My wife & I rented this house along with her parents. It was exactly what we were looking for, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to where you could walk to & view the Falls! We met the owner when he was dropping off something at the next door property. We had a great conversation with him. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days!

The location was absolutely perfect for us. We did not walk but we could have. Everything was quaint and wonderful. We especially loved that the historical charm of the home was preserved. We would definitely recommend.

This house is conveniently located to all the major attractions at Niagra Falls. We got the Adventure Pass at the Welcome Center which included the WeGo bus. The green line bus.is only a black and half walk away and took us to all the attractions. The house had just about everything you could need. Lots of towels, Costco Kirkland body soap, makeup towlette remover, Q-tips, laundry detergent, etc..
Two washing machines and two dryers. Others that stayed left behind cooking oils and condiments in the fridge, coffees and teas.
Walmart was a 10 minute drive away for groceries and anything else you need.
The only negatives I had was the hair dryer was missing. Checked everywhere upstairs, downstairs and basement. Luckily I also packed my own. The king size bed is way too soft. I'm only 100 lbs and my body sank into the bed that it was difficult to get out of bed. The other beds were fine and I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed with one of my kids. Also there was no.shade for the front glass door.
Jing is so nice and was available to help me with my concerns. Overall. we had an amazing vacation and am glad we rented this place vs getting a hotel room by the falls.

The Maple Leaf House was conveniently located near Clifton Hills and the Falls. We were able to walk the path directly to Clifton Hills in under 20mins and used Uber (late night, tired kids) for approximately $12 CAD. This house had all the amenities and the owners were very responsive.

A trip to the Niagara Falls is something that you will remember a life long, that's why we decided to come here too. But we didn't want to stay extremely close to the falls, where you find masses of chain hotels, restaurants and services of a kind that can only be described as "the ugly face of mass tourism" (yes, we are tourists, too).
Only a mere 10 minute drive (or a 45 minute walk) from the falls there is Jing's house. It is in a quiet residential area and offers everything that one could need. We chose this place, among being quite centrally located, because it had 3 bedrooms and laundry facilities (2 washers and 2 dryers!). The house is extremely clean, well furnished and has a great atmosphere. We felt "at home away from home" from the moment we stepped in.
The communication with Jing was state of the art: She always replied almost instantly to our few questions and was very helpful - a great host! We can only recommend this house to future guests!

Nice old little house. A little far to actually walk to the falls with kids (it's about 30 mins), but we had bikes and it was a short ride there, and there's nice bike routes going along the Niagara River.
Some parts of the jouse have been renovated but some others are still in need of some TLC (old creaky staircase, some moldy spots on the bathroom ceiling) but overall it was comfortable and clean, and decently priced for the location.

Everything was there. Close proximity to attractions yet private.

We loved our trip to Niagara Falls. This home was perfect for our family. The walk can feel long, sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove, sometimes we took The Wego bus. It's easy to access The Falls.
We found the home comfortable and a nice haven. I loved siting on the porch to read. The kids lived having their own spaces too. Having 2 washers and dryers was a great surprise.
Jinh was great at communication. He checked in on is and was quick to respond.
We'd return again should we go back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home. Neighborhood was quiet and was a short drive to downtown Niagara. The home had everything we needed for making meals in. Was very clean and the air conditioning worked wonders during the heat wave we experienced. Hosts were quick to respond and made every aspect of our stay easy and enjoyable!

We stayed with our son and his family that included a 4 and a 2 year old. The location was perfect, as there was a playground 2 blocks away. We grilled the 2nd night there, which made dinner nice and easy. Overall, it was a great stay and we can confidently recommend this as a great fit for families with small children.

Nice little house in Niagara Falls Canada. I would definitely recommend to the owner to put a shade or blind on the front door. The owner Jing was very responsive and nice.

The house was very clean. It’s old and located on a street with other older homes. It is located 1.5 miles from the falls. We were hoping it would be closer and would be able to walk but just drove and found reasonable parking. The neighborhood was ok. Strange abandoned warehouse just down the street was kind of creepy. House overall was nice. They had a sign on the thermometer that said not to turn down lower than 20 degrees Celsius. That wasn’t cool enough for us to sleep comfortably at night however we did follow the rules and kept at 20. The ceiling fan in master bedroom was loud and made a clanking sound. There was a floor fan in the room but we let our son use it in the other room since we couldn’t turn down the AC to our comfort level. It smelled like moth balls and the floors were very creaky. We felt like we were in my grandmas old house. The bathroom was nice, updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable if you like soft mattresses. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We loved this little house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We never walked to the falls from the house since we have 2 small children but it only took about 2 minutes to drive there. This place really felt like a home away from home!

House is wonderful but quite a walk from the falls. General cleanliness excellent. There was just the cutting board in the kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned. Used birthday candles and what looked like black mouse droppings were left on it. All else was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Full of facilities and appliances in the house. Everything is working.
We enjoy having washer and dryer in the property.

This house was a long but easy walk to the falls so we didn’t have to pay to park anywhere. Having a washer and dryer after the boat ride was a definite plus. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was beyond amazing. The house was absolutely spotless and comfy. We walked in and it smelled fresh and yummy. We are a family of 4 with two kids and the house was so great for our needs. It had absolutely everything, including a wine bottle opener which is important for vacation.
Also Jing checked in with us regularly and was just a text away if we needed anything. Which we absolutely didn’t because they thought of it all. We will be coming back to this house as often as we can!

The property was just as expected. Cute, clean and easy access to the city. The hosts have a wonderful little house. It snowed a lot, so we were trying hard not to track in snow, but watching it snow on the front porch was so beautiful. 10/10 would stay again.

My husband and I loved our anniversary getaway. It is close to all the main attractions. We took the Wego bus which is 2 blocks away from the house. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed on this house for a weekend get away with my kids and parents, the house is very cozy, beds are super comfortable, the house has everything you need and more, the owner is super nice and attentive, we had alot of snow on our last day and there he was cleaning the driveway so we could get out easier. The only small downfall is the neighborhood is very old, I got a little scared driving to the house, but when I arrived the house itself is perfect and veryyy centric.
10.0
The house was comfortable and very nice with easy walking to the local bus stop and not a bad walk to the falls. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to anything needed.
