Chateau Secor 2 has a very unique, OPEN floor plan complete with 40 year old live trees in the entry way! It is newly remodeled with paint, ceramic tile and carpet, a beautiful new kitchen/dining area and luxurious upstairs bath!
Downstairs boasts a beautiful two-story entry way complete with 4 skylights, as well as the kitchen, dining area, half bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. The dining area is complete with a gas fireplace and TV and the kitchen contains a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and a four burner ceramic cook top. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and other cookware. The large granite island is perfect for eating as well as preparing meals and a corner banquette provides extra seating in the kitchen!
The downstairs master bedroom contains a King size bed, TV, comfy reading chair, and comfortable sofa. This bedroom’s full bath has a unique sunken tub/shower, a beautiful granite vanity and large walk-in closet. This bedroom is OPEN to the dining room/kitchen (and has blackout privacy curtains for your use)... one of the unique features of the chateau's VERY OPEN floor plan.
Upstairs is a one-of-a-kind OPEN arrangement with a large living area which boasts a large leather sectional with chaise and recliners, 60 inch TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a poker/game table. The poker table area is open to the entry way and stairway below. As you top the stairs you will see a sitting area (which is the 3rd sleeping room) with a queen size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and 42 inch TV. This sleeping area is open to the entire upstairs and is NOT a separate room with a door. An additional bedroom is found upstairs and it contains 2 queen beds, another 42 inch TV, a chaise lounge, as well as a skylight. This upstairs bedroom also has a French door which looks out on the outdoor deck below. A gas grill is provided on the back deck.
The luxurious upstairs bathroom (just off the sitting area) contains a Jetta whirlpool tub complete with jets, air option, and lights. This bath boasts a large skylight, electric fireplace, TV & a large shower with dual showerheads, body sprays and built-in bench!!
With one king bed, three queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa, and 2 queen air mattresses provided, Chateau Secor 2 will easily sleep 10-12.
The back area is comprised of a brand new deck however there is no fenced yard as the entire back area is ALL DECK. The neighborhood is great for dog walking and we do have a large un-fenced side yard guests can use as a play area if needed.
*** We do have security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property... by the front door on the front porch and outside on the back deck for our guest's protection as well as the protection of the property.

The house was as advertised. We rented it for a family get-together. The place was pet friendly which allowed our dog to come. The property owner was very nice/helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely use the property again.

We love this place. The owners are salt of the earth and went above and beyond for us. It is such a comfy place. I can't say enough about the beds. We have a really nice bed at home and I swear this bed is better. I slept like a baby and I don't ever sleep. It is an older place and could use some updates, but the owners are up front about everything and there are no surprises. Loved our time here!!!!

Unique chateau, very spacious. Lots of areas for groups to gather to visit or play games. The bedrooms were large. The house location in the city was amazing. Immediate access to highways and anything you could need. Enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future.

I rented this home for my relatives coming from out of town for a Memorial. They liked the comfort and roominess of the place. My brother in law really liked the feel of the home reporting that it is a perfect hangout. The owners were responsive; communication was easy. The home is in a safe neighnorhood with easy access to all that one needs.

This house is beautiful! This is our second stay and it is perfect for large families ! The location is hard to beat as there is Penn Square, Target, Aldi, and Restaurants that are 3 minutes away! We love everything about this CLEAN COMFORTABLE HOUSE! We enjoyed sharing family breakfast and dinners around the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! We also enjoyed grilling out on the beautiful deck! We loved having a laundry room to utilize all week.The bathrooms are spectacular! With an amazing Shower and Giant Tub!!!The upstairs offered a perfect place for movies and games!! We will be back!!

I asked for an early check-in…but we got the standard response about cleaning not being finished. However we drove by two hours early, no cleaning crew to be found. So that was a hassle for us, thanks for that. Also this is the first VRBO that ever wanted us to do laundry. Most have us put laundry near the wash room or something. And they wanted us to dry the stuff after it got done washing…lol.

Great accommodations for a wedding party! The only downside is this property only has 2 baths. A third one would have sped up the morning routine for everybody. But that never became an issue. Just woke up a little earlier. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely come back and recommend.

This property was perfect for me and my husband and 11 high school kids! Our room was on one side of the home and on the other side of the home upstairs or bedrooms and a living room. So, it was perfect for them to stay up late and be kids and us to go to bed and be old people. When we showed up the bathroom was dirty I contacted the manager and he came right over and cleaned it himself. Excellent, excellent place to stay. Excellent neighborhood. Planning on staying here again.

We were in town for a softball tournament at the HOF Complex. The house was exactly as described and pictured. It had everything we needed. The kitchen has any pan or utensil you would need. There was also coffee and spices available. Lots of clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. We just had to bring ourselves and our groceries. Questions that we had were answered very promptly by the owner. We had a great time and will rent again if we come back to the area!

Don't let the outside deceive you! This house was so great and super roomy. We hosted a sleepover for the girls in my daughter's wedding party. The upstairs is really open and so much room to hang and put on make up and laugh and have fun! The kitchen is really pretty too. It was really cold so we didn't get to take advantage of the deck but it looked so pretty. I will so rent this place again. The location right by Penn Square mall was so convenient for running errands. Thank you for renting us your beautiful place!

We were looking to check out an area we haven't been to and this was the perfect place to stay! It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do and was super cozy. The upstairs living room was perfect for napping, watching TV and reading. The beds were so comfy and had really good sheets. They provided as many amenities as they could considering COVID times. The neighborhood was very quiet also. We will be back and can't wait to see the renovated back yard! Highly recommend.
