Superb

The apartment is situated very close to the beach (2 min walk). A plus is that it has an elevator which helps a lot. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for a good stay. A supermarket is located 5-7 min to walk.

If you travel by car is complicated to find a parking spot. The parking is free on the street, but you need at least 30 min to find a spot.

the apparement was in a perfect location, 5 mins walk to the beach. the view from the balcony was nicer than we expected it to be.

We were told on arrival day that the washing machine wasn’t working and we had planned our trip around being able to use it. The door lock was so stiff we struggled to open it. The portable air conditioning unit didn’t do anything to bring the temperature down making it too hot to sleep and we didn’t want to spend any time there during the day.

Great location, close to the centre and the beach, short walk away from main station. Super clean, spacious, nice bathroom and main seating area. Amazing value for money, absolutely will stay here again if i return to cannes

Nice place to stay for a short visit with perfect location.

The appartement is approx 15 min walk from the very center of the town in a nice, calm area. 5 min walk from the beach.

The place in the city was wonderful, in my case it was the most important criteria and it was met 100%. I got all the information on time, everything was furnished and equiped as it said on the listing.

It was a litle bit noisy at night time. Water tap in the bathroom was too low.

Exceptional

Cozy apartment about 5 minutes from the beach. Not the cleanest I've ever been, but it's well equipped, the kitchen is really a plus. Nice balcony, perfect for having breakfast. Host was very helpful with the instructions on the keys.

Nope. Invest a couple more euros and get a better place!

The location of this apartment is great! It's a few min walk from the main shopping streets in Canne and it is very close to a nice beach with sand and warm water. A carrefour is also just a few minutes walk away.

This apartment was very dirty. Cups still had coffee stains in them, we had to re-wash all cutlery upon arrival, the shower still had other people's hair in it and the towels were dirty so we had to go to a local laundromat to wash them. This was not the first things we wanted to do on our holiday. We were told that the washing machine is broken at the day of arrival. If you are close to the beach, people might want to wash their towels and bathing suits more frequently. So, the host should have given more prior notice and offered a price reduction as the apartment was not delivered as stated in the advertisement. The bed is an old sofa bed. Not very comfortable but okay for a couple of days.

Amazing location, free parking around and supermarket and beach are close. Host was nice.

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable for two people. We both now have back pain.

Little apartment in a perfect position

- perfect position close to croisette - good balance price/ quality - efficiency of the host and his availability to answer also late in the evening for any problem

the apartment is very little, the bed is unconfortable and there is no air conditioning (but there is a small freshener that helps)

Good accomodation for the price

Internet was very good. Location was good, easy access to the beach

Aircon unit was a mobile one, apartment was very warm in the morning even with the a/c at maximum. Kitchen was basic, a chopping board would have been nice.
