Having visited Carmel 2-3x per year for 5 years, only staying in Arts & Design district so we can enjoy Monan Trail and Carmel small town feel, this is by far the BEST “home away from home” we have had the pleasure to enjoy!! Exceptionally well stocked for travelers, comfortable spaces to relax, lovely patio for post-walk/bike/run cool down, and steps away from all things downtown Carmel. Accurate description on VRBO. Gracious host. Seamless checkin/out! We will be back!

Within walking distance of downtown Carmel and the Monon Trail
This was perfect for our visit to the Carmel Christkindl Market. We were one block off of Carmel's main street and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Kitchen well stocked so that we could have some of our meals there.

Nice unit in a great location
We shared the unit with another couple and it worked great for us. The location is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. as well as the Monon Trail. Owner was very helpful and easy to reach. I expect that we will return when the need arises.

Very nice place to stay
This home worked out great for us. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The home was very clean. Bicycles in the garage were available for use. Monty, the owner, was very helpful. The ice maker was not working when we were there so he brought in ice for our use. There was bottled water in the refrigerator which was appreciated. The location of this home is convenient to the Monon Greenway and the downtown area which has great restaurants. This seemed to be a very quiet neighborhood. One day we ate a great lunch at Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream which is right on the Greenway so we enjoyed watching people using it while we ate our lunch. One evening we had a delicious meal at Woody's Library Restaurant. Our stay was most enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate referring this home to others.

Great location and property
The condo was clean and very nice! The owner was a great host. The location in Carmel, Indiana was amazing. Walking distance to the Arts and Design District. We were in Indiana for a basketball tournament and within 5 miles of our tournament location. We went to the Moron Water park and gym. Beautiful facility and a lot of fun. I recommend this condo!

Great Location!
This property exceeded my expectations. I am from Indy and due to my mother's passing, I found myself for the first time having to rent a place for my annual visit to Indy with my children. Having always stayed in the Meridian Hills area, staying in Carmel and being steps away from the Monon Trail and Main Street made this trip really enjoyable and memorable. The host/owner was pleasant and charming and the property was clean and spacious. My only recommendation would be to fix the ice maker in the freezer and upgrade some of the cookware. That being said, I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Clean and neat I would recommend it
We were there with another couple for the Indy 500 race it was a good location for getting to the track. We have done many VRBO's throughout the US and found the place neat and clean.
Monty could use more dishes, serving bowl, measuring cup and spoons in the kitchen. The towel need to be 100% cotton.
The air conditioner broke on Saturday we were refunded one nights stay. I thought that was fair, although hot in the condo!
He invited us to dinner the night after the race, which was nice. There are nice bike that we road in the garage. He was willing to adjust the seats if needed.
All and all it was a nice place to stay and the town of Carmel was lovely. I would recommend it others.

Great place. Great location. Great time with friends/family!
We were more than satisfied with this condo and its location. The accomodations were plenty of space for 3 couples, and it was very clean! Carmel was a super fun place to walk around, eat, exercise. And we were only a half hour from downtown Indy!
Thank you for the use of your lovely condo!
