About this house rental

Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

This is the third consecutive year at the Leach Beach House. Every year we look forward to continuing making new memories at our new tradition of visiting Cocoa Beach, referring to it as our home away from home. Having the privacy to make ourselves at home, enjoying the many amenities, and the beauty of the backyard oasis with the various palms and coconuts, and spending hours in the private pool always exceeds our expectations. Thank you Leach Family for everything! Looking forward to coming back next time!!

Finding the property was pretty easy, but it was on a busy street with a 45 MPH speed limit. When leaving the property it was tricky backing out into 45 MPH traffic with no other way to turn around. The lock box on the garage door that contained the keys to the house was VERY difficult to get open. A kind neighbor was watching for our arrival and came across the street to help. The French doors going out to the pool were also very difficult to get opened some times. A little lubrication (or replacement) would go a long way on these two items. Some electrical switches for lights were found to be in unexpected places. Other than these items our visit was very nice.

Our family had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, the house had everything you would need, from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear. The beach is only a short walk, and since the home is in more of a residential area the beach was not crowded, in fact the first day we went we had it to ourselves. The pool was great as well, and it was nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this home. One of my teenagers even told me this was our best vacation ever.

My Family loved this little house. Pool was nice and of course we had great weather. It's short walk to the beach with all your beach essentials there in the garage. Beds were comfy too, street can be a little busy at times, but other than that we would come back if we are down this way again!

The is a great vacation home. It is located close to the beach and has a welcoming backyard with a pool. It is on a busy street, quieted down at night, and not an issue for us. I would have preferred it to be a little cleaner, but I have high standards. Sam responded and understood my frustration. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent time in Cocoa Beach! Accommodation was wonderful. Clean, updated, with plenty of supplies. Pool was very nice ! Host was very responsive and communicated well. Would highly recommend this property for family vacation. John

This house is a lovely little beach house on the main drag in Cocoa Beach. Though right on the main road, it is in a quieter neighborhood so no worries about road noise. It is neat as a pin and has probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen in any place we have rented. It isn't just a hodge podge of stuff from the thrift store...it is as nice as my stuff at home. Convenient to the beach (which our dog loves), and there is plenty beach gear included...lots of places charge extra. The private pool is pristine (we got to see the pool guys work one day too, so it is well maintained) though it was a bit too cool for us to use it, even though it is heated. I really wish it had been a bit warmer as I would have gotten in in spite of our rainy weather. My only regret with this property was no hot tub (alas, you can't have everything...). The backyard is nice for al fresco dining, very nice furniture and grill, and is secure for the dog to run around while we were outside. We visited a fave fine(r) dining place close by (The Fat Snook) and stumbled on Taco City which was new to us ($2 tacos on Tuesday...what's not to like?!). Easy jaunt to the Space Center...we went two days. Regrettably winds were too high to catch a launch...which we had planned to watch from the beach. Maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again, as it was comfortable and perfect for us. It would be great for a family with kids too. Thanks for being such a great host!

Our stay was nice. The house overall is good but the beds need new matresses and the road noise is loud. The location is great and the pool is nice. Watch out fir the sand spurs in the yard though.

We had such a wonderful stay, our second trip here, becoming a new family tradition. The location is perfect, close to the beach and so many great restaurants, pool was used everyday. Home is so clean and has all the amenities you could hope for. My mom, dogs and I had the best time. Thank you Leach family for providing such a lovely place for a much needed getaway. Sam is always responsive and anyone coming by to provide services on the property has always been friendly and helpful.

This is not our first time staying at this property and it will not be our last, we always enjoy coming here and due to an emergency back home we had to check out a little early and the owner was very considerate about that and offered us a discount on our next stay. We highly recommend this place

The property was clean - so many things available to use for cooking - beds were comfortable - pool was exceptional, not fancy but very good for swimming laps - this property includes MANY things for entertainment - rafts, corn hole etc - street was a bit noisy but neighborhood is quiet - close to many places to eat and get groceries - I would stay here again. ♥️

HIGHLY recommend this property. It was the perfect size for me, my 2 adult children and 2 weiner dogs. VERY convenient and short short walk to dog friendly beach entrance. Pool area was fantastic. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. will definitely return!!!

We can't say enough about all this home has to offer. Spacious enough for the family, decorated beautifully, all the amenities you could hope for and more, and palm tree heaven in the backyard by the pool. My mom, dogs and I had the best time relaxing by the pool daily, enjoying the gorgeous landscaping and being so close to the dog friendly beach was real plus. Sam was a gracious and very responsive host to any issues we were having, minor as they were. We were so sad to leave but look forward to making this a yearly tradition. Truly a home away from home, grateful to have had this experience at such a beautiful property, we can't wait to come back.

The property was as advertised. The pool was awesome and we used it more than anticipated. Since the Cocoa beach has lots of waves, we appreciated being in the pool to relax. Kitchen gears were really nice to cook. Above any I've seen before. Location is really nice, just 3 blocks from beach entrance so walking is very easy.

We had a great stay at this location. The house was clean and accommodating. The private pool was so nice. It was close to the beach and private. We rented bikes and rode around the viewed the small town. Would definitely recommend!!!
