Ellie Cottage - 2 King and 2 Twins vrbo/897573 Payton Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 2 Twins vrbo/786350 Hank Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 1 Full vrbo/856177 Hudson Cottage - 2 king suites trundle bed (2 twins) and sleeper sofa. vrbo/1001895 This 1940's cottage has been totally remodeled. We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 6, is only 6 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 6 blocks from Southwestern University. About a 5-7 minute easy stroll. We offer a king bed, a queen bed and full bed, all with high quality mattresses and linens. We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a PacknPlay for your infant and a booster/high chair for your toddler, must request to have in cottage in reservations. You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating area and a bbq grill. You have the option of convenient parking right in front of the cottage, or a one car garage not attached to the cottage. Maximum of 2 vehicles .

We had a great time at Pam’s house. It was just as listed and very clean. Only complaint that I have is that Vrbo has the dot on the map a few blocks off from where the home actually is, but it didn’t really matter for us. Super amazing home with great backyard space too.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable with all the home amenities. Walking distance from some great restaurants. Easy access to the interstates.
After leaving a tablet in the house, Pam went out of her way to mail it back to us.

Such a precious house and so tidy/clean. The host was great answering our questions and loved the house. Can’t wait to stay again for our next friends get together. The back patio was a pleasant surprise and so nice for hot tea in the morning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this precious cottage!! Great neighborhood, extremely walkable (we walked to dinner and coffee on two different occasions!), and such wonderful host! Very family friendly too. We will come again and bring our kids!

Wonderful property. Extremely welcoming in a quiet area, just a few blocks from Main St. Pam was a great host and supplied us with lots of helpful information about the area. We were so comfortable there we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Pam's properties. We always appreciate her attention to detail in helping us make it a great stay. I love how close it is to the town square and allows me peaceful walk in the mornings a great cup of coffee at the local coffee shop! The house is clean and offers everything we needed for a long week of hot tennis.

We were in Georgetown for my niece’s wedding at the Union on 8th. Hank’s cottage was the perfect location as we were only a few blocks away. I was immediately impressed with how clean the house was, and it was such a nice surprise to have wine and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Only negative was the occasional pungent smell of weed when we walked outdoors. Overall our weekend stay was great.

Our daughter recently moved to Georgetown and we wanted to spend Thanksgiving with her. We spent the week and had a great time. The location was perfect to explore downtown and the trails around Georgetown. The cottage was super clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. We highly recommend!

Great little cottage!
This little cottage had plenty of room for my family of 5. Very close to shopping and a grocery store. We had chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of wine waiting our arrival. Very nice.

Great Choice
We were in Georgetown for my daughter's wedding at the Union on 8th. This cottage (Hank) was the perfect choice. It was convenient and spacious enough for lots of people to come and go; just generally a very good choice. It is also within easy walking distance to the downtown area. I had wanted to book several of the cottages and they were already full way back in April for a March wedding so book early!!!!!

Cutest cottage!
My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this cute Georgetown cottage! It was much roomier than expected and was just perfect for our 3 day girl trip. We were able to relax on the front porch in the mornings, cook our own food if we wanted or go eat and shop at the Georgetown square which was literally around the corner. It was a wonderful place in a wonderful town with plenty to do and see!

Wow! Best VRBO ever for us!
Mint condition! The owner has given careful thought to every square inch of this home. It’s extremely well stocked with all the basics needed for running a home. Comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful and well equipped kitchen and baths, air conditioning was fast and responsive (important in Texas), very quiet neighborhood and we could park our car off the street. We were four minutes by car to the town square. Georgetown has a great local theater with musicals and plays (Palace Theater) and great restaurants and shops. Plenty of free public parking. We will come back to this lovely home!

The cottage exceeded our expectations. it was very beautifully decorated inside and out.
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was near downtown Georgetown and in a very comfortable neighborhood. A short drive down the road and we were at Georgetown Lake or at the outlets shopping!

Family baseball at Dell Diamond
We wanted a property close to Dell Diamond for Triple AAA baseball and chose Georgetown, This property fit the bill for a family outing. Perfect layout of bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen/living area were great for entertaining. Beautiful landscaping in front and backyard. Definitely would recommend this property to others without hesitation.
