Lake front home with magnificent views! Multiple decks. Fish off the dock or take the boats into the waters of huge Emerald Lake (Electric motor only). Lake view from kitchen, living room, dining room, game room. In the heart of the Pocono mountains, close to everything: skiing, horseback riding, shooting range, ATVs, hiking, water rafting, shopping, casino. The community offers: 2 community pools, tennis courts, 2 beaches, restaurant. House offers: hot tub, fire place, fire pit, private dock, Kids playground, 1 paddle boat, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, SUP board, Pontoon Boat for Rent (For 6 Person). (Great fishing)

No Smoking inside the house. Minimum age of primary renter 25. (Excessive partying, fireworks, etc) can result in immediate eviction without refund. Signed lease & Valid photo ID required.

$500 refundable security deposit as per rental agreement.
50% of total due on booking, Balance due 15 days prior rental.

The family get together at location was nice; however we spent to much time cleaning to have house to have it to where we could stay comfortably there. The Host was very nice through our discord.

This place is so cute! Love the private little beach, love all the boats, the sand and the Pier. This house is on the older side, BUT you have everything you need. We felt comfortable and everything was clean. The owners are amazing and very nice easy to talk to if any issues arise. I give it a 5 star! It’s also nice that you can bring your furry friend and the pool table downstairs was a plus! We spent most of our time by the lake. We would definitely come back. Thanks for letting us stay at your humble home. We had a blast! Even with the wild animals around haha! Thank you!

The house location is phenomenal but the house was very dirty and there were spiders everywhere. Also when we got there the indoors house water was tinted yellow. We had to let it run for it to clear up. Overall, if the house was updated and cleaned up better then this would be 10/10 house.

Hosts were very accommodating. Location is perfect! Quiet area, beautiful lake. We loved the kayaks and boats available to use. Air conditioning kept us cool and comfy on hot days. Loved the pool table. Plenty of things to do! House was very nice and comfortable. Needs a little outside maintenance in the yard as it was overgrown but still enjoyable. Needs good outside cleaning, many spiderwebs on decks. Will definitely book again and recommend to friends!

We had a great time at your house and loved being on the lake with a variety of boats to use. The house was clean, well stocked with things to do, and the Jacuzzi was very nice too! Thanks for a nice vacation!

There was lots to do on the water as the house has many water vessels to choose from. We went on a tube, canoe, row boat. We brought our own fishing rods. Caught and released a couple of fish. There’s a community pool you need to buy passes for. It was nice and refreshing. The hosts were super helpful and response time was fast. We definitely will visit again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend. The house and entire property were exactly as advertised, clean, and in excellent condition. Max was very responsive to any and all questions. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home.

Where do I begin? My family and I booked this place in Long pond for a family vacation. One of the main reasons we booked the place was that it had the pontoon boat. Within a few days of arrival we were told the boat was “needing repair” and might not be ready for use when we arrived. Since they charge extra for use of it, I couldn’t cancel on those grounds. We arrived late at night to a dirty place. Hair and crusty stains on the sheets, some other folks dirty clothes on the floor, dried up food in/on the kitchen/oven/dishes. Absolutely gross. We expressed to owner that we would like a refund and would leave immediately. We were offered a 50% refund. We took it and left. Hoping VRBO would make it right since they deemed this a “safety emergency” upon seeing our pictures. They didn’t BTW, the boat looked like it hadn’t been used in 10 years. . Don’t make the same mistake I did. For context, I’ve never left a negative review of anything in my lifetime.

We enjoyed the boats and easy access to the water. Great to have the pool table and jacuzzi. Folks in the community were extremely friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the peaceful water. We would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a quiet getaway. Easy access to the town with plenty of restaurants and things to do.

There were cobwebs and dirt all over the place the grill had two propane tanks both of which were empty and food debris was still all over the grill inside there was no air conditioning and two of the three bedrooms which made sleeping very uncomfortable

Vitaly was very easy to work with. We had trouble with the pontoon boat and she was quick to reimburse the fee. For those who come for fishing, just be aware that the house sits on a small lake that is very overgrown with underwater plants but once you get out into the bigger lakes the fishing becomes easier. Location was quiet and great for walking. We would stay here again but would bring our own boat next time. House was as described except the upstairs main living area is no longer carpet. It was difficult to all be upstairs to try to watch tv, but there was room downstairs for that when we had a rainy day. It was hard to cool the entire upstairs (main bedroom) but the fans provided were helpful. Decks were great top and bottom and the hot tub was a hit.

We had a fun time! The only negatives was that the lake near the property is so over grown with plant life that the motor on the pontoon boat kept getting stuck. It was frustrating, but once we got out to the larger lakes it was better. The hot tub only went as high as 98degrees. Overall, we had fun though.

We didn’t have the best of weather but had a blast looking out all of the beautiful windows and playing games inside. When the weather did get better we were able to get out and do some fishing! This place is awesome for the family and the renters are good communicators and friendly! Will be renting again!

The house was everything we expected. Its not the newest place you’ll see, but it is a nicely kept rental which is exact Y what we weee looking for. The location makes it easy to get to all the major attractions in the area. I can’t speak to the yard and lake activities, other than to say it was all there and looked great. Unfortunately, a springtime snow storm kept us from utilizing any of it, but again it looked great as advertised. I’ll definitely keep this place on my “favorites” list for the future. I’ll be sure not to plan a trip in between seasons next time so we can get the full experience.

This pond front home was a great home for my family to gather for Thanksgiving! Plenty of space for everyone, a beautiful waterfront view and nice sized yard for our two dogs. The hot tub was a really nice perk. The house isn’t updated but the listing is accurate and met our needs! The kitchen was well equipped and the owners were very responsive.
