The Stables is an impressive detached cottage with annex, situated within the town of Knighton. The main house comprises of five spacious bedrooms, including two family bedrooms, a double with en-suite, an additional double and a twin bedroom. There is also a well-appointed family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC as well as a downstairs WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, and a cosy sitting room. The annex comprises of two king-size bedrooms, a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. You will also find a well-quipped utility room and games room in an external building. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking spaces and a spacious garden with a hot tub and seating. The Stables is a truly impressive cottage, resting within a rural location.
Amenities: Biomass central heating. Electric range oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. TV, WiFi. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large unenclosed garden with a hot tub and seating area. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop is 3.8 miles and pub is 3.1 miles. Please note: If you are booking this property for 7 nights your arrival day must be a Friday
