Welcome to Matapalo 101. This is a beautiful end-unit condo, located poolside and ground level, with multiple terraces and plenty of outdoor seating. It is professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.

The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. Thanks for your understanding.

With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, and over 2100 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Flat-screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as in the family room. There is cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central A/C. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd guest bedroom with a king bed and the 3rd guest bedroom has two full-size beds to sleep 6-8 comfortably. Inside utility room with washer and dryer. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.

As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Very clean and well appointed. Excellent location to the pool, beach, shops and restaurants. Check-in was a bit of a problem in that the link we got took us to a gate that was closed due to construction. We had directions to the office where they gave us an alternative entrance.

Family pool right outside. All of Tamarindo right in walking distance! Best access to the Diría hotel and amazing beach in front of hotel just minutes away. Seemcurity, staffing and especially the surf coaches were amazing. I would 100% come back to this condo. Soft beds, good pillows, well stocked kitchen.

We booked this home for two families, eight people total and it was not a letdown!! Beautiful home that was well stocked throughout, this place was a hit with everyone. You have full access to the massive pool with a swim up bar, and the beach is just across the street. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well! Highly recommend!!!

The property, location, and staff were exceptional! We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small children and never felt crowded. The condo was well stocked and very spacious. The ground floor was convenient and provided easy access to the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing spring break in Tamarindo. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of five. We loved the swim up pool and the close proximity to town and the beach. We were able to walk everywhere. The resort was also a perfect location for a multi family vacation.

This was an excellent property with access to everything. It was a comfortable condo that had access to the beachfront resort amenities. Kelly and Olber at Bluezone Properties were so responsive and attentive. We were only in country for a short time and they scheduled many of our excursions and transportation. Everything was top notch.

We LOVED this property. The location and view is amazing. The condo is huge and the AC worked incredibly (important to us). The condo wasn’t the cleanest (mostly under the beds etc) but we got there early and may have rushed them a little. A little pricy but seemingly worth Jt!

This was a great stay and we loved the location of the condo. We had a few challenges (our key cards weren’t activated, the battery on the safe died) and communication with property manager took about 24 hours, which is generally fine (but was frustrating when our wallets and cash were trapped in the safe). Condo itself was amazing: plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and great AC. Generally, great stay and would stay again.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 7. There was ample space for everyone without being crowded. We really liked the patio overlooking the beautiful pool. The condo was very convenient as everything was within walking distance. An extra plus was it was stocked with beach towels and 3 beach chairs!!! I highly recommend!!!!!

We really enjoyed the space and the proximity this condo was to everything we would need while visiting Tamarindo. The beach was close and it was really nice to have beach chairs and towels to use. The condo is walking distance to a grocery mart and many restaurants and shops. We were there with our 4 boys and an aunt. Plenty to do for everyone. We loved it!

Came up short

Checking in is easy once you figure out how to find it. We sat at the gate waiting for a guard to let us into the property for around 15 minutes and then he sent us on a wild goose chase through the complex looking for the room. I think a little clearer directions when checking in would be helpful. The condo itself was lovely. Very clean and up to date furnishings. However 2 nights into our stay there was some sort of pipe burst under the sink. The kitchen flooded with a really foul smelling green water. It looked and smelled like it had been sitting in the pipes for months. It was New Year’s Eve and we were cooking so it kinda put a damper on that. They did send someone that night to fix but the remainder of the stay we had the same issue any time we ran water in the sink or ran the dishwasher. So there is a serious plumbing issue. Hopefully they resolved that. They offered to give us a good rate the next time we are in the area but visiting Costa Rica isn’t something we do frequently so that really wasn’t an option. Also, they did not tell us the pool that they advertise to be by the room was closed until after we’d already booked. It was disappointing. It’s a nice room and I’m sure had we not had issues it would have been great.

This condo was perfectly located in the heart of Tamarindo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Blue Water Properties was amazing to deal with and they were accommodating to everything we needed. If there was one small complaint, it would be that the pool grounds could have been a bit cleaner. Lots of leaves and debris everywhere and it never got swept or cleaned up. The pool had lots of debris in it also. I suppose that is normal for rain season. Overall, amazing stay!

Great place to stay in Tamarindo!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here at this condo. The location was ideal. It is close to everything in the cute beach town of Tamarindo. You are walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The condo is also located next to the pool which had music and a swim up bar. The property management company was extremely helpful and professional. We booked excursions with them which were excellent. I would highly recommend the ATV one because it took you to other areas close by that were beautiful. The only small thing the condo didn’t have was bar soap, shampoo or cooking condiments like salt and pepper. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything else. There is a store walking distance. Overall it was a great place to stay- very spacious and clean.

My boyfriend and I had never had a vacation outside the country before coming to Costa Rica, Oh MY GOD is was the best ever. We loved the food, the people, the beach JUST everything. We had a transfer waiting for us at the airport and were then taken to the office to pick our keys to the condo, the guys at the main office were super attentive and had our package ready to go, once we got to the condo it was just like we had seen in the pictures which that was nice. The pool at the resort is huge (it would be great if there were more lounge chairs) I don't have one complaint. would love to come back!!!
