The interior includes a full living room, a full dining room that formally seats 8, pull out daybed, a chefs kitchen complete with Bosch range and dishwasher, complete with chefs appliances, everything needed for entertaining, washer / dryer, central air conditioning ( one bedroom operates on a window unit due to location ). One small bathroom is directly off the kitchen and includes a stand up shower stall. The other off of the dining room contains a deep jetted jacuzzi tub. There are flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms, and in the living room. Premium cable TV is included as well as an iPod docking station premium sound system with speakers throughout the property. A wonderful space for our family to spend the week between Christmas and the New Year. Everything from booking, to check-in, to the condo itself was just delightful.

Wonderful, charming place with great art and architecture. An easy walk to town and beach. We are grateful that we could bring our dogs. We hope to return in September.

We were visiting with my parents for Holly Folly and it was an excellent experience. The location was perfect, the house is beautiful, and the host was very helpful.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and it’s been great both years. Excellent, unique space with everything you need. A great Ptown find! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great location! Walking distance to everything in Provincetown. Lots of little subtle details in the rental are whimsical, historical and fun. Captured the essence of the town which our family loves. Hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful and clean accommodations.. charming and spacious common rooms.

I was honestly surprised with the place. It was so huge with a big outdoor space, dining room, sunroom, and living room that the listing didn't do justice. It was so well decorated and comfortable and very centrally located, but removed enough from commercial street to be quiet and quaint.

This home was beautiful, comfortable and made us feel it was a home away from home. We didn't want to leave.

The home was warm and inviting. The eclectic decor really added to the experience of being on the Cape. The location was perfect for walking all around town and seeing the sites. Just a short walk to the ferry. We hope to come back again!!

We highly recommend this unique property! The East End is our favorite area of Provincetown for art galleries, walking, sunrises over the bay, and dining. Loved our 3 weeks here at Steven’s beautiful house.

Location was good. One bathroom was fine but the other was super tiny. We couldn’t stand in front of the sink or barely fit in the shower (our shower on our boat is bigger!) power outage issues (property manager fixed very quickly) and the air conditioner in the bedroom by the kitchen didn’t work. Home is very “rustic”

Loved our stay. It was clean and very roomy. Great location. Very accessible to everything about Provincetown. Not far from the dog park. We loved the back court yard. Great for entertaining or just relaxing. One barely could hear the noise from the street, when sitting back there.
The only reason it did not get a 5 star. Just need a few minor repairs. I.E. few loose deck boards, master bedroom TV not working properly. And etc.. And update the pictures online and the guest book. But its no big issues. Just average wear and tear of a home.
Overall, very enjoyable stay. It has just about everything one needs. 😀We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Highly recommended

This house is huge! The outdoor patio (furniture is not as pictured, but perfectly fine) was perfect for late breakfasts until noon, then the beach, the patio again for evening cocktails or dinner, or the front porch. Two bedrooms (we used one as a closet), unbelievable kitchen with literally everything you need and far more. Outdoor shower, two bathrooms, and one block from the public beach. The free parking space made it easy to zip around town shopping or picking up those fresh lobsters. We’d definitely love to come back here again!

Clean, well decorated and perfectly located. Only complaint is the beds, which need new mattresses and pillows. Did not sleep well.

Very nice Cape Cod house that is centrally located with walking to Provincetown literally a two minute walk. The dedicated parking spot for one car was also nice. Air conditioners in almost every room with accompanying ceiling fans were perfect. Would stay there again.
