Over 2000 square feet exquisitely decorated with every amenity you’ll need for living in paradise without a care in the world. The southern corner location offers a bright atmosphere and 4 breezy balconies, so much light in this condo! Even with the location on the east side of the building, the unique design of La Vistana provides this 7th floor unit with ocean views from 2 balconies, the living room, and the master bedroom. Standing inside the condo, you see bay or ocean from nearly every window, a breathtaking island atmosphere.

1 month minimum for the building. Sometimes calendar months required.

Rare find for beach condos, our building is pet friendly with a nice grassy area up front to walk your dog. The building allows 2 dogs up to 25lbs each, we are dog people too! The building's rule is strict and enforced, no dogs over 25lbs.

Huge granite kitchen and bar, with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all cooking and dining housewares. Living room has oversized windows with view of the beach, ocean, and pier, 55” flatscreen and surround sound. Enjoy dinner from the oversized balcony off the living room, with a view of the ocean, inter-coastal water views, gulf breeze and sounds of the waves. Master bedroom has king sized bed, custom closet, and private balcony on side of building with ocean view - the angle is such that your view from the bed includes the vast Gulf of Mexico. Luxurious master bathroom with double sinks, and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed, and direct guest bath access. 3rd bedroom is currently arranged as a relaxing den or sitting area with its own private large balcony with view of intercoastal waters. The sofa in this room converts into a queen sized pullout bed, and we have a memory foam topper available for extra comfort.

Everything you need will be provided, including fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, all linens including beach towels, spare sheets, cable, wifi, desktop computer and printer. Our unit includes a poolside cabana, stocked with beach chair and floats for your enjoyment.

La Vistana is a gated property with exquisite private residences on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, perpetually clean with quiet visitors and residents, a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, an outdoor kitchen with 2 gas grills, and a gym. Parking for 2 vehicles is included, with plenty of spare parking for even more.

In Redington Shores, situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach, you’ll find a mix of residential homes and condominiums - much quieter than the touristy Clearwater Beach, but with plenty of charm and restaurants and shops. La Vistana is walking distance to 6 restaurants, seafood market, and a convenience store. 35 min from Tampa airport. 5 minutes south is John’s Pass and Boardwalk with more restaurants, shops, fishing charters, jetski rentals.

I loved this unit; the location, the space, the building. It felt secure, people were very friendly and well built building. I enjoyed the low key location yet there is enough great places within walking distance. Views were amazing from all sides; intercostal and gulf views. Falling asleep listing to the waves every night was so relaxing

The condo was beautiful and what you see online is accurate. However, I would not recommend this to people with small children. It has way to many breakable things. The people who live there do not seem like they want renters there. Not very friendly. There were several things that were in need of small repair. I did not appreciate the constant calls/text about what needs to be fixed and trying to schedule repairs while I was there. I did not go there to deal with maintenance people. It was my vacation, this should have been addressed either before or after my stay.

We have spent one month each winter season at La Vistana and have fallen in love with the facility, the unit in which we stay, the proximity to the beach and the offerings in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area. We intend to return again next year!

We couldn't be happier with our month long vacation here!!! The condo is all you could want from a dreamy beach vacation. We love the location, close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The owners are so wonderful, they truly care about the happiness of their guest. The condo has it all! Bring your suit and your drink let the atmosphere do the rest. Kick back in fine luxury! We definitely will be back!!

We've stayed at this beautiful place twice and plan to return again. The condo itself is extremely comfortable, with ample space for just the two of us or visiting family. We enjoy spending time on the seventh floor balconies each morning and evening, many relaxing hours by the pool, and long, vigorous walks on the beach, which is just steps away from the pool. We have a long and growing list of restaurants and other attractions we like to visit in the area. A definite five-stars!

We had a wonderful vacation stay in March at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. It is very spacious with large balconies and is equipped with everything a person needs. The pool, hot tub, and patio area is the best we have seen. There is an ample supply of chairs and umbrella tables as well as three grills. The owner, Mark Hanson, was great to work with. He provided names and numbers of contacts if we had questions or needed anything, and checked with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. It made for a fabulous vacation, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

From the minute to drive up you realize that you picked the right place. Entrance to the building is beautiful, parking is plentiful and the unit has its own private parking space. Several luggage carts, and 2 elevators (although these are a bit slow). Big open breezy corridors, which clearly indicates that you are staying on a tropic island. Upon entering the unit your taken back with how beautifully appointed the condo is, top notch everything (from the bathrooms to the beds to the kitchen appliances)! Outstanding views of the Inter-coastal the beach and fishing pier. The pool area and hot tubs are wonderful and the unit comes with a fully stocked cabana (rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, life vest and sand toys). The location is prime lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I can say without questions you will not be let down. Ill be back.
