Beautifully decorated Condo with 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Queens in each guest bedroom, King in MasterBedroom. Located on the 9th floor of the south tower. Building offers 110 ft. oceanfront pool, 200 ft. lazy river, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool, indoor pool & exercise room. Indoor pool is heated in the winter. Restaurant located next door, beach shop across the street & convenience store available. Umbrellas & beach chairs for rental directly in front of condo. Set up daily for you. Parasailing & banana boats available directing in front of the condo.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with automatic ice & water dispenser, bosch dishwasher, new LG range & microwave, granite counter tops, ceramic tile floor, breakfast bar, & all of the cooking equipment you will need to have a great vacation. New Full size washer & dryer are located in condo.
The condo has 1 king bed in the master and 2 queens in each of the other bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The condo is equipped with 4 TV's.
Building has secure internet service through Contract Data. No password needed.

We stayed in this 9th floor 3 bed/ 3bath condo from 8/31 to 9/7/24 and it was perfect for myself, my husband, and my 2 adult daughters. Plenty of space! The kitchen was well stocked with nearly every cooking aid you could need. Appliances were in good working order and we had zero issues. We fully appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay. Condo was clean on our arrival. Master bedroom king bed was very comfortable with direct access to the balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The outdoor pool and hot tub areas were very clean and maintained. We always bring our own beach towels to the pool but know that the property does not supply towels. Therefore, bring your own. The property has a no smoking and no vaping policy but it was not enforced. (There are signs everywhere). Nearly every day, there were people either above or below our outside balcony that were smoking and it constantly drifted to our outside space. To get away from it, we had to go inside since my husband is sensitive to cigarette smoke as it triggers his migraines. This is not the fault of the condo owner but rather the facility for not enforcing its own policy. Outside the front door of the condo is a storage area for beach items and pool toys for your use. The door is unlocked. We didn't use any of the items that were in there but we took a peek inside and saw beach chairs, a beach canopy, sand buckets, pool noodles, and other pool toys. Overall, a great place and we would stay again!

My mother, grandmother, and myself stayed at the condo for a week. We all had a great time! No noisy neighbors, easy access to everything, convenient contactless check in and out. Couldn’t ask for much more!

My wife and I spent 4 weeks here. The last week was with our daughter and grandson. They loved everything especially the beach with the array of shells to be found. He had his first chance to wade in the Atlantic and try boogie boarding. Not so good-this will take practice. The condo facilities were excellent-well maintained and taken care. This property is ideally located for both North Myrtle Beach and M yrtle Beach. At some point we will be back.

The weather was cold and rainy when we arrived and there was no one there to tell us how to enter the building and what the procedure was to unload our car. There was only one elevator working out of 3 the entire time and long waits on some days to just get the one elevator. The property was slightly older than expected, the refrigerator door water despensor did not work and one of the crisper drawers was cracked and difficult to keep on the track. Also, there was a clothing hook in one of the bathrooms that was coming away from the wall. But the most uncomfortable part of our stay was on the balcony. Although it was a nonsmoking building, people were constantly smoking on the balcony around us, (cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana). Many times the odor was so strong that we were unable to stay out to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The weather during the first week improved and remained sunny and in the 70s. We enjoyed walking on the beach and eating out at the many restaurants along the strip. We also discovered a beautiful winery very close to our condo and spent a wonderful afternoon there. There was always something new to explore and overall we had a great time. However, I don't think we would stay at this location again.

Very nice and well maintained. The kitchen was one of best equipped kitchens in a condo that we have rented. The view is amazing You can see for miles and watch the parasailing banana boat rides right out your door. Parking is easy and the staff around the condo are very helpful and polite.Our experience at this condo is one of our favorites. We will be returning We had a few questions for Joyce and she had no problem getting back to us in a timely manner. Very happy with our vacation

Condo was exactly as indicated on line. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, etc. easy access and right near the elevators. Condo was clean. The community pool was cold due to weather so we were going to use hot tub but it was not clean and had hair and debris in it. This is not the owner’s issue but the complex . We loved that we were right on the water and saw dolphins every day. This made up for the terrible weather we had .

Family of 5, three teens and two adults. Location was great but the overall property was dated as well as the condo. First the good, great view, nice layout, close to elevator and easy to get to everything from restaurants to mini golf. Now the not so good….Cleaning crew left floors dirty, deck doors were very difficult to open, however when the door on laundry room came off the wall the property manager had maintenance there the next day. Walls thin and could hear other people. The pool was cloudy by end of week and you had to bring an inter tube for the lazy river because they only supplied four for the entire property.

The condo was clean, updated and had everything you need for a perfect vacation. I loved that there were plenty of staff working at all times and they were very helpful. The balcony is huge and the view is outstanding. Anytime I contacted the owner I usually heard back with in 30mins. There were zero issues during our stay. I could not imagine a better place to spend my week.

Family had a great time at this spacious condo. I spent most of my time sitting on the balcony taking in the view and the sound of the waves. Well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook dinners instead of going out to eat constantly (which gets expensive). Only con was the sliding door was really hard to open/close due to a faulty wheel. But that was a minor inconvenience due to us using the sliding door in the master bedroom. I absolutely recommend others to consider this unit as it does not disappoint.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was exactly as described. I reached out prior to my stay with clarification on the coffee pot and received a response almost instantly. There was plenty of room for two adults and five teens and we never felt on top of each other. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but more of a preference with the location and the building as a whole. There were A LOT of people on the beach immediately outside of the condo. This is understandable considering the number of condos in the building. However, we just walked further down the beach so we could have a little space. Not a problem for us with teenagers, but wouldn’t have been as easy with small children and more stuff to carry. Also, due to the proximity of the elevator right outside of our condo, occasionally the noise level was high. At night, it was quiet! No rowdy guests! But our teenagers would be awakened a little too early for their tastes in the morning (HA!) It’s definitely not a deterrent to staying there again, but something that I didn’t realize beforehand. Overall, we had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, beautiful and well equipped. We certainly appreciated the opportunity to stay here and would recommend it to others.

Check in was very busy. Had to wait in line for elevators and luggage carts. Condo has a lovely view. We sat out side most evenings. Sheets were old and didn’t stay on the bed during the night. Carpet in bedrooms need replaced. We enjoyed the beach daily. We able to walk to mini stores to get last minute items. Enjoyed our vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning and relaxing on the beach every day. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had most anything needed for at home cooking. This is a great stay right on the beach!
