room which was odd. I have never been in a rental with no tv mount on a giant tv. I feel that they should spend some money on making the beds more comfortable. The location is great but busy. The backyard is 90% rock so don’t get your hopes up about hanging out much there. The street is busy lots of cars parked that weren’t ours.

you are a short walk away from the ocean, you can see the ocean from the front yard, great sitting area... All you need inside...and there's a great coffee shop/brewery nearby (Foghorn).

This was the 1st time we've used VRBO and we were very impressed! We've always just stayed in hotels but this was a wonderful and fun way to stay with family in a beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Beautiful views, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and couches, plenty of room. Highly recommend!

This home is great. It was very clean and literally steps from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and is great for those who want to relax. Of note, all the photos provided were exactly what home really looked like - no exaggerated perspectives. The living room and patio have a nice view of the ocean and sunsets as well.

My only complaint is the extra fees, cleaning service fees. The cost of the property and the extea fees make it overpriced for a 2 night stay.

House was clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed being near the beach. We enjoyed playing ping pong and corn hole. The only thing id say to improve the stay would be that they upgrade the tvs and make them smart tvs so we can connect to them.

Great Getaway
We had a fantastic time at the property. Access to the beach was so easy! One of the days was really windy..however, there were plenty of things to keep the teens happy--puzzles, games, ping-pong. I would stay again anytime!

This home is lovely! The location is ideal if you are a beachgoer. The open floor plan is great for families of any size. The home was very clean and everything we needed was there. The photos truly don't do it justice. We'll be back!

This place is wonderful. Great location and view. Very clean and everything you need. Beautiful kitchen and seating. My only advice is the mattress may need to be upgraded for more comfort and a fire pit out front would be good.

Very nice property, everything needed for a stay. Kid friendly with a ping pong table, board games, spare boogie boards. Nice view of the ocean and very short walk down to the beach. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving at Morro Bay
It was lovely. I brought my Thanksgiving table settings and we bought the turkey and all the sides and had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner prepared in a wonderful kitchen and placed on a beautiful dining room table. We rode our bikes to town, walked the beach, played games and put together puzzles all with the background of all our favorite Christmas movies. Could not have asked for anything more. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us!

Great location and size. It fit our 8 guests wonderfully as there are enough comfortable beds for everyone. Everything is very clean and there are many places to sit and relax. Plus, it’s basically right on the beach!

Great Relaxing Beachfront House
Location on this property was great, just a short walk to beach and you could just open the windows and doors to watch the ocean and hear the waves. Very nice open floor plan. Furniture great for use. Had almost all amenities you could want. Really appreciate the gas stove with good vent, as we like to cook the great food we get in the area. You need to park on the property, not street, but there is available parking just at end of street. Had a great relaxing family get-away. Morro Bay is one of our favorite beaches to go to.

Perfect getaway
The property was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside front patio was such an amazing place to relax and watch the waves. My kids also made use of the backyard space, so we were glad to have that as well as the ping pong table in the garage. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! :)
