Bright and roomy corner unit with south west exposure. Totally renovated 2014 with latest updates in September 2019. Located on 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico connected with short boardwalk to private beach access (~ 100 yards). Naples Cay is a 24 hour security, gated community situated adjacent to Clam Pass Park and nature preserve.
Comfortably decorated for your utmost enjoyment. Easy stroll to Waterside Shops or Venetian Village for shopping and dining pleasure. Accommodates 6 in MB with king size bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and queen size bed in third bedroom. Washer and Dryer in Condo, Fitness Center and Sauna on premises. New air scrubber installed for improved air quality.
Naples Grande Hotel is about 1/2 mile away.

We had a great stay in Naples Cay. The apartment is perfectly situated for walks along the beach, for watching the sunsets over the gulf coast and we particularly liked the pool area. Checkin was straightforward and the apartment was extremely well equipped for our needs and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend

This place was awesome! It was clean and immaculate, it had everything we needed for our one week stay. The view from the beautiful patio was great. It was easy an easy walk around the property to the pool and ocean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone! The owners were very easy to contact and wonderful to chat with.

The condo was just as advertised. Stunning views from living room, dining, kitchen & primary bedroom. Location was nice. Pool was enjoyed by our granddaughters as we had unseasonably cool temperatures. The heated pool made up for the cold gulf waters. Very easy walk to beach with the wooden walkway. We are thankful to have made such happy memories in this beautiful condo!

You cannot beat the view in this beautiful well appointed condo. The home was spacious and lovely with all the amenities you could possibly need or want. Linens and pillows were so comfortable. We slept like babies every night. Pool and beach areas were extremely accessible and clean. We loved this vacation and hope to be back again soon. Thank you again Elizabeth!

Elisabeth’s condo was impeccable with everything you could think of or ever need! The pool and grounds are so beautiful and the white sandy beach is gorgeous. We spent many a day enjoying the beach and swimming in the warm gulf water! We always love eating all our meals outside on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Elisabeth was always reachable for any questions that we had. It was our second time back and we look forward to returning again next year!!

The condo was well equipped with several nice touches. We loved the views from the living room, balcony, & master bedroom. The owner was very responsive. We were pleased that the beach has been restored after last year’s hurricane. Be aware that the private beach is about 1/3 mile walk over a walkway from the condo. Not a problem but one of us uses a cane so it takes some time.

We just returned from a week at Elisabeth's condo in Naples Cay and were so sad to leave! The condo fit our family's needs perfectly (traveling with my spouse, 6 and 4 year old children and two grandparents), with an extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent and quick access to the beach. We ate many breakfasts/lunches on the balcony with the ocean view and also made sure to catch the sunset each night. It is hard to tell from the pictures the proximity of the beach, but it was less than a 5 min walk from the doors of the building to the beach each morning. The pool was also ideal - warm and plenty of room for all the guests to swim and lounge. Overall, we loved our stay and are looking at going back next year!

Everything from check-in to check-out was exemplary! Elisabeth gave easy to follow instructions and is available via text, email, or call if you need anything. The only downside to my birthday week was how fast the time went! Elisabeth has a beautiful home with gorgeous views. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Bedrooms are spacious, each with a balcony. The walk to the beach takes minutes and is well worth it. The pool and pool area are well kept and inviting. I cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to be back again! Thank you Elisabeth!

The condo complex is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Costco, Aldi, Publix and other stores were all within a few minute drive. The condo itself was clean and all the essentials were provided. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary items plus many extras. The beach is just a few steps away, and we spent most of our time enjoying the sunshine and warm gulf waters. Elisabeth was a great host. She made sure to stay in touch whenever we had any questions. We fell in love with Naples and hope to come back soon.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this beautiful condo/property. My husband and I spent nine years vacationing in Fort Myers Beach. We were devastated when virtually all of the island was destroyed by Ian. We had travelled to Naples on several occasions to shop and play tennis; so decided to stay there this year. My husband found THE PERFECT condo. The views are incredible from every room, the furnishings are gorgeous, the linens are beautiful and you have EVERYTHING you need. All you need is your clothes and toiletries. Elisabeth is also a real pleasure to work with; responsive, pleasant, and treats her guests like family. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked two weeks in 2024. Thanks you, Elisabeth, for sharing your amazing property.

We had a terrific trip. The unit was beautiful, both inside and on the deck. We were provided all the general items needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Ms. Niedermann was very responsive and addressed all our questions quickly and thoroughly. We loved the Naples Cay area and it’s location in relation to Old Naples.

We're from St Louis. We've stayed in this complex prior but not this particular unit. We love the area, amenities and locale. This condo was perfect for our group of 6, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and great access to the beach. It was quiet, reasonable, clean, well stocked and perfect in every way. You should try it!

Elizabeth is the most thoughtful host. By seeing the condo and the furnishings and beach equipment she provides it is clear the care she puts into making this condo a home away from home for her guests. She reached out prior to the trip and kept a line of communication open for which we were grateful. Although my whole family could not come due to Covid, I am so pleased that we chose to stay here, and would love to take them all back again.

Our stay in this beautiful condo was fantastic. The unit was bright, very well appointed with everything you would need for a stay. We enjoyed the beautiful views and time sitting on the lanai. Our couple of calls to Elizabeth were answered immediately and she was very helpful. The pool area was gorgeous as well and the white sandy beach was spectacular. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

This condo was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped…can’t think of anything it lacked. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc were a bonus and really made our experience so enjoyable! Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us.

This was our first time to Naple Cay and we were delighted... The unit had everything we needed and was well maintained. We had a problem with the vertical blinds, but maintenance fixed them right away. The view of the sunset from our balcony was beautiful. You have to walk a bit to get to the beach, but it's almost private, hardly anyone there, which I loved. . . The grounds of the complex where georgeus. We will definitely stay here if we return to this area.

Property was great, very clean with plenty of space for a family of 4 (two teenagers). Great having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and the wagon to transport to the beach(short walk). Great restaurant about half mile down the beach for lunch and drinks.

We just returned from our third visit to Naples Cay. Elisabeth has an incredible condo located in the quiet Naples Cay area. It is spotless and well supplied. The pool and grounds are immaculate and there are plenty of beach supplies in the storage room. I would recommend this unit and Elisabeth as a renter that communicates well. Already counting down the days until next years visit.

What an amazing place! The condo is extremely nice and clean. It is also outfitted well for its guests. Overall, the facility is quiet, private and nicely maintained, and, the amenities are very nice as well. The beach is wonderful! Before our week was finished we were already talking about coming back :)

This condo at Naples Cay was the perfect place to relax and enjoy life along the beach in Naples. The rooms were cheerful and comfortable. The views of the Gulf were just gorgeous! The grounds and the property are meticulously maintained, and the other vacationers were friendly. I hope to return to Elisabeth's condo many more times in the years to come.

The condominium and its location where wonderful and just as described. We have nothing but good things to say about the entire stay. The owners were very gracious and helpful and easy to communicate with. Beach was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely return in the future.
