About this cabin rental

You will love this wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch cabin, which is located on the private outer circle of the Circle 4 complex. You are minutes away from the Village Mall and Fort Rock park. This comfortable home sleeps 6 with a queen sofa pullout for 8. We also have a twin blow-up in the kids room. There is a wrap around deck with a BBQ and a large hot tub. The open kitchen & dining area feature a gas wood burning river rock fireplace. We also have a second refrigerator in the garage, so you can stock up on some items. The Master suite on the upper level has a King size bed, TV and private bath with shower. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms. One has a Queen bed, and the other has 2 Twins. There is a full bath to accommodate both rooms. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a garage that is full of toys. Bikes, a Ping Pong table as well as Winter Snow toys. We also store the fire wood in the garage, so when its cold the fireplace will keep it cozy. We work very hard to keep our unit up to the standards that we would want when we travel ourselves. So please enjoy our cabin and your stay in sunriver.

Our family has vacationed in Sunriver many times over the last 20 years, mostly staying across the fence in the Ranch Cabin loop. This is the best place yet. Great for kids, perfect for our family. The Circle 4 swimming pool was a big plus, and so were all the bikes. Matt is a friendly, responsive host. We hope to be back next summer!

The house was perfect for our family. We loved that we were able to use the bikes to explore sun river (the tandem was amazing for my youngest who is not confident on her own enough to tackle sun river trails.) access to circle four pool was also a highlight.

Overall it was as advertised. A little short on bath towels, kitchen was short on dish towels and miscommunication on guest Sharc passes, just a suggestion for future guests. Setting was great, took our family pictures there around the pool. Great cabin feel. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

There were no hand towels or wash cloths in bathrooms. In reaching behind beds to access electrical outlets, we found a great accumulation of dust. Not good for sleeping spaces.

The property is conveniently located with short bikes rides to most everything. The bikes were a challenge as adjustments could not be made to the seats. The location is very quiet with the exception of construction on the new fire station which I am sure will be complete soon. Overall, was a very nice relaxing stay.

The cabin is great. Perfect for our family of four. We’ve been coming to Sunriver for many years and staying at the family condo. These past few years we’ve been staying in the circle 4 cabins because we needed three bedrooms. Matt is very easy to deal with if anything ever comes up. But it rarely does. Lisa K

Loved the shared pool! Sleeping arrangements were great. Bikes and pool floaties were fun. House stayed mostly cool enough even without AC. Kids enjoyed streaming apps on TV after long days of riding and swimming. The outdoor space was a bit disappointing as porch was always shaded, deck furniture was uncomfortable and deck needed a good cleaning but sun and nice furniture was available at pool. No extra rolls of toilet paper were provided so we had to purchase at a store as our family was there for a week. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This circle 4 cabin was perfect for our vacation. We had 5 adults and a dog. It was cozy, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for the cooking any meal. The hot tub and wood burning fireplace was so nice after a day of skiing. We all agreed that it was this rental beat out the past ones by a long shot! We definitely will book this cabin again!

The house was great. Parking was a bit of a challenge as the neighbors parked right in front of the path leading to the house. We had our disabled mother with us, which made it difficult for her to get to the home. Otherwise we had a great time.

We like the Circle 4 cabins. Only one issue..lack of parking especially for older folks. This cabin had a very well stocked kitchen. Everything I needed was there. Had an issue with a cog in the downstairs bathtub, but maintenance came right out.

Great property in the lovely enclave of Sunriver. Very clean! Absolutely everything we needed for an 11 night stay - cooking at home was not a problem at all. We had all we needed and then some. Great on-deck hot tub, lovely large covered porch, and a very nice circle #4 location. Master bed was very comfy, as were the living room couches! We felt very much at home here and will be back. The owner was great to deal with. Thanks Matt for sharing your space! Lots of great activities very close by - hiking in Smith Rock State Park, Crater Lake, Newberry Caldera/Paulina Lake. Riding on the Sunriver pathway system of paved trails, riding to Benham Falls & Lava Butte, pizza at The Fold, Big Belly Burger, Sunriver Brewing to name a few. Always a great area to visit and only 10 miles into Bend. This is our 3rd time in Sunriver and we love it.

Loved this place! Perfect for our small family. Especially appreciated that pets were allowed. Our one small dog was happy. Great location and the home was equipped with everything you’d want for a short stay. We cooked/grilled every night. We were pleasantly surprised that there was central AC. In our experience that’s not so common in the area, but so nice in the 90+ temps. The owner communication was exceptional. All over one of our best VRBO experiences.
