Transcendent stay in a luminously beautiful location

We lacked for nothing with Dmitri and Irina taking immaculate care of us for our stay. Breakfast was marvellous and served outside our room by the pool. Lovely experience with magnanimous host. Peaceful location in atmospheric Palio Limani, altogether a complete delight.

Just teo nights but we were looked after spectacularly. Maria and Dimitrios made us feel like guests at their home. it

very pretty view over the old harbour - it’s a lovely side of Spetses.

our room did not have a balcony but the owners kindly put out chairs and a table for us every evening on a terrace by the entrance stairs so that we could sit and look at the view.

Great welcome, lovely location.

The owners, they really went out of their way to make ou feel welcome and help with what they could, including taking our bags to the ferry! Abslutely lovely and welcoming people. Breakfast was very good! And the little terrace overlooking the port was lovely.

Prices in Greece have generally increased a lot this summer; I thought it was a bit too pricey for what it was (from the photos I had imagined the room a bit bigger) but the property was in immaculate condition, well maintained and there is nothing I did not like.

A top hotel service with a warm Greek family style!

Amazingly located on the charming old harbour (aka “Porto Vecchio”), the residence has been in María’s family for years before being converted in a hotel 3 years ago. This is clearly a labour of love for owners Maria and Dimitri who are dedicated to making everyone’s stay perfect. the breakfast is very diverse, local and copious, more than what we needed so we could totally personalise it and have it near the poiol. As we struggled to find a quad to rent, they called everyone and found one for us which gave us the freedom to travel across the island. it’s a bit lively on the harbour in the evening which is part of the charm. waking up with the harbour view was a daily treat! warmly recommended place!!

Very warm couple run it after retiring so keen to please.

Amazing spot on the old port. Very very clean and genuine. Good AC and apartment had 3 beds for 5-6 of us. Breakfast plenty but could also eat out very nearby.

Quiet rooms but it is close to fun bars so eine kleine Nachtmusik inevitably. Very upmarket crowd so well behaved as this is Spetses after all.

Fabulous relaxing stay

We had a spacious suite bed was comfortable and shower room was modern with excellent shower . Sofa area with TV . Room was right next to the pool area and we had a table outside our apartment where breakfast was served. The owners asked us our preferences for breakfast . The owners were very helpful and they had a very kind housekeeper on site who cleaned our room each day and provided breakfast . There are some good restaurants in the old harbour area nearby . And we went to paradise beach from here which was just under 1km.

Just to hear in mind that It’s a 10/15 minute walk into main town and new harbour but that didn’t concern as nice walk along the seafront .

We loved our stay here because it feels like you are part of the family! The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a short stay, with the added bonus of a small swimming pool which wasn’t shown on the website. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

The location is amazing and the view from our window was breath-taking! Mrs Yiannoula was the highlight of our stay. A lovely person always smiling, doing her best so as for us to have a good time. Even the breakfast that she prepared for us everyday, was prepared with love and care. The owners are very nice and polite people.
