There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths here at Azure Leisure; the home sleeps 15 people. Decorated to enhance the creative design of this lovely beach home, you will be delighted with the many extras found here. Enjoy the private heated pool (fees apply for heating). The private elevator is perfect for taking up luggage, groceries or belongings. While the home is just 100 yards from the sand and gulf waters, you can easily take a short walk to beach. Cypress Hill Rd comes to a dead end and you will walk around to the beach access.
Ground Floor: Entry foyer has a bench to conveniently place extra bags, beach items, etc. Unique efficiency multi-purpose room serves as the fifth bedroom. This room opens out to the pool area and features a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. The bedding includes a Queen Murphy bed suitable for adults plus a low ceiling loft area with king and 1 twin. There is a full bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. An LCD TV and small dining table with three stools completes the room. The laundry room is in the hall with a super capacity washer and dryer.
Second Floor: You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The king master bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, dresser in spacious closet, large LED TV, full length wall mirror as well as a french door to the private balcony outfitted with two rocking chairs. The ensuite master bath features double sinks and a walk-in tiled shower.
The king guest bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, an LCD TV / DVD combo, dresser, closet, balcony overlooking the pool and shares a tub / shower bath with the bunk room. The shared bathroom has a vanity sink and separate toilet room. The bunk room has a built-in bunk bed with a king below and a twin above plus a twin trundle, as well as a wall mounted LCD TV, blu-ray and closet.
Third Floor: The spacious great room includes the living, dining and kitchen areas and offers magnificent views of the gulf. The renovated gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, ample cabinets, french door style refrigerator with ice-maker, 5-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave and an island with three bar-stools. The living room has a sectional sofa, 2 side chairs, large LED SmarTV, Blu-ray player, surround sound and gas fireplace. The large dining table seats eight comfortably. French style doors from the living room lead to the balcony which is set up with a cocktail table and four tall chairs plus a bench for enjoying the views. There is a convenient powder room off the kitchen. Also located on this floor is a queen bedroom which includes a bedside table, lamp, closet, dresser, LCD TV / DVD combo and a balcony overlooking the pool. The home is lovely and just as pictured. There were lots of windows and great light. We had a few maintenance issues; the property manager was always available and responded quickly. I read the listing and was prepared with dishwasher, dish, and laundry detergent I also bought tissues, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper (they provided a small amount) I didn't read closely enough to see that we also needed beach towels (at a beach house!), salt and pepper, condiments, coffee filters, coffee, sponges to clean with, shampoo (again, small ones provided, but we were there a week) The biggest issue for us was the beach access Looking at the aerial photo, it is clear the house is one off 30A However, access is unavailable, with the path running on the other side of the fence. We had to walk four blocks around to reach beach 30a (5 minutes) versus two minutes advertised It was so hot, and the gravel/dirt road had huge puddles, slowing our progress. Other than that daily annoyance, the trip was great.

We were blown away when we walked into this house. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great seating for our group of 12. The elevator was such a nice bonus, too! We had family from age 2 to age 85 on this vacation, and everyone loved it.
The pool area is wonderful and private. And the downstairs with the kitchenette and loft was a big hit with my granddaughters.

Azure Leisure
When we arrived there was a car parked in the very small drive and we had to go to a house and ask them to move. The lockbox code was 5 digits, code was 4 and still did not work when new code given. Maintenance had to come. One of the keys did not work on the front door. The pool was not clean. Once those things were cleared up, the week was good. The fireworks were beautiful watching from balcony. The house is nice. It is very silly that the upstairs fan has no remote. It would become quite hot when we cooked in the kitchen on the 3rd floor. The parking is quite bad with two large SUVs as well…especially when you add the golf cart. The next house also had 4 large trucks that made it more difficult. It would be great to have a gate access to walk to beach instead of the long trek down the alley each time. I am glad we rented but will probably look for a different house next time. Thanks.

Beautiful home in a great location. Was as advertised. The only negatives were the non working elevator which would have come in handy with all the stairs and the lack of a gate in the fence which would substantially shorten the walk to the beach. Could also use a pump for the bike tires. Otherwise it’s a great home.

The reason we chose this property was for the hot tub and heated pool. The property manager informed us that they would not heat the pool when requested and the hot tub did not work at all. Other than that, we loved the house!

Our stay at Seaside
Overall our experience was pleasant. House location and view is good, there is Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach; however from photos it appears there is direct access to 30A but actually one has to take a turn around through dirt road to access 30A. Cleanliness was fair. Dishes and couch linens had stains and could have been cleaner. Doors to the outside, main door or balcony doors were very tough to open or close. We didn’t even use the balconies on 2nd floor. Instructions to check in and check out were pretty clear. I was contacted by Heather the day before check-in with more instructions but reply to my questions was not quick I had to typically wait many hours or contact her again. For the overall price we paid, my impression is fair to good for this property.

LoveD the decor - feels new. The house is clean and can sleep many. I really used and appreciated the 1st floor mini kitchen for drinks, etc. and the pool was So nice after a day at The beach. Also the outdoor shower and bathroom Were great for the kids!

Azure Leisure was very clean and the lay-out was great. The kitchen was beautiful and roomy, and the appliances were top of the line. All bedrooms had great views. The beds were very comfortable - which is unusual for a vacation home. The decor was lovely and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the house didn't have direct access to Roberts Way - the street right beside the house - and we had to go a bit farther it looks on the map to get to the beach, but with the bicycles it wasn't much of an inconvenience. We really enjoyed the pool and having a second kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, was a great convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable - which is unusual for a vacation home. The decor was lovely and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the house didn't have direct access to Roberts Way - the street right beside the house - and we had to go a bit farther it looks on the map to get to the beach, but with the bicycles it wasn't much of an inconvenience. We really enjoyed the pool and having a second kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, was a great convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and location!
This house is so beautiful and perfect for a stay in Old Seagrove! The location is amazing, it’s close to everything! It’s walking distance to a ton of restaurants, it’s just a short walk away from Seaside which is such a cute town to shop, eat and just hang out in and it’s just minutes walk to the beach! My little one loved all the “secret lofts” and would go up there each and everyday to hang out. The house itself has everything you could need and is just beautiful. The house just feels nice and cozy and has lots of personal touch from the owners which I love. The views from the porch and crows nest is stunning! The pool area is so much fun and it’s nice and protected back there so if it’s a little chilly or windy you can’t feel it back there, it’s like your own little oasis. My family and I will definitely be staying here again next year.
