It's the one you've been dreaming of!! Bright, modern and adorable cottage located in the quieter North section of Clearwater Beach, just 50 steps from curb to the sand, yet within easy walking distance to all the great Clearwater Beach attractions, including, restaurants, shops, bars & fabulous Pier 60.

The Sedgwick cottage has a full kitchen with farmhouse sink, gorgeous Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, with wonderful peeks of the Gulf through just about every window, as well as from your private deck landing. New, wood-grained ceramic tile floors throughout. The bedroom is brightly lit and has a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This cottage will sleep 4 - maximum number of guests is 4. The bathroom is nice & large with a bathtub/shower combination. Parking on site.

The Sedgwick properties altogether include the 2 Bedroom/2 Bath House situated in front (occupied full time)...THIS, the 1 Bedroom/1 Bath cottage at the rear of the house..and the free-standing beach studio, also at the rear of the property. This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.

Outside you will find a tropically landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill and soft seating, along with the two-level "treehouse deck" providing nice views of the Gulf. The courtyard and deck are shared by guests of the Cottage and Beach Studio, as is the guest laundry room accessed off the deck.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking anywhere on property as of 5/11/2019.

What's provided: Hi-speed Internet, paper products to get you started, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bed linens, bath towels, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer, coffee maker & filters. Kitchen supplied w/ dishes, pots & pans, kitchen essentials. BBQ grill, complimentary guest washer and dryer.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-ins okay.

We had a wonderful time at Sedgwick Cottage. Perfect location to the beach and local restaurants and attractions! Fully stocked with everything necessary for wonderful stay!! Sunsets on the beach were incredible only steps away! Would definitely book this property again.

The cottage is absolutely lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked as is the bathroom. There was also a very generous selection of beach accessories to use including towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and even a wagon to tote it all to the beach. Andrea and Rob are extremely responsive and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and the hosts!

This was our second visit to the owner's properties and we absolutely loved the experience. This one is located less than 50 feet from the beach and came with all of our beach needs including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers. We were also just footsteps from Mandalay strip for great food and shopping. We would definitely recommend any of the 3 units that are available with this property. All are updated and luxurious. Beautiful property and location and wonderful owners who are located in town.

This was our second stay with this host. Another great stay. They are easy to communicate with. Our cottage was adorable. Stocked with everything you could need from kitchen to beach. Short walk to “ feet in the sand”. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed. Just 100 steps to the beach! Loved the sitting area outside and visiting with our very nice neighbors who stayed next door in the studio. We just parked the car and walked to restaurants.Would definitely stay again sometime.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO listings that had owners described as premier hosts. Andrea and Rob are the true definition. Clean, well stocked, toilet paper not limited to the first roll only, cotton rounds to remove makeup, Q-tips, napkins, coffee, tea, bottled water for Kuerig as well as drip coffee maker, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, provided wiffle balls to play pickleball at nearby courts (bring your paddles like we did) laundry detergent, etc. They even had frozen water bottles in freezer to put in your cooler. I honestly believe the property is so clean because the owners are so hands on, cleaning it themselves. Would definitely rent again.

The space was well equipped. Kitchen, bedding, towels and beach equipment. It was clean, quiet and very close to the beach. The outside sitting area was comfortable and you had either sun or shade with no wind. All in all, a perfect week.

My wife and I went to Clearwater Beach Cottage for a long weekend/ wedding at the Sand Pearl Resort. Sedgewick Cottage was the perfect location! Literally steps from the beach, easy walking distance to all the happenings at Clearwater Beach, and yet secluded enough for privacy when you wanted it. Our one bedroom cottage was spacious, clean, well appointed, and had all the beach amenities. Rob and Andrea were great hosts and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Clearwater Beach!

My husband and I stayed at the Coastal Boutique Cottage for our 20-year anniversary and had a wonderful time! The cottage was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and only steps from the beach. Several restaurants and shops were also within walking distance, so it was really a great location. I loved the decor too! The owners provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. And, although we did not do much cooking, the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We definitively recommend the cottage for a couples getaway and hope to return someday! Many thanks to the owners!

My new Husband and I are beyond words thankful and blessed to have spent our honeymoon here. We aren’t into a bunch of planning things and constantly going, this cottage was perfect to simply enjoy each others company as newlyweds. The access to the beach was perfect, the beach gear we were able to use was extremely helpful to make for the best trip ever! 100/10!

Wow- we arrived just before Idalia came through Florida, not an ideal situation but it really showed how caring and genuinely great the hosts are here. From keeping in constant contact, to helping us figure out what to do during the evacuation, and working with us to make up for the day we lost. I really cannot say I’ve had someone really go this above and beyond to be an excellent host, and they made a very special trip for us even better. The place is exactly how it looks and actually cuter than I remembered in the photos when I walked in! Perfect for 1-2 people. There is a pull out I believe but it’s just a 1br/1ba apartment on the beach. Great for couples trying to have some beach time and still be walking distance to shops and food but not have the noisiness of being right in the middle of it all. I understand why all the reviews talk about coming back year after year because it really is such a wonderful little place with great people hosting it.

Our two weeks in Sedgwick Cottage was enjoyable. Just wanted some warm weather and to catch a few Phillies preseason baseball games and get to the beach. All went well, meeting friends and getting together for a few meals.

The cottage is just far enough away from all the activity that it is quiet but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The back decks and patio are relaxing and very pretty. The cottage was well stocked with spices, paper towels, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker and more. The hosts, Andrea and Rob, are very responsive and friendly. The cottage itself is very pretty and well maintained.

Perfect cottage location for our return visit in quieter area of Clearwater Beach that is just steps from the beautiful beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, a great Recreation Center and library, and Pier. We had a nice time visiting this adorable cottage! I had to travel for work and this was perfect for my husband and children to enjoy. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. The only part that was a tad difficult was that it did get warm inside at night and I need it cool for a restful sleep. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality & accommodations for our little ones!

It is very comfortable and very well-appointed (lots of towels, good kitchen utensils and things, lots of pillows, great beach supplies—umbrellas, chairs). The location is great, down the street from beautiful Clearwater beach, north of all the hotel crowds. And Andrea and Rob are great responsive hosts. We look forward to returning.

This cottage was the perfect getaway! Clearwater can be a busy place, but the location of this cottage was perfect. Tucked away right next to the beach…the access was incredibly close! Plenty of things to do and plenty of food to eat! The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We also loved our walks in the residential area of north beach. We will be back!

The owners were quick to respond to any questions and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was clean (even the floors, which is hard to accomplish with all the sand outside) and as described. The location is great too. Not too far to walk to dining and the beach is much less busy than places closer to the pier.

This quaint cottage was just perfect for our stay in Clearwater Beach. Just steps from the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The cottage is tastefully decorated, clean and has everything you need for your stay provided for you. The area out back of the main house is secluded and surrounded with trees. We spent a lot of time in the evening on the deck. We had Publix deliver our groceries and took an Uber for longer trips. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this cottage and this area for a great vacation.

My husband and I stayed at Sedgwick Cottage during the second week of March. We were a bit concerned about traffic and noise since this was one week of college Spring Breaks. Fortunately, the location is close enough to walk to all of the shenanigans if you want to be a part of it, but far enough away to be a quiet escape. We enjoyed lots of time at the beach, and were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, etc. Mornings found us on the deck enjoying our books and coffee, and evenings found us on the deck for happy hour. The house has everything to get you started in terms of paper supplies, coffee, etc. Andrea and Rob were very prompt in responding to any questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.
