When we arrived the place was well cleaned and equipped, everything was presented nicely. Had no issues finding anything on the property.

We loved staying at this property. It was so cute and well- appointed. Very clean, cool and comfortable. Loved that it comes with beach chairs and bikes!
The only draw back is that the AC system is really loud at night. It took a few nights getting used to the noise at bedtime.we will definitely return here!

Had a great stay with my daughter for a birthday trip. Condo was great. Location was good. Very close to the island amenities.
We had a little delay getting checked in but that was mostly my fault. Expedia sends its emails from VRBO and I wasn’t looking for that sender. We entertained ourselves for a little bit and then heard back from our host.

Our family goes to the beach to enjoy the water, bikes, and golf. We did end up renting bikes because we do a great deal of riding, though this property comes with bikes and with beach chairs (which was nice to not have to pack). We eat in a lot, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils. Host even provided a wine opener within 12 hours when I asked him where one was located. And this is my greatest praise of this property— host was exceptionally responsive and pleasant. It is a neat property with a lot of character, perfect for our golf-loving family with older kids.

The property was perfect for our family of four. As first timers to Seabrook, the property exceeded expectations.

We loved staying on Seabrook Island, so close to beautiful beaches and a super charming private island. We loved the porch of the home nestled in with all the beautiful live oak trees. Super great communication with Casey and easy checkin and checkout. Our one compliant was that we wish the sliding glass doors had screens to keep out bugs and that there were openable windows in the other rooms for better airflow, it felt stuffy and had a weird smell overall. Other than that we love it!

This was a first time trip to the area for my adult son (27 yo) and me. We chose the beautiful location and ended up being about 14 miles from the venue for the son of our friends. The home was perfect for us and just as advertised. It was a 3-5 minute drive or short walk to any of the boardwalks to the beach. We encountered or saw lots of wildlife: alligators during the day, a large turtle crawling across golf course, lots of birds and lots of deer at night. The little village between Seabrook and Kiawah has some cute little shops and good restaurants. Easy drive into Charleston. Casey was a fantastic host and very responsive online or by text. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Nice, well maintained property with natural beauty all around. We particularly liked the short walk to the beach. Everything is as advertised and Casey was great to work with. Would recommend for couples or small family stay.

House was very clean, well-equipped, huge windows out onto the golf course. Watched the golfers and 3 deer that came by one morning. Neighborhood is quiet with many beautiful trees with Spanish moss. Nice deck with an additional outside staircase (besides the spiral!) that is good for bringing your luggage upstairs.
Since it was still chilly we didn't get the club passes. Plenty of places to eat within 10-15 mins and nice Harris Teeter grocery store. 45-50 mins into Charleston.
Beach access is close enough to walk if you aren't taking much with you, or have a cart. Personally I would want to drive and park :) But the beach was definitely worth seeing and walking any time of year. Incredible sunsets.
Casey is a wealth of knowledge on the area if you want recommendations!

A beautiul setting in the heart of Seabrook Island. The deck, sitting among the trees and looking out over the golf course was our favorite part of the trip, enjoying our morning coffee; very relaxing. The place itself is very cozy, decorated well, extremely clean and has a great feel, especially for two people, and because it's not too far from Charleston, one can make a few jaunts into the historic town to enjoy all of it's restaurants and history. The beach is close enough to walk and is unspoiled. We really enjoyed it! Casey, the property owner is an extremely personable fellow and is very comfortable to communicate with him. Thanks, Casey, we really appreciate it! Tim carvour Marysville, Ohio

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a peaceful location. The villa was almost like a treehouse, surrounded in beautiful trees. Very quiet. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured in photographs. The host was very nice and helpful, and SUPER responsive both before and during our stay. I would 100% return and rent again!

My husband and two children (ages 7 and 9) just had the best week staying at Casey's treehouse villa. We have been frequent visitors of Seabrook Island for over a decade and this is hands down our new favorite spot.
The home is tastefully decorated with a bright and airy feeling and was very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Overall, it had everything we needed...and then some!
We absolutely love the location of this home and its positioning in the trees overlooking the golf course — such beautiful views from the oversized deck and from every room inside.
Casey was such a pleasure to communicate with and clearly cares about his guests. We cannot wait to stay here again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came for a wedding at the Club and the location was perfect. Only very small note is that clarity around the need for an amenity card given it’s a cashless, careless island as well as that there are zero ubers/cabs/etc at all on the island would be very helpful! But would 100% recommend this place and hope to be back again soon! The grill, deck, & views alone are worth the stay. Thank you for a great experience!

This was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to enjoy a romantic stay! The place was unique and cool, elevated and nestled amongst the trees with a great view of the golf course. It also had everything we needed, was clean and was a short walk to the beach. We plan to visit again!

We had a blast staying at this property. The scenery around was beautiful. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. My only suggestion would be to update the bikes as they were not all functional. Overall, great weekend and would stay again!

What was not to like? This charming treehouse was just as advertised. The views kept out 2- and 3-year-old grandchildren mesmerized (as well as the adults in the party). Sitting on the spacious deck watching nature and golfers was peaceful and relaxing. When we wanted activity, we visited the pool, beach or nearby Freshfields. The children enjoyed Mr. Anderson's badminton set, football and volleyball. We enjoyed the beach chairs and having the washer/dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked all but one meal. The spiral staircase has never been a favorite of mine, but the children navigated it well (with supervision). The "old" folks managed it too. During our four-day visit, we saw a hawk, alligator, snake, egret, shark, dolphins, crows and squirrels. Nature in a beautiful low country setting. Mr. Anderson was extremely responsive to all communication. In a world where many are turning their backs on STR and returning to hotels, Mr. Anderson sets the bar for other hosts. The entire experience was no fuss, no drama, no 3-page chore lists or ridiculous rules. Thank you, Mr. Anderson, for sharing your treehouse with us.

My husband and 2 children(10 and 12) stayed here April 9-14. The house was perfect for us, very well stocked and the communication with Casey was fantastic. We biked all around the property(rented the kids bikes through Alligator bikes), hung out at the beach, swam in the pool, visited Charleston and Kiawah and just had the best week. My husband and son also played 9 holes on two separate days and said the courses were immaculate. The house overlooks one of the golf courses and has a great view. We are already planning our next trip back!

The treehouse was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The weather cooperated and it was what we needed. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

No surprises and a phenomenal place for a romantic getaway. Close to everything the islands offer. Well stocked accommodation. Just bring coffee, drinks and food - the rest is covered. 1 mile from the beach and the bikes are a plus. Casey is very prompt with communication and clearly wants you to enjoy his place. The Echo was unexpected and a perfect touch. Hope to be back in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here. A unique experience among the live oaks, golf course, and nature. Close proximity to beaches allowed for several walks per day.
The cottage was fully stocked with all the essentials and incidentals needed when away.
Casey, the property manager was available and helpful before, during, and after our stay.
