Great views! We had a couple problems. The renters before us did not put a key card back in the lock box. We had gotten there late after working all day and driving through a snow storm to find there was no key card. Thankfully, the owners were quick to answer their phone and talk us through where to find another keycard. We were there Super Bowl Sunday and found the cable in the fam room didn't work. TV's in bedrooms did but our group was not going to watch while sitting on someone's bed. The owner was very nice and offered for us to go buy a new TV and they would reimburse us, but 1) it was the cable that didn't work, and 2) we were there to ski for a limited time. We did not want to spend time trying to figure this all out and/or shop for a TV. The beds were comfortable and the place was fairly clean. The reasons for the ding on the stars were: 1) the problem getting into the building the first night, 2) there were dirty dishes left out on the balcony next to the grill, 3) a few other minor inconveniences that we did not tell/give the owners a chance to respond to. They were very quick and easy to respond re the things we did call them about, but for then more minor things it was annoying, but easier to just deal with. Seemed they need a really good person to check through the place before the next renters come in and make sure everything is truly ready. All that being said, we only dinged them 1 star because they were so responsive and the place is in a good location

Same positive comments as previous for this property! We actually were too warm in the condo and turned off all the heat (January stay). The fireplace was lovely, just turn on and enjoy! City Market is great for groceries, about 7 minutes drive. I recommend calling Keystone Transportation to make sure the bus is running on time They are very nice about giving updates. The hot tub is highly recommended after a long day of skiing. The owners are super responsive and kind, we had a wonderful, memorable stay at St. John!

We really enjoyed this condo! It was nicely laid out with the bedrooms on the lower level. Shuttle pick up is right outside the door, the condo is close to the elevator, and we enjoyed the hot tub on the lower level.

We had a fantastic weekend stay. Everything at this rental was as described. It was a great location, clean, cozy and had a wonderful view of the mountains.

This property was by far the largest ski condo I’ve ever rented so close to base. It was immaculate, inviting, roomy and had excellent views. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was very convenient to have the shuttle pick up right outside the front doors of complex. We also took the shuttle to shopping at River Run village and the ice skating rinks as well. There was a ski locker on the first floor to store our equipment. It was nice having the bedrooms downstairs and separate from the living area. We could see the slopes off the balcony and got to watch the New Years firework celebration from the comfort and warmth of our condo. The owner was very responsive and offered to reimburse us for extra heating units when it felt like downstairs heat wasn’t working. Since there was a heating unit there we just used that between the two bedrooms. On our last day there we were thrilled to see 3 moose walking on the hillside out the back bedroom window! A truly amazing trip! Would certainly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great Place to Get Away
My wife and I very much enjoying staying here. We really enjoyed the Mountain views from the patio. Also, enjoyed that the condo was tucked away from everywhere else, so after a busy day of activities it felt like a retreat from everywhere else.

Enjoyed our stay
This unit was clean and in a good location, with a shuttle stop outside the front door of the building. View from the balcony is fantastic. Owner is very prompt is responding to inquiries. Only negative is the listing indicates the unit accommodates 6 persons ,but after booking an additional cleaning fee is assessed for having 6 persons.

Everything was great! Comfortable and close to all
We spent a few nights here with my family. The two beds in the bedrooms are pretty comfortable and the location was great and close to the slopes and a small little town. We also did the white glove service for our rentals (highly recommend!) so we didn’t have to wait in the long line before heading out. We had a small issue trying to work the shower but the owners were very responsive to all needs and got it corrected right away! I would definitely recommend someone to stay here that is looking for a nice, relaxing stay for a fun ski/snowboard trip!

Simply the Best!
This condo is amazing. A very comfortable property that has tons of room. We have traveled to Keystone and stayed near the lifts and slopes, but staying at the St. John made us rethink everything we had believed about setting up our ski vacations. The shuttle bus is very convenient, and if you check your skis at the base as well as get a locker for your ski boots, it is just as convenient as staying slope side but you have a much more roomy condo that is quiet. This was our best trip to date, and our stay at this property had a lot to do with it. Thanks Dawn!

Nice and Clean
Property was clean and well maintained. The Master Bed was soft and made for a good nights sleep. Humidifiers need to be replaced but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Perfect Getaway
This condo is beautiful! It’s exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable with great views. The deck is perfect for just relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need. Super clean and well maintained.
I had a bit of trouble with the lock box to get into the building, but that may just be me. The door to the condo itself has a coded access and very easy.
This is the perfect get away spot for anyone that just wants to escape to the peacefulness of the mountains, but doesn’t want to drive for hours to get there.
Dawn is very informative and responsive. I had an excellent experience and hope to return to this condo in the future

Great Views and All The Comforts of Home
Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We location was perfect for us, not right in the village, but close enough to enjoy it. The views from the balcony was gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot which was pretty handy and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable.

Once we checked in, everything was great: Excellent location with best shuttle bus pick up ever. Ski locker. Underground parking. Condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. We were able to easily prepare meals and have family dinners in the condo. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were fine. I highly recommend this unit for skiing.

Great Property-Great Location
We were very happy with the location of the property and the unit itself was fantastic. Very clean, nice appliances and comfortable furnishings. It was a nice place to come back to after a long day of skiing.

Family fun for New Years
We just arrived back home after 7 relaxing nights at St.John 2516. The condo was great, perfect location and everything needed for your trip, there’s even a grill on the deck. The bedrooms are downstairs which could be an issue with folks with mobility problems. The owner was super helpful and texted me shortly after arriving to make sure everything was ok, the previous renters had left a bunch of food in the fridge which I told her about and she immediately apologized and contacted the resort, who then contacted me to make arrangements for them to come remove it all.
We were there with 2 of our adult sons, 18 & 24 and a friend also 18. We gave them the master with the king bed and bunk beds and my hubby and I took the 2nd bedroom, which also had a king bed. Each room had a tv and satellite tv. My sons especially loved the foot/leg massager in the living room after a day on the slopes and my hubby and I loved that the shuttle picked them up right at the front door to take them to the slopes. Lots of stuff to do and we feel in love with Keystone and will definitely be back.

Slightly off the beaten path, so relaxing
Close to other resorts, but felt more remote. We watched deer stroll by out the scenic back windows. Great sunny deck, and nice layout with beds far enough away from kitchen/living room for quiet. Nice hot tub, and owners of other units welcoming and helpful.

Gorgeous view & perfect for our stay!
We had a wonderful stay. Loved the location and easy access to the shuttle. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Beds were super comfy. Liked the arrangement of the bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and comfortable for our party of 4 adults
I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends. Registration was a breeze, location is close to the lifts and the in-town tram service picks up and delivers right at the front of the building. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Great place!!!
