It is our pleasure to introduce you to our 2-bedroom "Grand Chateau" unit. This unit designed in unique French-Renaissance style is sure to enchant and mesmerize you!!! Staying here will make you feel royal and our comfortable amenities will ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The space
This is a private unit with private backyard entrance and direct pool access, you will find:
- Separate, very welcoming living area
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, family size dining table and very comfortable dining chairs
- 2 spacious bedrooms, both with KING SIZE beds
- Full bathroom with brand new full size soaking bath
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

Neat, clean quiet place with a Nice pool. Anything you need is within a few minutes drive. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Grand Château 2-bedroom unit with pool access from Thursday, May 23 through Monday, May 27, 2024 and VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for us with plenty of room to relax with our adult son who lives nearby when he stopped by for visits, a nice kitchen area with all the appliances we needed and more (since we took our son out for most meals), breakfast nook with plenty of room to seat 6 people, and a VERY comfortable bed in the large Master Bedroom. The bed in the ample-sized 2nd bedroom (with a view of the pool deck) was likely just as comfortable, but we did not use that room since our son returned home each night of our visit. The bathroom was also well-supplied with shampoo, body wash and even Q tips, and large enough for both of us to shower and get ready for the day each morning. And last but certainly not least, the owner/host was very quick to reply to all of our messages before, during and after our stay. Access information was clear and concise and much appreciated given that our flight arrived from the east coast after midnight and we did not want to bother anyone when we checked in. We will look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our son.

Worked great for our golf trip. Cloae to Tesla charger, walmart and costco and lots of restaurants. Facilities was comfortable and was nice to have full kitchen.

Sergey's place was very uniquely decorated and clean. The kitchen was just what we needed for our diet restrictions. It was perfect for our stay for our son's wedding. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my adult daughter. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The patio, grill and pool area was lovely as well. It was private, quiet and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that was located close to many things, including downtown Sacramento. I would definitely stay here again! Also, the host and his contact person were both very kind.

The house was well beyond our expectations. The price was very reasonable. Actually less than our friends paid for a group reservation at a near by hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our host gave great instructions for checking in after hours. Our only regret was the weather didn't cooperate and we were not able to enjoy the pool. It really was a great place!

We stayed here while in town visiting my parents. It was a nice overflow space for me and my kids to come and get some rest at night after a day of hanging out. The unit was very clean and there was lots of space for us to spreadout. I do wish the listing had said no other guests were allowed even during the day for a quick visit, but totally understand the reasoning and appreciated the cordial communication with the owner. I would definitely still come back and rent from Sergey again for our next visit!

The only thing that surprised me, and it could be my own fault, maybe I did not read the entire description. It seems that the house is broken into four units, so you will be sharing with other people on the property. They will be outside your patio near the pool. We had a couple that woke up at 4 am and were loud so it seemed like they were in our room. If I had to stay all over again. I would. The value is there for such a beautiful home in a great neighborhood close to everything you will need. The host was very nice and there was no problems at all.

Really a nice experience. Communication was excellent, better than the pictures. We didn’t use the pool or Bbq area but it was really tempting.

Nice place
This was a very nice place. We were there 11 days and had no issues. It was close to anything you need , eating, shopping and laundromat were only a few blocks away. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Sacramento.

Stayed 8 nights on a family business trip The unit was exactly as described and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Asked to stay an extra night and the owner was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

second Visit just as Charming
We love this unit. It was as nice as it was the first time we rented it. It is clean, well-equipped and spacious. We'll plan to stay here again on our next visit to Sacramento.

A nice place to stay
We found the apartment to be a nice confortable place to stay with all necessary items provided. We are in transition to the area and it is well located in the general region. We found the noise level to be problematic sometimes. The noise from Sunrise Blvd is medium level. The next room could be heard if people were unconscious of being neighbors. The thermostat is elsewhere and the apartment was too cool in the evening. The internet, stove, fridge, and shower all worked very well.

Nice location! Had everything my friends and I needed before the marathon, and Serguey was accommodating when we asked for an early check in. Would have loved to use the pool - next time!

Like a sweet bungalow
Everything you need inside and an amazing backyard garden area for relaxation. Unheated saline pool is very refreshing. Walls a bit thin to other units attached but not a deal breaker. Mattresses were just firm enough. So close to everything in a residential neighborhood.

Very nicely decorated. We loved every minute of our stay.
